We recently stayed at this hostel for an Oktoberfest guys' trip with a group of three in our own room. Our stay exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly hospitable, and they even had drink coupons waiting for us upon check-in. The breakfast was convenient, and the hostel bar was a highlight of our stay, buzzing with people from around the world. We had fantastic conversations and met some amazing fellow travelers. As a first-time hostel guest, I was impressed. My only suggestion for improvement would be a fan in the room, as it could get a bit stuffy and warm without air conditioning. This place isn't a 5 star hotel, but it's not trying to be. I say that in the best way possible. The staff is amazing. The vibe with other guests is 2nd to none. The bar gets lively. The room was clean. Everything worked. Staying here for Oktoberfest was the best decision ever. I can't say enough good things. To the staff- thank you for being so nice and willing to help. Will definitely stay here again

Stayed for 2 nights. Overall, my stay was good. I just didn't like the very slow elevator. There were stairs but doors were always locked from the inside so you can't go back in unless someone who's inside opens it for you. I also didn't like how your door can't easily open even after you turn the key to open it. I hope they can fix these issues. But overall, my stay was good and their breakfast was good too.

The place wasn't too bad but i did not really enjoy staying here. As a disabled guest it was important to me to have an elevator. When i arrived the elevator was under construction, unavailable for use and the men doing repairs made a huge amount of noise for a few days. My room was dusty, which triggered my allergies. The storage crates under the beds have dangerous heavy lids which are difficult to prop open,and i saw these fall on people several times. There is nowhere to put clothes or towels in the showers. Breakfast was good but there was an issue where i was told i hadn't paid for breakfast when I actually had, and was forced to go to reception to get proof. Another time, my key card randomly stopped working and had to be reprogrammed. There is no guest kitchen. There is an outdated ad for Neuschwanstein castle tours in the breakfast room that has not been taken down. The hostel claims to be eco friendly but i could not find a single recycling bin (though the website says something about a waste sorting system so i am hoping thats what they do). Overall i did not have the best stay.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. In dem von mir genutzten Schlafsaal hat leider das Licht nicht funktioniert und konnte in der Woche Aufenthalt nicht repariert werden. Die Koffer konnten problemlos kostenlos am An- und Abreisetag in einem abgeschlossenen Raum aufbewahrt werden. Die Geschwindigkeit des WLAN ist gut.

The breakfast buffet was very tasty and I had a lot to choose from. The room was small but enough space for a comfortable night. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom, it was always dirty. I saw things I wish I didn’t see. A more regular cleaning of the bathroom would be nice.

Room is big and clean. BUT there are no towels in the room. There's phone to call to reception. I was so tired just took a shower and put my pajama on a wet body. Room hade a coffee maker. And one bottle of water offered. Good quality both coffee and water.

The hotel was fantastic. Reception staff friendly and accommodating. We was given a free drink voucher too which was welcomed. Room was large and beds extremely soft and comfy! Had a great night sleep. Only thing letting the hotel down was the bathroom was rather dated and paint was stripping from ceiling, however facilities in the bathroom worked perfectly fine and like I say the beds fantastic and good night sleep. Very quiet at night too!

For the price, it was great! The bed was super comfy, staff were friendly, it is right next to the main train station, and you get 1 voucher for beer, coffee, water, or soda per night! My only complaint was the shower was tiny and you have to leave your belongings on the ledge outside. It also didn't have AC, but was nice temperature despite that.

We had one private bedroom for 2. It was nice to have your own bathroom. The location is very convenient, next to the Munich central station, walkable distance to the Old Town area. Employees are very nice. We came early and let our luggage there befor check in, we were be able to let our luggage there even after check-out. The building is old though.

A localização é muito boa, fica a poucos passos da estação principal e também é possível ir andando aos pontos turisticos em uma caminhada de 20 minutos. O prédio é um pouco antigo e tivemos uma pequena dificuldade com o box de vidro do banheiro que não ficava parado no lugar. Mas fora isso foi tudo excelente, limpeza, atendimento, ganhamos 2 bebidas de cortesia que foram ótimos. Recomendo a estadia.

Very good basic place to stay! The breakfast is a bargain ( it was included in our rate) and we were also provided with 2 free beers (one per person per day). Very quiet despite being almost adjacent to train station and very reasonable price.

Allmänt OK för priset. Rummet bestod av tre våningssängar i metall och ett litet träbord, inget annat. Funkade helt okej med gemensam toa/dusch. Frukosten var väl inget som imponerade men helt okej den med. Bra läge för tågresenärer och lätt att ta sig runt i stan med lokaltrafik!
