This Hotel was soooo nice. It checked EVERY BOX!! The room was very nice, the pool and hottub were awesome. The breakfast was amazing, Bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, sausage gravy, biscuits, hb eggs, yogurt, pancakes, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, oh heck so much more. The Front desk employees were very helpful.

It’s great that madras has some nice hotel options now. The hotel is clean and nice. Great breakfast in the morning. All of the staff was friendly. The only criticism I have is the exercise room. The two treadmills are old and need serious updating. I ended up going outside to run on a very hot day and not really having good options for outdoor running. There are no weights , just two old treads and an elliptical. Would love to see improvements in that area.

This hotel was quite amazing. The lobby furniture was beautiful... old rustic leather sofas with cowhide upholstery. The pool and hot tub was nice and available for use. It was kind of dark and mysterious, which I loved. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortabke. The onky downside was the parking situation. There was minimal parking available close to the hotel. They have ample parking but its a long walk uphill. Otherwise it was perfect.

It was an attractive property. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. We had several issues with the room. When I woke up I discovered that there were stains on the sheet from a smooshed candy that was also still there. We don't eat candy so it didn't come from us. Wish I had noticed it the night before. Then the shower would not drain. We were standing in two inches of water each time we showered even after making sure we had the drain open. Then the toilet clogged first thing that morning. These all stacked up to be disapointing experiences. It should be noted that the TV's we the smallest and and an older version we have seen in a hotel room. The parking area could be better. It was much further away from the main entrance than most hotels. The positives are that the rooms were attractive, hotel area was beautiful, spa and pool were excellent.

We always stay at the Cross Keys Inn in Madras. We were not happy with the strong smell premeating throughout the building. They must of had the flooring resealed or something of that nature. The elevator was unbearable to use due to that smell and we did not have breakfast there ( part of the price of staying) also due to the smell. Very dissatisfied with this stay. Last time we stayed ( prior to this one) our room smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals. We will have to rethink about staying here again.

Very nice property! Only complaint was the floor in our room was so dirty when we first arrived taking off your shoes your socks were instantly dark brown from the amount of dirt left of the hardwood… this was before venturing out, the dirt was definitely already there.. other than that it seemed like a very nice place!

We had a wonderful stay over 4th of July! We were even able to view the fireworks from our room! The room was clean and smelled nice! Breakfast was tasty in the morning. Staff was friendly! Couldn’t ask for more! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Last minute trip to visit family. The booking and front desk staff was accommodating to my family who ordered three rooms for three nights. We requested to be next to each other and they did us one better by putting us on the first floor by the dining room and pool so we didn’t have to lug them far. The breakfast was amazing and the snack shack was always stocked. The facility was beautifully decorated and the pool was always clean. The only downfall was the cleaning/service staff. First night we got there my sister’s bed had three black hairs and a partial finger nail in it, but everything else was very clean. The service gal came every day, but we were getting ready everyday around 10-11 when she came by so we would ask her to come back later (as we needed our trash taken out everyday and towels replenished at least) for her to not come back. We were given trash bags and a laundry bin from front desk to do it ourselves; along with fresh warm from the dryer towels. All in all we had a great time! They even price match from Expedia.

Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable and friendly! Love the lobby decor! Breakfast was definitely a few notches above your average mid level hotel standard breakfast. Only flaw is their WiFi was a bit spotty. The TV signal kept glitching, but not a biggie. My guess is it’s the area, not the hotel. My cellular data for phone and tablet actually worked better. Highly recommend - thanks for a great stay!

I love staying at this facility - and often do so during my travels from California to Idaho. This time, there was a lot of frozen slush in parking lot - it was incredibly dangerous - I was afraid of falling and breaking a hip. The streets were clear in the town, but their parking lot was filled with ice. Second issue was that my window in the room did not lock. When I told the lady at the front desk, she was aware of this problem.

Such a horrible experience with staff member here. I will post further info on yelp and google. The lady at front desk was abrasive and rude threatening to call the police because i took a photo. I stayed here further thinking they would straighten it up however i was overcharged close to 200 dollars on my credit card. Im still fighting a dispute with them as i opened a case on my credit card. The 1 star rating is from the lady service and overcharged. No housekeeping 1 day and no offer to reimburse. Pool was said to be closed 4 days of our stay yet we called and they stated it was open. Communication is there problem. The grounds are kept up very nicely. Breakfast is so so, not worth the extra price. The rooms yes you can here your neighbors. The wifi is close to non existing and only worked a few times over the week. Even the front desk lady couldn't use wifi and had issues with booking. Dont waste your time here.

Front desk staff was amazing! Loved the way they were friendly and helpful. I dropped a large soda in the entrance to the hotel because a bee scared me and they assured me I was okay to go up to my room while they cleaned it up even after I offered to do it myself. Great staff!

Terrible terrible terrible. We had a guest above us stomping her feet all night. We ask the front desk for help but they were no help. The front desk lady just shrugged her shoulders and she said I tried. We ended up leaving at 11:30 pm because the lady in the room above us just got louder after we complained

Expedia showed the king room and loveseat as a three-person room. The front desk was rude when I asked about the pull-out couch room. They have none. They also don’t have a rollaway bed. I slept on the loveseat with a towel for a blanket for three nights. The hotel said that they have told Expedia many times to change the posting. Many guests have complained.

A fantastic place to stay in Madras if you are riding or driving. Not overly walkable but still some options in the immediate area. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is on the higher quality side of what you expect as "included breakfast" with both hot and cold options available.

This newer motel, on the way to Warm Springs Reservation, provided a lovely, comfortable overnight. The motel sits regally on a bluff overlooking the west end of Madras and has the fresh appearance of a flower-bedecked princess inviting you in for friendly hospitality. The modern lobby provided a gracious entrance. Our large guest room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

The Inn is nicely positioned near Lake Billy Chinook, Smith Rock and Kah Ne and Tah Hot Springs. It was very clean and the free internet fast. The hot breakfast provided offered every food you could think of and all was very delicious. Having a Safeway, directly across the street, was an extra bonus, as well.

This was a very nice hotel at a great price. We slept well and my only complaint would be the breakfast provided was just okay, not great. It seemed to be an overly busy morning, so many food options were out and/or cold if they were meant to be hot. This is not a reason for us not to come back again, we would recommend this place despite the breakfast options and we would happily stay again.

The room was to warm even with the cooling system it was warm. The check in was fine but trying to get questions answered was a process. Just to find ice took 15 minutes before I got an answer. The breakfast eggs and sauage were cold, the biscuts were hard. Several other folks in the dinning area also commented on it.

We usually stay here while visiting family in area. The hotel is well kept & clean. However on our latest visit the breakfast provided was sub-par. We tried to get breakfast @8:00, there were no proteins, eggs or potatoes. The attendant acted bothered to refill anything & many people were hungry & lined up. I’m not sure what her problem was..please find someone else to do her job!
