Villa Las Rosas

Slightly remote location you really need a car as local taxi's are very expensive and there's no public transport at all. Cristina and her husband were very attentive, very friendly, always available to assist by phone, if needed. Great for local information and restaurant/shopping recommendations. Everything worked, bathrooms slightly dated but functional, pool in good and clean condition, towels provided, sunbeds are decent quality, a well appointed kitchen, the BBQ area is good with plenty of prep space and sink/water. All in all a very pleasant property to stay at, 15 minutes from Alghero Airport / 1H:30 from Olbia Airport.

Saubere Zimmer, toller Pool und Gartenbereich

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) hatten viel Spaß im Pool und im wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten Garten. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön und es gibt genügend Schatten um auf Liegen, Stühlen oder Sesseln den Urlaub zu genießen. Auch Innen war ausreichend Platz und alles vorhanden. Leider hat es in den oberen Bädern sehr streng gerochen, aber Cristina kam sofort und hat versucht Abhilfe zu schaffen. Der Kontakt mit Cristina war sehr gut und sie hat alles versucht, um die Probleme zu beheben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

The villa is situated in a rural area around 10-15 min. by car from Alghero so a car is needed. The area is quite nice and quiet compared to Alghero but be aware that there are neighbors very near by that can be somewhat noisy (not a problem for us).Very nice property with beautiful pool area with good shade and plenty of sun loungers. Both indoor and outdoor kitchen that is very well equipped. Bathrooms quite small and especially the showers was very small and with an odor of sewer. Plenty of indoor space and good functioning air conditions. Beds a little to hard for our liking but not the worst I have tried. Very good communication with the owners who came very fast when we had issues with the house. All in all a good experience.
