The facility had advertised that their pool will be open on June 30th, we stayed there July 5-7 and was told that their pool is still under construction, that has been a year of construction! I choose this hotel because they advertised that there is a pool! Very misleading information, they need to update their advertising and we should get compensated for not being able to use the facility that was advertised. They had 3 washer but only one is operational! We needed to use the laundry because we were there for a sport tournament so we needed to laundry the kids uniform. With the hotel rooms sold out for a tournament weekend, they need to be better prepared for the demands of their guests! I would never recommend this facility to anyone!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Hotel. It was filthy, elevator not working, trash cans overflowing, dirty mop water in the lobby, no air conditioning in the common areas. Staff was incredibly rude and I will never stay in a Marriot hotel again. I will also post on social media so others will know not to stay in that disgusting hotel.

The hotel was so noisy. It wasn't noisy because of people. 1. The ice machine made a lotbof noise, 2. The air conditioner in our room sounded like a truck all night long, 3. The elevator, which inly ine was working was hot with not ventilation and not air flow.

Overall stay was decent for the most part. Only thing I didn’t like was the issue we had with our door not sure if it was the doorknob or what but it was hard to get into at times and I didn’t like the paid parking it wasn’t a lot but I was not expecting that.

Menu was fine, time could've been longer. However, I was concerned because none of the side doors were ever locked.The sign says you must use your key for entry.But the doors remained unlocked at all times, twenty four hours/day. Criminals would have easy access.

Well, booked this hotel specifically because there was an indoor pool and hot tub. After driving 6 hours we just wanted to relax. There were big signs upon check in that the pool and hot tube were closed until further notice, and they have been for over a week. I booked the day before check in. I called to confirm the pool, hot tub and breakfast. Not 1 word was mentioned. The hotel otherwise was decent, I would have definitely saved $100 and booked elsewhere had I known.

We like the location for being close to attractions in the area. We did not like the condition of our room. It is time to renovate. The carpet and other things are worn and need replacing. It could have also been cleaned better. The shower curtain had a very visible amount of mildew. We’ve stayed at this location multiple times and this recent trip was a bit of a letdown due to the condition our the room we were assigned (#314).

The property needs to be renovated. The carpets were dirty the furniture was dirty the first room we were given had mold. The second room was better but not by much. The staff was lovely and they are doing the best they can. The property needs a complete overhaul.

This property needs nothing but the Health Department to visit it. Dead cockroaches in the hallways. Mold on the ceiling of the shower. I would find anyplace but this one. I am so disappointed in the visit.

BLOOD ON THE MATTRESS! This hotel is a biohazard!!! We got in so late I didn’t do my typical room checks. When my mother woke up in the morning the mattress pad had come off the corner of the bed and my mom realized her face was directly on the mattress ON A BLOODY HANDPRINT! Dried blood, clear as day! It was so completely unsanitary! A complete biohazard! When I went down to customer service to complain she just looked at me with complete disinterest. No apology, no offer for anything! I told her I needed to get a refund or recompensated for the allowing guests to sleep in bloody beds. And she took my Marriot Bonvoy number claiming to be giving me points? Nothing, no points days later. No apologies.. this place is sickening!!! Do not stay here, and whatever you do, do not stay in room 259.

Springhill has always been our go to. This time, we paid for 3 nights and left after 1. The room was filty. Looked to be blood on the carpet, bleach stains all over the couch, shower curtain was moldy, no bathroom fan, toothpaste spit on mirror and more. On a good note, the staff was kind and pleasant. *I have pictures but it won't let me upload then.

Location is a little older but I feel the rates are aligned with the condition of the facilities. Rooms are large, very comfortable. The hot breakfast was a great start to the day. Parking lot was well lit. Nothing was super fancy but it was a great stay in a suite for the price. Quiet too..even on New Years Eve

Room was clean and roomy. WiFi didn't work. Bed was too soft. Bathtub did not have antislip surface. Front desk was friendly and personable. Room had microwave, fridge and room to work. A usable desk, coffee table(s), clothes closet.

It started off promising; price was good and the front desk reps were friendly. The room had a bit of a weird cut to it, I didn't really care for that bit we adapted. The AC Unit did not work. No matter how low we adjusted the thermostat, the temperature wouldn't go lower than the upper 70s, which is hot!! This made sleeping a challenge and was very uncomfortable; it is the main reason for the poor rating. We reported the issue at the front desk and was told they would have it looked at while we were out for the day, we took comfort in that promise. There was no follow-up, even after asking about it a second time. That really made our stay awful. The only silver lining was the provided Breakfast every morning. This was a great, useful service. I'll have to see if we would try this place out a second time, it could have just been a bad weekend.

After a lot of traveling, we were pleased to arrive at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was not quite what we’re used to at other Springhill’s, but it was still good. We would definitely stay there again.

The young lady who checked us in was amazing. She was super sweet and took her time and made sure I had all the information. She even made a special point to give my grandson a cookie and brownie. She was the bright spot of my stay.

I was accused of being a homeless person and told I needed to leave the property by someone from the front desk. I was very offended as a paying guess for an over night stay. I will never go back to this hotel. The room was not fresh and smelled stale as well the refrigerator was left dirty with red juice stained and dripping out the fridge

Window in room was broken and wouldn't shut, refrigerator was broken and not working, room wasn't vacuumed... had dead bugs and trash on floor, only one elevator worked and the walls and carpet in elevator were filthy, there was no meat for breakfast buffet two days in a row and the same thing happened in a previous stay at this location. The worst was how rude and unwilling the front desk was when I complained. I asked to speak with management also and was referred to Stephanie who said she was the General Manager. She apologized and offered to waive one of the three nights I paid for, however its been 10 days and no credit has been given. This was very frustrating because if you can't trust the General Manager, who can you trust? I will never stay here again and will make sure to pass the word to stay away from this hotel.

Had a great time here, the staff were SO friendly and welcoming. The room was a little dirty, there were some stains on the couch and the hot tub wasn’t working which was a bummer. But overall it was nice and we had a lovely weekend. We were able to walk to the coliseum (about 25 min walk) which was a plus!

There were no coffee cups or regular cups on my room so could not make coffee or have a drink. There is no face tissue. The sink has a major crack in it and needs to be replaced. The breakfast at 6:40 was ice cold ...eggs, hash browns, sausage. It should be kept warm. This hotel needs to up its game. I let the front desk know about this. One women working the left side was apologetic. The other woman who was a supervisor working on the right side indicated that she didn't care and that is just how it is. She had no apologies, nor did anything to indicate a concern. I will not stay at this subpar hotel again (and I do a lot of business in this city)

We booked this hotel solely for the indoor pool to make sure we didn't have any problems with weather. When we arrived it was closed. They informed me it has been since Feb but this was for memorial day weekend and I had only booked a month in advance and they had nothing on line stating the pool was closed. Also, the continental breakfast looked great on line but all the cereal containers were completely empty, the waffle maker didn't have batter or syrup containers so no waffles and the set up for omelettes led to a large platter of hard boiled egg!?!? The sausages and fried potatoes were cold and we got there at 7 when it opened at 630 so we didn't miss anything. These breakfast and the pool led to my children being extremely disappointed and a waste of a trip honestly. The staff was great and the room was good but do not advertise an experience that is quite fictional!

The front desk was very friendly. But the room....the phone didn't work, the alarm didn't work, the breakfast was ok but when we went down was out of the hot food. There were stains on the carpet that looked like wasn't cleaned up.

The property was decent and I had relatively small issues. The bed was so soft you would sink into it, as if the entire mattress was memory foam. Our rooms tub would not drain well, so during a shower you end up with a pool around your ankles. The shower head spun the entire piping behind it when trying to adjust. I am a waffle lover and specifically chose this hotel because I could see waffle makers on the counter in the property photos. The gentleman over breakfast told me that they are available only during the week, as he doesn’t have time to set them up as he is alone on weekends.
