Pros: The 2 staff members at the front desk were very very nice. Cons: Ice machine broken. Only dryer broken. Water machine in workout room broken. TV in room-not smart!!!. No option to upgrade to a smart tv!!! I mean come on you can get one for $200 on Amazon any day if the week. We had saved and both taken off work and rented the room to binge watch our favorite show. Not even casting available on old school tv. I would have gladly paid to have a smart tv brought to the room. Hotel remotes have the highest germ count out of anything in a hotel room. With a smart tv you have the remote on your own phone. No ATM. It was very hot on the first floor so.o would imagine a/c broken as well. I am not sure were the high ratings came from but please do not.waste your time and money. We live 4 miles down the road and packed it up and went home. Weekend ruined. We will NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! IT WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND WHEN THINGS ARE BROKEN AROUND EVERY CORNER IT SHOWS A LACK OF CARE AND CONCERN FOR THE CLIENT. BUT, THE STAFF WAS DEFINITELY COURTEOUS.

We got there when they were doing some refinishing coat to half the parking lot. Made it inconvenient to park and unload luggage in the drive through area. It wasn't mentioned anywhere on Expedia or anywhere. Otherwise, I works have chosen a different hotel. The redesign of our rooms bathroom was not convenient to use at all, especially with little kids where toy needed room to maneuver around the toilet and tub. The door opens and almost jams into the toilet which is positioned directly in the middle. Making it hard to get to the tub. Again, poor design on remodeling efforts. I had to clean the pool so my kids and I could go in. Dead bugs, tree debris etc. Front desk but was nice and helpful.

Very nice breakfast. Lobby "market place" to get snacks at reasonable cost. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff welcoming. Parking gets tight in late evening, but there were places to park.

I don't understand the high rating. The pool was run down and out of order, nothing came except an apology. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted properly, it was either too cold or too warm! The dryer was always occupied and nobody wanted to remove the old clothes... all in all a HOTEL/motel like all the others which deserves a maximum rating of 8.

There are lots of places to very close by to go out and eat. Breakfast room was stocked well for breakfast. This is our second stay here and would definitely come back.

Every staff member was friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast had much to offer, from a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon and toast to cereals and fruit. The only critique was that the couch cushions in the room were dirty, the upholstery soiled and nasty. I would not touch nor sit on them. Everything else was as it should be.

The room appeared to be very clean. The staff were very friendly, speaking to you when they walked by. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is fairly close to the highway but it was surprisingly quiet. We did put the a/c fan in the "on" position so that may have helped by providing some "white noise". Breakfast was a bit disappointing if you wanted protein. The scrambled eggs were not good. The Canadian bacon was ok. There was plenty of bread and cereal along with make your own waffles. There were small containers of yogurt. All-in-all it was a pleasant stay.

When we arrived the computer system was down and they didn't know when it was coming back on. We couldn't check into our room. Also house keeping hadn't done a good job of vacuuming the floors. If I hadn't been so tired I would have contacted the front desk. There was a pill on the floor of the bathroom and a rubber band on the carpet in front of a bed. The front desk men were pleasant. The computers came back on shortly afterwards

Very clean property but a bit old. Our room was spacious except the bathroom. Very tiny. The door took most of the space in the bathroom when open (door opens to the inside). The room/ac also had a very strong scent (not sure of it was chemical products or marijuana). The breakfast was very basic. Small room as well - not enough seats.

We've stayed at this property a few times for business. The staff are very friendly and upgraded our room to a suite when they noticed that we've stayed before. But the carpet was filthy and the room had a musty odor. Once we got he AC going the odor got better.

Very nice staff. We needed to do some laundry. The washer and dryer were clean. The issue we had was with the climate control in the room. When the AC was on it blew full blast right across the bed. It got too cold very quickly but without it the room was stuffy and warm. We stayed 4 nights and tried several settings but the room remained stuffy.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. My room was on the first floor by the lobby and it was loud. I had to call at 12:20am to ask the front desk to quiet the people in the lobby, then at 6am when the breakfast was set up across the hall we were awoken again. I would request a room not on the first floor if I stayed there again.

Room AC unit was ‘squeaky’ along with the air vent in the bathroom and there isn’t an option to not have the fan on. Bathroom was also very small and the door just barely fits by the toilet. Other than those minor inconveniences, our stay was great.

I had prepaid for my stay and did not have my actual ID due to losing everything in the hurricanes. I did have a picture of my license and 20 other items with my name on them, but the front desk manager would not let me stay. Both front desk staff were nasty and laughing at me because I was crying and had no where else to go. Very bad people. I did tell them they were not nice people and that’s what made him angry I guess. Also, horrible property and area did not feel safe so I guess it was for the best. Expedia did refund my stay.

The staff were Superb. Nicest hotel employees I've ever encountered. Henri, Alex and maintenence man are the best. Location was perfect for a trip to Tropicana Field. Highly recommended

It's not in a walkable area to any place you want to visit, but not far from downtown. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was tight to get into, but not horrible. Didn't like the employee smoking right outside the front door. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I would stay there again.

Everyone working at this hotel site were extremely friendly and helpful. If I were to be in this area again, I would book my stay here. The location also provided easy access to downtown St. Petersburg, minutes to Tampa Bay's airport and downtown. Easy access to Madeira Beach.

I was disappointed with the fitness center, and the breakfast service. The fitness center was very small and poorly equipped, no free weights. The only things that were at all appetizing for breakfast were the coffee and the fruit. Eggs were watery, meats were unappealing, and pastries were packaged and did not look fresh.

We were only there one night. While our room was adequate, the bathroom needed work. The bathroom faucet felt like it was going to come off each time we used it and the shower had limited water pressure. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. They offerred scambled eggs and sausage. When we got down there, there was no sausage and only a few eggs left floating in liquid. It was 20 minutes before we saw someone and she only brought out more sausage. She stirred the eggs but did not replace them. We made our own waffles which were not very good.
