Es hat einfach alles gepasst: saubere schöne Zimmer, tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen, schöner Spa, ruhige Zimmer. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber. Dieses Hotel können wir nur empfehlen!

It’s a good 40 minutes from Antalya Airport. The Hotel was well set out with nice rooms, a spacious main dinning room with varied and traditional food of excellent quality. Staff do work hard. Outside eating areas were very good with ice cream available 1200 to 1600. You will notice many cats around these areas. As you walk out to the beach you have a couple of bars (all the bars tend to have one server most of the time, which is poor) one on a jetty. The children’s play areas and pool looked very good. The main swimming pool was also, very good. There is an incredible number of staff working around this Hotel. However, we found the service at times to be poor with long queues and a basic All Inclusive drinks menu. There was no table service in the bar or restaurant. There was also, a door left open to the smoking area that allowed smoke to drift in to the bar area, which was not nice. When things got really bad with serving Vegin, the tall chap stepped into save the day. He was everywhere. A credit to Orange County. The main bar area inside is comfortable, clean but lacked a cosmopolitan feel. Reception is helpful, but we wanted a late check out that cost $65.00, but it was not available and that was following the Hotels advice. On the last day our orange bands were cut off and replaced by yellow ones which meant no alcoholic drinks and with a lack of instruction from the Hotel we felt out of sorts until 1845 when we left. Cost was good. I may go back.

Points positifs:Hôtel idéal pour les familles , une belle piscine avec des toboggans , des animations . Points négatifs : on a pris plusieurs fois des hôtels en Turquie dans plusieurs régions mais je n’ai jamais vu un restaurant qui fait la même bouffe pendant 12 jours c’était horrible les mêmes entrées les même déserts les mêmes spécialité vraiment on avait hâte de rentrer ! Et ils avaient pas d’autres restaurants où d’autres spécialités .pour le personnel aucun sourir ni bonjour ni rien .

Der Aufenthalt mit unseren beiden Kids (5&3) war super toll. Den Kids hat es fantastisch gefallen, die Pools sind perfekt und auch die Auswahl An essen total okay! Anstrengend und sehr nervig war dir durchgängig laute Musik (mit dem Nebenhotel wurde anscheinend konkurriert), sodass an den Pools eine enorme Lautstärke herrschte permanent. Die Flucht ans Meer war mit Kids auch nur teils okay, da es steil ins Meer führt und man auf KIES förmlich rein rutscht. Der Spielplatz dort Fantastisch ebenso der Kids Club! Die Mini Show abends war gut, kennen wir aber auch aus anderen Türkei Urlauben etwas liebevoller, gemütlicher (und nicht so heftig LAUT)… insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub, leckeres Essen mit tollem Service. Hier spricht leider kaum jemand deutsch. Fotografen usw sind sehr aufdringlich.

Een hele schone hotel, met veel activiteiten voor kinderen. Heerlijk eten en direct aan het strand. Geweldige animatieteam. Dikke aanrader!!

Ein tolles und sauberes Hotel, die angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Barkeeperin HACER die tolle Cocktails zaubert. Zudem gibt es ein tolles Animationsteam besteht aus SEFA, TAHA, FERNANDO und viele mehr, die jeden Tag tolle und spannende Programme anbieten. Zudem sind mir auch Service Mitarbeiter wie Celal, Baybal oder auch Merve aufgefallen. Die Zimmer werden täglich sauber gemacht, zudem wird immer minibar aufgefüllt (die Getränke sind inklusive). Wir sind als Familie gereist und meine kleine Tochter hat sich im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt, da das Animations Team vor Ort oder auch das Programm wie die BALLON SHOW und anschließend Seifenblasen sehr gemocht. Das Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig und für jedermann ist immer was dabei. Das Hotel ist eine klare Empfehlung. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Orange County Team.

Massage and spa services were excellent. Food variety was really good. Only negative thing there was no gameroom at the hotel. It was big disappointment for my kids.

Wir waren 5 tage dort, 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind 6 Jahre. Es war schön dort. Meine Bewertung ist für den Kinderclub Familien mit Kinder sind dort sehr gut aufgehoben, der Kinderclub hat von 10:00-00:00 auf. Es gibt dort viele Angebote für die kleinen, man kann sie auch dort alleine lassen. Das gute ist da dieser kinderclub umzäunt ist können die Kinder nicht einfach raus was sehr wichtig ist. Wir werden aufjedenfall dort wieder hingehen.

Das Zimmer wurde täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Leider gab es einen ständigen Tropfgeräusch in der Toilette, was Nachts gestört hat. Da das Hotel sehr groß ist, sind sehr viele Besucher da, es ist permanent laut, besonders beim Essen in der großen Mensa. Die Liegen sind ständig durch ein Tuch reserviert, dabei werden sie kaum benutzt. Das Personal spricht meistens mehrere Sprachen, wir konnten uns gut verständigen. Allerdings fiel auf, dass einige Mitarbeiter genervt/unfreundlich/wie abwesend waren. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, ist der Riesenpool, wo für alle genug Platz war, viele Spiel-und Tobemöglichkeiten wie z.B. Wasserrutschen für Groß und Klein und tolle Shows jeden Abend. Aber auch, dass es überall schnell und ordentlich geputzt wurde. Der Strand war etwas zu steinig für uns.

I travelled to Orange County with my family last week, and unfortunately it was the worst travel experience we have had in all our years of travelling. While the family room itself was acceptable, several other services that were far below an acceptable standard. My son has a severe allergy to cats and must carry an EpiPen. On our very first evening in the dining area, we were shocked to see numerous cats inside the restaurant — under tables, on chairs, and freely roaming around as if they belonged there. No effort was made by staff to remove them. That evening, my son suffered an allergic reaction and had to take antihistamines. I raised this issue with reception and guest services (Sherry), who advised there was little they could do about the cats, but offered to let us eat outside the restaurant instead. The food was repetitive and lacked flavour. The same options were served daily for breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner, with only minimal variation during lunch and evenings. I have coeliac disease and am vegetarian. Throughout my stay, I repeatedly requested a hot meal suitable for my dietary requirements. For the duration my option were salad with chips or wedges for both lunch and dinner. This hotel claims to be 5-star, but it is clearly outdated and in need of significant refurbishment. Based on our experience, the service provided would not even meet a 2-star standard, the food quality barely deserves 1 star, and with cats roaming freely around food areas, the hygien

Worst Vacation Ever – Avoid This Resort! My experience at Orange County Belek was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant, starting from the check-in desk and continuing with every other member of the team I encountered. The food was awful — no variety whatsoever, with the same low-quality options served every single day. The rooms were not properly cleaned; they would only change the towels and leave everything else untouched. This place completely ruined my holiday. It was by far the worst vacation I have ever had. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

I booked this property expecting a quality experience, especially with VIP Access, but it was completely unacknowledged and offered no benefit at all. The overall service was shockingly poor — most of the staff were rude and unhelpful, with the exception of three individuals who at least tried to make a difference: the relationship manager, Mellissa the waitress, and Selim the maître d’ on the night shift. Cleanliness was questionable, and the food was both repetitive and terrible. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were essentially the same uninspired, low-quality options every day. Presentation and taste were equally disappointing. The lack of variety and freshness was unacceptable for a property of this supposed standard. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this property unless significant changes are made to service, cleanliness, and dining.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property including being very well-maintained. We appreciated the close attention of the front desk staff. Being sea front is also a big plus. We also really liked the comfort of our room. On the other side, there are a couple things that need to be fixed/ revisited: The food quality and diversity should be improved. All those cats within the hotel should be removed. The restaurant staff should offer a warm welcome to all guests at the time of entry and exit. And finally, there should be a fast food restaurant serving food between lunch and dinner time.

Genel olarak iyi olmakla birlikte, loby de boşların toplanması ve temizlik sıkıntılı. Restoranda da aynı şekilde masalar seri temizlenmiyor. Katlarda koridor havalandırması olmadığı için kötü koku rahatsız ediciydi.

Der Pool sehr dreckig haben am ersten Tag erlebt, wie Pool abgesperrt haben, wegen kot Am nächsten Tag war das Kinder Pool gesperrt auch wegen kot!!! Haben auch nicht richtig gesehen ob die den Pool sauber machen, ich glaube die benutzen auch kein Chlor!! Haben uns so geäckelt das wir nur am Strand waren. Det Strand war das schlimmste, wo Ich bisher war!!! Im Wasser waren lauter weißer Schaum!!!!!! Es ist kein Getränke Service!!!!! Der Personal ist nur beschäftigt mit einem sehr dreckigen Wagen das Geschirr abzuräumen, wenn Mann die Wagen sieht wo das schmutzige Geschirr reinkommt, ist der Appetit weg Das ist auf keinen Fall ein 5 Sterne Hotel!!!! Die Bewertungen sind falsch oder auch gefälscht. Ein Morgen waren wir um 10.15 Uhr frühstücken, das Frühstücksbuffet war 10.30 Uhr haben es noch geschafft und Kleinigkeiten zu nehmen, es saßen auch noch viele Gäste im Restaurant, als es 10.40 Uhr war, ging die Lichter und die Klimaanlage aus und Mann konnte nicht mehr im Restaurant sitzen, weil Mann richtig geschwitzt hat. Was ich sagen möchte, der Personal ist fixiert zum abräumen, und versuchen sauber zu mach was sie auch nicht richtig schaffen. Die Toiletten sind sowas dreckig, in der Lobby und auch draußen. Wir mussten immer ins Zimmer laufen. Trotz das wir aufgepasst hatten, haben meine 2 Kinder und ich Magendarm mit Durchfall gehabt.!!!!! Vor ist ein Arztraum aber kein Arzt da, da saß ein Pfleger und sagte ich soll ins Krankenhaus Zum Glück hatte ich Medikamente dabei!

Positivt: Det var många aktiviteter på hotellet varje dag och showerna på kvällarna var väldigt underhållande. Aktiviteterna var väldigt roligt och det sker varje dag. Klagar man till receptionen så tar de tag i det, vilket uppskattades verkligen. Negativt: Upplevde att personalen vid snacksen inte var så trevliga och kunde ge en blickar eller indikera på att man tar för mycket trots att man betalat för all inclusive. Jag märkte även att sängkläderna inte byta varje dag då jag hade fläckar på min kudde från förra gästen. Hotellet var även ganska litet, mindre än vad det porträtteras på bilder. Utöver det hade jag det roligt då hotellet har allt som andra hotell har, men det var inget wow hotell.

I recently had a stay at Orange County Hotel Belek, and unfortunately, it was a series of disappointments. Here are some specific points that made my experience less than satisfactory: Widespread Smoking: Guests were smoking everywhere, even in areas clearly marked as non-smoking. This was particularly concerning given the large number of children at the hotel. Staff even seemed to support this by providing ashtrays. Food Quality and Variety: The food at Orange County Hotel Belek fell far short of a five-star rating. The dishes were repetitive and limited to fried chicken fingers, fish sticks, and fries. The dessert options were dull, and the lack of fruit was noticeable. Despite arriving early for breakfast, not everything was ready, and the staff seemed disengaged. The hallways were also narrow, and the noise from other guests was noticeable. Das Hotel ist schön, entspricht aber nicht einem 5 Sterne Rating. Speisen waren gut, aber nach einer Woche langweilig. Die Einstieg in die Badewanne zum Duschen ist zu hoch, eine Dusche wäre hier optimal. Die Umgebung rund ums Hotel bietet wenig und schlecht erschlossen mit ÖV. Die Abendprogramme sind gut aber die Musik viel zu laut.

The food and atmosphere were good. The receptionist and manager were very pleasant and helpful. The staff did their job. Few of them were very pleasant. They are not very friendly in the restaurant however they did their job The 2 ladies nest to the beach made gozleme. We had it on April 24 th. They were the best. Very friendly and pleasant the gozleme was amazing I would visit Orange County again. The first day we arrived the person checked us in but very pleasant helpful and professional. The front desk staff was amazing. A wonderful manager Not forgetting the cleaning staff. They were beyond expectation Like I said the restaurant staff was not the friendliest but they did their job snd the good wax excellent The entertainment can be improved but the entertainment staff was amazing with our 7 year old. They kids program was wonderful Love the belly dancing. Should have more belly dancing instead of just 1 nite Thank you all at Orange County. See you again

Een hele fijne hotel met vriendelijk en hard werkend personeel. Ze doen hun uiterste best om je op een nette manier tevreden te houden, en het lukt ze ook. Het is zoals er beschreven staat echt een familie hotel, waar je zonder zorgen kan komen met je gezin. Er is voor iedereen wel iets wat hij kan eten, en het eten smaakt ook heel lekker. Ze zijn ook heel schoon in en buiten het hotel. Animaties zijn ook leuk geregeld zodat kinderen en volwassenen zich kunnen vermaken. Ik kom hier zeker vaker terug!

Great food friendly helpful staff everywhere in hotel ( only English person here so you could feel a bit lonely) the place has a lovely feel to it nice atmosphere

Hotel is big and away from the city family oriented but not much of kids activities Food not bad and reasonable however staff are very rude and lack the welcoming aspect very hard to communicates with or even do the extra mile for the comfort of their guests price is exaggerated compared to the value you get overall was ok

When things got really bad with serving Vegin, the tall chap stepped into save the day. He was everywhere. A credit to Orange County. The main bar area inside is comfortable, clean but lacked a cosmopolitan feel. Reception is helpful, but we wanted a late check out that cost $65.00, but it was not available and that was following the Hotels advice. On the last day our orange bands were cut off and replaced by yellow ones which meant no alcoholic drinks and with a lack of instruction from the Hotel we felt out of sorts until 1845 when we left. Cost was good. I may go back.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property including being very well-maintained. We appreciated the close attention of the front desk staff. Being sea front is also a big plus. We also really liked the comfort of our room. On the other side, there are a couple things that need to be fixed/ revisited: The food quality and diversity should be improved. All those cats within the hotel should be removed. The restaurant staff should offer a warm welcome to all guests at the time of entry and exit. And finally, there should be a fast food restaurant serving food between lunch and dinner time.

Tout c’est bien passer l’accueil ect ,j’ai rarement aimer la nourriture tout compris dans les hotel mais la nourriture au top vraiment bravo à toute le monde à toute l’équipe tout étais bon . On est aller en couple malgres que c’est beaucoup plus familial sa nous a pas dérangé. Il a beaucoup d’animations que se soit pour les petit ou pour les grand ! Plage privé vous pouvez faire du jet ski payant Biensur et beaucoup d’autre choix.. au alentour de l’hôtel il a des petit magasin à 15 min vous avez belek center beaucoup de magasin et à 20 min il a thé land of legand a faire absolument ! Vous pouvez visiter le parc il y a des show le soir. l’hôtel est plutôt bien placé. Le spa aussi étais super un moment de détente. Merci à l’hôtel de faire de son mieux pour leur client .

Die Einstieg in die Badewanne zum Duschen ist zu hoch, eine Dusche wäre hier optimal. Die Umgebung rund ums Hotel bietet wenig und schlecht erschlossen mit ÖV. Die Abendprogramme sind gut aber die Musik viel zu laut.

Great hotel, friendly staff and super clean. Only little far from city but if you have a car it’s not a problem.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel mit viel Angebot an Animation, Zeitverbringung und Essen. Unser Zimmer war schön und sauber, mit großem Fernseher und Kühlschrank, der jeden Tag mit neuen Getränken nachgefüllt wurde. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir das Meer und den Pool sehen. Das Zimmer wurde täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Leider gab es einen ständigen Tropfgeräusch in der Toilette, was Nachts gestört hat. Da das Hotel sehr groß ist, sind sehr viele Besucher da, es ist permanent laut, besonders beim Essen in der großen Mensa. Die Liegen sind ständig durch ein Tuch reserviert, dabei werden sie kaum benutzt. Das Personal spricht meistens mehrere Sprachen, wir konnten uns gut verständigen. Allerdings fiel auf, dass einige Mitarbeiter genervt/unfreundlich/wie abwesend waren. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, ist der Riesenpool, wo für alle genug Platz war, viele Spiel-und Tobemöglichkeiten wie z.B. Wasserrutschen für Groß und Klein und tolle Shows jeden Abend. Aber auch, dass es überall schnell und ordentlich geputzt wurde. Der Strand war etwas zu steinig für uns.

I travelled to Orange County with my family last week, and unfortunately it was the worst travel experience we have had in all our years of travelling. While the family room itself was acceptable, several other services that were far below an acceptable standard. My son has a severe allergy to cats and must carry an EpiPen. On our very first evening in the dining area, we were shocked to see numerous cats inside the restaurant — under tables, on chairs, and freely roaming around as if they belonged there. No effort was made by staff to remove them. That evening, my son suffered an allergic reaction and had to take antihistamines. I raised this issue with reception and guest services (Sherry), who advised there was little they could do about the cats, but offered to let us eat outside the restaurant instead. The food was repetitive and lacked flavour. The same options were served daily for breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner, with only minimal variation during lunch and evenings. I have coeliac disease and am vegetarian. Throughout my stay, I repeatedly requested a hot meal suitable for my dietary requirements. For the duration my option were salad with chips or wedges for both lunch and dinner. This hotel claims to be 5-star, but it is clearly outdated and in need of significant refurbishment. Based on our experience, the service provided would not even meet a 2-star standard, the food quality barely deserves 1 star, and with cats roaming freely around food areas, the hygien

I booked this property expecting a quality experience, especially with VIP Access, but it was completely unacknowledged and offered no benefit at all. The overall service was shockingly poor — most of the staff were rude and unhelpful, with the exception of three individuals who at least tried to make a difference: the relationship manager, Mellissa the waitress, and Selim the maître d’ on the night shift. Cleanliness was questionable, and the food was both repetitive and terrible. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were essentially the same uninspired, low-quality options every day. Presentation and taste were equally disappointing. The lack of variety and freshness was unacceptable for a property of this supposed standard. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this property unless significant changes are made to service, cleanliness, and dining.

It’s a good 40 minutes from Antalya Airport. The Hotel was well set out with nice rooms, a spacious main dinning room with varied and traditional food of excellent quality. Staff do work hard. Outside eating areas were very good with ice cream available 1200 to 1600. You will notice many cats around these areas. As you walk out to the beach you have a couple of bars (all the bars tend to have one server most of the time, which is poor) one on a jetty. The children’s play areas and pool looked very good. The main swimming pool was also, very good. There is an incredible number of staff working around this Hotel. However, we found the service at times to be poor with long queues and a basic All Inclusive drinks menu. There was no table service in the bar or restaurant. There was also, a door left open to the smoking area that allowed smoke to drift in to the bar area, which was not nice. Points positifs:Hôtel idéal pour les familles , une belle piscine avec des toboggans , des animations . Points négatifs : on a pris plusieurs fois des hôtels en Turquie dans plusieurs régions mais je n’ai jamais vu un restaurant qui fait la même bouffe pendant 12 jours c’était horrible les mêmes entrées les même déserts les mêmes spécialité vraiment on avait hâte de rentrer ! Et ils avaient pas d’autres restaurants où d’autres spécialités .pour le personnel aucun sourir ni bonjour ni rien .
