Dreadful location and poor service on check in. Noisy beach and pool areas - nowhere outside to relax in peace.

We just returned from our 3 week stay at this amazing resort! This has been by far the best resort we have stayed in all of Antalya! Our room was so clean and comfortable, the facilities are spectacular, and the food is to die for, so fresh and amazing quality! Such a lively atmosphere with wonderful music every night, pools, bars and endless entertainment to enjoy. Every member of staff is so attentive, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to General Manager, Gokhan Ali Ozaltin for taking such good care of us. Also special thanks to Sales Manager, Ugur Gultekin for welcoming us in such a lovely manner and biggest thanks to Customer Relations Manager, Ozlem Atasoy who was always there whatever we needed and made our holiday extra special! Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Essen top 1 bewertung 10 von 10 . Alles war Super. Familienfreundliches Hotel, für Kinder gibt es Kids Club von 09:30 - 23:00. Kinder Rutschen. Aquapark

Beautiful resort, with a nice beach pavillon with bar snacks, nice food, variety of entertainment, nice pool plus a pool bar.

Kids activities are not convenient ,,they need to work more about it.

Sehr gutes Hotel, das alles bietet: 5 Bars + 1 Infinity Pool Bar, ein sehr großer Steg / Pier und ausreichend Liegen ( während unseres Aufenthalts Mitte September konnten wir zu jeder Tageszeit 3 Liegen nebeneinander finden egal ob am Strand oder am Meer). Nach meiner Einschätzung fast ausschließlich Slawische Gäste ( Russen, Polen,..) und Deutsche, daher schön europäisch ausgelegtes Essen. Jeden Tag gabs Shows und ein Club / Disco die von einigen Leuten besucht wurde. Sehr zu empfehlen, nur im direkten Umfeld zum Hotel gibt es nur einen kleinen Basar, wenn man mehr möchte muss man mit dem Taxi zum Stadtzentrum.

Fantastisk hotel. Massere af underholdning til både voksne og børn. Maden var virkelig lækker, og der var massere af forskellige ting at vælge mellem.

Waren das zweite Mal dort. Anlage schön und überschaubar. Toll ist, das Kühlschränke mit Erfrischungsgetränken in der Anlage bereitstehen. Leider viele osteuropäische Urlauber, die teilweise keine Manieren haben ( sei es beim Essen/Trinken, Lautstärke) Waren in einem Neubau untergebracht. Grosse Poollandschaft, die leider kalt ist (ca 21Grad). Hervorheben möchte ich zwei MA von Service: Hatice und Gaffer von der Lobby-Aussenbar. Sehr umsichtig, freundlich und stets gut gelaunt :)

Good hotel for families. Great water slides and playgrounds for kids. The choice of food is excellent. The only drawback is that there are not enough staff in canteens and bars, so sometimes it takes a long time to wait for service.

Das Hotel war sehr groß bez. Resort mit mehreren Gebäude geteilt ca 4-5… es war angenehm, Schön. Generell Sauberkeit war für uns schlecht und das war nicht nur im Zimmer sonnst überall. Aufzüge schmutzig, viele Fenster beziehungsweise Glasschränke und Glastüren war schmutzig mit finger print, essen Reste usw… ich bin mir sicher das Aufzüge würde in 7 Tage nicht einmal geputzt oder desinfiziert. Im Zimmer war angenehm. 1 Doppelbett und 1 einzelbett, Tisch, 1 Stuhl in Zimmer, kleine Balkon mit 2 sitzen und kleine Tisch. Badezimmer war nicht so modern, badedusche mit alles drum und dran…klassisch Sauberkeit WC würde nicht regelmäßig geputzt bez. desinfiziert…haare am boden usw. Regelmäßig würde Bett Wäsche angerichtet und Handtucher und Badetücher was wir am Boden gelassen haben…würde getauscht. Was schlimm wäre in 7 Tage fast keine Musik in der Pool Anlage ab und zu wenn program war, zum Beispiel Schaum Party oder Fitness sonnst ruhig wie wenn nicht im Urlaub warst… Es war nicht so viele Programm am Pool….am Abend 1 stunde Special Programm mit tanz und moto Show sonnst terasse genug wo Leute sitzen und Drinkenn. Gibt es eine Live Musik 1-2 Stunden sonnst nicht viel…generell klassisch für Familien mit kinder bez. Kleine Kinder. Im allgemein wir waren zufrieden aber wir werden nicht mehr hier ankommen.

Ein absolut unglaubliches Erlebnis im Kilman Belazur Resort & Spa! Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und schon beim Ankommen wird man herzlich empfangen und fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, modern und gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und bieten allen Komfort. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service: Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und sehr abwechslungsreich – ein echtes kulinarisches Highlight! Wir werden definitiv das Hotel ein weiteres Mal besuchen.

Fantastiskt hotell med den enligt mig absolut bästa variationen av mat. Servicen var alldeles utmärkt i huvudbyggnaderna men kunde vara bättre i och runt pool området. Hotellet är väldigt rent men i matsalen känns det som att personalen inte hinner med att plocka efter gästerna och många gånger tar det lite tid innan man kan sätta sig i ett bord eftersom att man får säga till personalen som sedan plockar undan efter de tidigare gästerna. Lite synpunkter gällande ”kids klubb” är att vi tyckte att de kunde ha varit lite”vänligare” mot barnen. Dessa synpunkter grundar jag på mina tidigare erfarenheter gällande väldigt många besök hos många 5* hotel kedjor i Antalya / Alanya Service 10/10 i huvudbyggnaden 6/10 i pool området Maten: 10/10, foodcourt mellan 12.00-16.00 10/10 Otroligt bra mat ! Renlighet i rum, hotel, etc 10/10, Restaurang 8/10 Guest relation personal 10/10 Trotts fel och brister rekommenderar jag verkligen detta hotel.

I am absolutely speechless from the moment I entered the hotel until the moment I left. I was continually amazed and left without words by how welcoming and fantastic everything was. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was out of this world, offering a variety of delicious options. The cleanliness of the entire resort was immaculate, and the waiters were always on their feet and very welcoming. The resort is perfect for kids, making it an ideal family hotel. The bars were excellent, and the performances were top-notch. Overall, this was an exceptionally amazing experience. I highly recommend this hotel resort to anyone looking for a perfect vacation.

We booked this hotel last minute and it was everything we wanted. The food was amazing, loads of activities and the service was even better. The hotel is so clean.

Die Anlage hat die perfekte Größe. Das Einchecken läuft super entspannt ab. Leider braucht man ein bisschen Zeit den Überblick zu finden, da es keinen richtigen Hotelplan gibt. Das Personal war fast immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Qualität und Auswahl vom Essen war top und mit das beste was wir in einem Urlaubshotel hatten, da auch alles gefühlt frisch vor einem Zubereitet wird. Das betrifft auch die Getränke und das man generell am Tisch bedient wird. Leider schwankte die Zubereitungsqualität der Cocktails von Bar zu Bar stark. Auch war die Zusammensetzung manchmal fragwürdig bzw. wurden Sachen weggelassen. Der Strand war nicht der aller schönste aber für einen tollen Badeurlaub allemal ausreichend. Manchmal waren Liegen beschädigt, wurden aber nicht ausgetauscht. Auch die Zimmer, vor allem die Badezimmer könnten mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Das war trotz allem mit eins der besten All-In Hotels welches wir jemals besucht haben.

Staff are trying to be helpful, but language barriers is a big problem not alot of them speaking english. Because of this we had a communication problem for what we book and what was delivered, we booked a 2 bed room and was provided only one bed. An additional roll bed was provided. But still was not what we booked.Was sorted straight away, but created a disconfort for us. Rest of the property was good, food was exceptional, staff was friendly and amenities were good.

Wir waren angenehm überrascht, dass das Hotel, welches auf den Bildern groß erscheint, tatsächlich angenehm klein ist. Dies sorgt für kurze Wege, was besonders praktisch ist, wenn man mit Kleinkindern reist. Ein kleines Manko sind die schallhörigen Wände, aber das Positive überwiegt bei weitem, sodass dies nur eine Kleinigkeit ist. Das Personal ist überaus höflich und bietet stets Getränke an, die direkt serviert werden. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass alle Getränke aus Dosen kommen und kein Plastik verwendet wird. Alles in allem war es einer unserer schönsten Urlaube, und wir können das Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Booked a room with double and single bed, only to find the double bed and they couldn’t provide a proper single bed only a fold out bed.. which was not what we paid for. Offered us room changes with worse views so wasn’t good enough. We just wanted the bed and would have been happy. Lovely hotel, but staff are not great at English and are either rather lazy or understaffed because getting a clean table at meal times was hard work, several times we never even got a drink throughout our meal also. Food was good though. Plenty to choose from. Overall had a good holiday which lost a star due to the bed issue and the staff. Guest relations were nice and tried to help but the hotel staff just said they couldn’t bring a proper bed to our room which is just poor, it would have been easier to move a bed in then us move all our stuff.

Beautiful hotel exterior, and my room had a luxurious feel. However, the room had no hooks at all to hang anything not even in the bathroom and wardrobes were small. The lighting was awful in the bedroom also. The lock on my door was also broken so you didn’t have that extra security when you’re in the room. The cocktails were not the best and pre mixed a lot of the time. I had a few lovely cocktails made in the lobby bar in the evening by a very attentive barman. Really strange because in the day at the lobby bar, a waiter/ress would come and take your order but in the evening, only by the QR code on the table or self serve. There are definitely areas to be improved. Very occasionally saw staff on roller skates but never ever came to take my order. Unprofessional manager at lobby bar shouting at staff 1 night, not nice to see. Food was fantastic, so much choice and the Turkish A La Carte was divine! Service was 5*. My 1st night when I checked in, as soon as I connected to wifi and came to my room I had a WhatsApp message from the night receptionist asking how I am and if there are any problems. Never experienced this before. I told him about the lock problem on the door and asked if he can get maintenance in the morning. The next day he continued to message later on and I told him it was not appropriate. I understand if he was trying to make sure everything was ok but he never informed maintenance so this messaging was questionable. Overall a nice hotel but not 5*.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Kirman Belazur im Großen und Ganzen genossen, auch wenn es einige Punkte gab, die verbesserungswürdig sind. Zimmer & Unterkunft: Leider ist an unserem 5. Tag die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer ausgefallen. Daraufhin wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten – jedoch mit einer Aussicht, die uns nicht gefallen hat. Wir meldeten dies an der Rezeption, doch uns wurde nur gesagt, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und man werde es „notieren“. Leider wurde nichts weiter unternommen. Allgemein wirken die Zimmer etwas veraltet und könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Frühstück & Service: Beim Frühstück mussten wir jeden Morgen nach einem Löffel für die Cornflakes unseres kleinen Sohnes suchen, weil das Besteckfach ständig leer war. Auch beim Getränkeservice war oft zu wenig Personal vorhanden – man musste sich vieles selbst holen, da die wenigen Kellner sichtlich überfordert waren. Abendessen: Abends war das Essen absolut hervorragend – sowohl in Auswahl als auch in Qualität. Hier stimmt alles, das war definitiv ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Besonderer Vorfall – Hochstuhl: Ein kritischer Moment war, als unser Sohn während des Essens aus dem Hochstuhl gefallen ist – der Stuhl ist einfach auseinandergebrochen. Zum Glück ist nichts Schlimmes passiert. Die Reaktion des Hotels war vorbildlich: Uns wurde sofort ein Arzt auf Hotelkosten angeboten und mehrfach nachgefragt, wie es unserem Sohn geht. Für diesen menschlichen Umgang gibt es von uns ein großes Lob.

Très content de notre séjour avec notre enfant de bas âge. Nourriture excellente, vous pouvez goûter à toutes les spécialités turcs. Tout est frais et variés. L’hôtel en lui-même est très propre et les chambres sont de même et spacieuse. Le personnel est très accueillant, sympa et a votre service. Hôtel parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances en familles, vous ne serez pas déçu

Super dejligt hotel med mange gode faciliteter. Personalet var flinke og imødekommende. Maden var lækker med stor variation og noget for alle. Værelserne var rene og i nyere stand. Hvis jeg skal nævne noget, som hotellet manglede, så var det et varmtvandsbassin. Men alt i alt en fantastisk ferie. Vi kommer helt klart igen.

Definitely I will be back here, it is very hard to reach excellence. Yet, this facility deserves it. Very friendly staf, beautiful location on the beach. You will never be bored as your day is super full of activities. Highly appreciated 👏

Positiv: eine tolles Urlaubsziel sowohl für Familien als auch für Paare. Die Vielfalt an leckerem Essen ist besonders hervorzuheben. Aber auch Personal, Pools und Unterhaltungmöglichkeiten sind auf einem hohen Niveau. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Negativ: kein Sandstrand

Alles bestens. Einziger Nachteil, man liegt zu weit weg von Belek Zentrum, so das man nicht dorthin zu Fuß gehen kann . Es gibt leider auch keinen Service seitens Hotel nach Belek oder Lands of Legends. Man ist auf den hiesigen Taxiunternehmen angewiesen und da es nur einer ist macht der seine Preise für solche kleine Fahrten utopisch teuer! Schade, somit kann man abends nicht durch die Geschäfte schildern um etwas zu kaufen. Das hat nichts mit GEIZ zu tun, aber ich lasse mich nicht abzocken, für eine Strecke die normalerweise 10-12 Euro kostet, 30€ zu zahlen, irgendwo hört der Spaß auf. Da es keine Alternative zu diesem einzigen Taxiunternehmen gibt (auch Ubber ist verboten) heißt es friss oder stirb.

Das betrifft auch die Getränke und das man generell am Tisch bedient wird. Leider schwankte die Zubereitungsqualität der Cocktails von Bar zu Bar stark. Auch war die Zusammensetzung manchmal fragwürdig bzw. wurden Sachen weggelassen. Der Strand war nicht der aller schönste aber für einen tollen Badeurlaub allemal ausreichend. Manchmal waren Liegen beschädigt, wurden aber nicht ausgetauscht. Auch die Zimmer, vor allem die Badezimmer könnten mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Das war trotz allem mit eins der besten All-In Hotels welches wir jemals besucht haben.

We just returned from our 3 week stay at this amazing resort! This has been by far the best resort we have stayed in all of Antalya! Our room was so clean and comfortable, the facilities are spectacular, and the food is to die for, so fresh and amazing quality! Such a lively atmosphere with wonderful music every night, pools, bars and endless entertainment to enjoy. Every member of staff is so attentive, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to General Manager, Gokhan Ali Ozaltin for taking such good care of us. Also special thanks to Sales Manager, Ugur Gultekin for welcoming us in such a lovely manner and biggest thanks to Customer Relations Manager, Ozlem Atasoy who was always there whatever we needed and made our holiday extra special! Kirman Belazur is a fantastic all inclusive resort. The staff in all areas of the hotel are all so friendly, obliging and very professional. The main restaurant was amazing with it's variety and freshness. The food was delicioius for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The eateries outside were also super. Thank you to everyone at this wonderful resort.

Beautiful hotel exterior, and my room had a luxurious feel. However, the room had no hooks at all to hang anything not even in the bathroom and wardrobes were small. The lighting was awful in the bedroom also. The lock on my door was also broken so you didn’t have that extra security when you’re in the room. The cocktails were not the best and pre mixed a lot of the time. I had a few lovely cocktails made in the lobby bar in the evening by a very attentive barman. Really strange because in the day at the lobby bar, a waiter/ress would come and take your order but in the evening, only by the QR code on the table or self serve. There are definitely areas to be improved. Very occasionally saw staff on roller skates but never ever came to take my order. Unprofessional manager at lobby bar shouting at staff 1 night, not nice to see. Food was fantastic, so much choice and the Turkish A La Carte was divine! Service was 5*. My 1st night when I checked in, as soon as I connected to wifi and came to my room I had a WhatsApp message from the night receptionist asking how I am and if there are any problems. Never experienced this before. I told him about the lock problem on the door and asked if he can get maintenance in the morning. The next day he continued to message later on and I told him it was not appropriate. I understand if he was trying to make sure everything was ok but he never informed maintenance so this messaging was questionable. Overall a nice hotel but not 5*.

Beautiful resort, with a nice beach pavillon with bar snacks, nice food, variety of entertainment, nice pool plus a pool bar.

Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien. Las piletas están impecables. Las reposeras y las sombrillas están en muy buen estado. El hotel en general, si bien se nota que tiene varios años, se ve que está bien mantenido en su gran mayoría. Puntos a mejorar serían: el horario de utilización de la pileta con toboganes de adultos, horarios disponibilidad de waffles y smoothies, opciones gastronómicas adicionales en el pavillon (deck sobre el mar), los tragos no son los más ricos que he probado en hoteles, ya que entiendo que el alcohol está rebajado o no es de muy buena calidad. La simpatía de algunos empleados no es la mejor y se debería recibir algún mejor trato por la categoría de hotel que es.
