This is an excellent hotel with likely the best views of the ocean and harbor in the city. We are driving up the coast so the valet underground parking was super important. Give them your car on arrival and get it back on departure. Certainly no need while you are here because the hotel is in the center of everything. We had room 603, ocean view corner, and it was superb except that chairs started squeaking early at the breakfast restaurant immediately above. 503 would probably be the best in the hotel. Fantastic views and comfortable chairs in the room to sit and sip a glass while enjoying the view and the evening breeze. Large walk in shower in a modern bathroom. This moment enjoying the view from a chaise by the rooftop pool while ordering margaritas. We stayed 3 nights. What's not to like?

Enjoyed the roof top pool and bar. Only comment is that the kitchen closes at 9:30pm and the bar closes at 11:30pm, as we arrived later in the evening grabbing a bite while at the pool would have been perfect.

If you're looking for a hotel with a great, central location to lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc. within walking distance, this is the hotel for you. The water view from our room (Room 404) that looked out to the Ege Port where all of the cruise ships docked was fabulous. We also really loved the rainfall shower head. The hotel has a Starbucks on the ground floor and there's a really nice pool deck on the roof with gorgeous views below. The only major issue for us was a lack of parking space for our rental car. The hotel did not have its own parking and we had to park several streets over, both days we were there, because the area near the hotel was very full and busy. The bed was also smaller than I imagined and it sat quite low to the ground, but was decently comfortable. The staff were very helpful and gave us a great breakfast recommendation for the first day as we were meeting up with friends who were not staying at the same hotel. We ate breakfast at the hotel the second day and it was nice... they had a good variety.

We travel to turkey alot and always stay in this hotel, its literally central to everything, no taxis are needed. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, 24hour gym also provides bottlw water for guests to have. When you arrive they have water, coke and biscuts in the fridge for you. Room service daily and staff are all so nice and friendly. I wouldnt stay anyware else and i would highly recommend

Ok, but noice from the street if you choose the sea view until very late. The elevator got stuck one time but they managed to get me out rather quickly. Did not change the bed sheets just put it back in position every day.

Olumsuz olan şey tavsiyemiz olacak ;514 nolu duşun su açıp yukarıdan akmasını sağlayan aparatı 20-30 saniyede bir atıyor ve duş almayı zorlaştırıyor teknik servis kontrolü gerekebilir. Birde üzüldüğümüz konu otelde akşam yemeği olduğu konusunda bilgilendirilmiş olmayı dilerdik. Asansörün oradaki yazı çıkış esnasında gözümüze çarptı .Eğer bilseydik otelde yemeğimizi yiyebilirdik. Otel konum olarak Kuşadası’nın merkezinde ve çoğu yere yakın, otopark imkanı sıkıntılı gibi gözükse de personel bu işi sizin için hallediyor. Personeller genel olarak ilgili. Temizlik konusunda malesef kötü deneyim yaşadık; kıl içinde yastıklar ve nevresimler vardı, üstelik nevresimlerin bir köşesinde sümük bile gördük. Neyse ki eşim sürekli kendi nevresimlerimizi yanımızda getiriyor da sorun yaşamadık pisleri kaldırıp attık kendi eşyalarımızı kullandık.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and very nice rooms. Some small spots of mold in the bathroom but otherwise clean and in good shape. Parking around the hotel is very difficult but the hotel has valet parking so they solve the parking problem for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would recommend this hotel!😀👍

The hotel is in a great location near the town of Kusadasi. However the worst part of the hotel is the bedding or lack of it. Just a mattress sheet and what I can only describe as a big towel to cover you. No upper sheet and the towel type cover did not lend itself to warmth at all. I actually slept with the ill fitting bath robe from the bathroom. Worse still was that the towel type cover did not fit the bed, so once you turned over the upper towel type blanket completely went with you. Terrible bedding. I think that the hotel should invest in some light weight quilts the proper size of the bed.

Very well located, well designed room, scenic rooftop breakfast. We would definitely stay again. One suggestion: is to rethink the linens. just the thin blanket was plainly insufficient. We were warm enough with the extra blanket from the closet. Also, the bathroom sink was not draining.

Expedia advertise this property with city view and sea view, unfortunately hotel doesn\'t mention about old and dirty building right in front of the hotel, which is NOT city view. Murat, front desk, threatened to cancel reservation, imagine checking in at 9pm, declined to upgrade the room upon asking an upgrade. Wish Expedia posts the image of the CITY rooms so people have an idea what they\'re getting. Breakfast and location is excellent, but wish illayda management hire better employees to handle customers instead of saying "this is it, take it or cancel reservation. Even though offered to pay for the upgrade.

We missed our cruise ship in Athens Greece and were flown to Izmir airport. Ilayna hotel took care of our transfer from the airport to Kusadasi. We were so impressed by the service, friendliness of the staff and how they went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. They directed us to restaurants and the market and arranged a taxi for our trip to the cruise ship pier. The breakfast buffet was top notch. In all of our worldwide travels, we have never had such delicious food. Far superior to any hotel or even cruise ships. We would love to visit kusadasi again just to stay at this fabulous hotel!!!

Perfect hotel for us! Staff was exceedingly helpful, arranging last minute driver for the day, breakfast was very good, rooms were nice with a view, and the location couldn't have been better, especially for the ferry and great restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Otelin yeri deniz kenarı merkezi bir konumda, araba parkı sıkıntılı. arabayı otelin vale hizmetlerine vermek zorunda kalınması hoşuma gitmedi. Otelin İç dizaynı çok güzeldi. Odalar genel olarak temizdi. Yastık kılıflarının ve Havluların temizliğinden pek emin olamadım. Lobideki ve vale hizmetlerindeki personel yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı sırasında görevli personel pek güleryüzlü değildi. Servis açılmasını güler yüzle rica etmeme rağmen kendiniz yapıyorsunuz onu diye cevap aldım. Otelin kuralları bu şekilde olabilir fakat servis çatal kaşığını görmediğim için sormuştum. Kahvaltı saatinin sonunda kahve makinasını kullanmama izin verilmedi. Kahvaltı lezzet olarak harikaydı. Havuzu küçük olduğu için kullanmaya bile yeltenmedik. Havuz kenarında deniz manzarası güzeldi. Odanın camından dışarı doğru bile bakınca dışardaki esnaf içeriyi gözetliyor. Yeniden tercih edip etmeme ve başkasına önerme konusunda kararsızım.

Das Hotel hatte eine super Lage. Man konnte zu Fuß alles erreichen. Der Strand war ca. 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ein Kritikpunkt wäre, dass man nur bis 19 Uhr essen bestellen kann und das auch nur am Pool. Anschließend gibt es kein Zimmerservice o.ä. Da man aber zahlreiche Restaurants nebenan hat, ist das kein großes Problem.

Gorgeous design, perfect sea view, very helpful staff that always had a welcoming smile on their face. Rooms and hotel grounds were very highgenic. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So fresh, local produce and a very wide spread of options to suit everyone’s taste. Perfectly located. The reception upgraded our room as my daughter (that made the reservation) stated that it was my birthday. That was very generous of them. The hotel also offers complimentary cold drinks water, snacks and tea/coffee. The room bas equipped with everything you need. Thanks for great hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped in working with the airline so I could retrieve a lost bag. Breakfast and rooftop bar were amazing. Bed and pillows were harder than I’m used to but that is just personal choice.

Easy to walk to both sides of the marina . Many coffee shops , restaurants , etc. breakfast was included . There is a buffet for dinner that is very good and affordable . Staff were very nice and helpful.
