Alles im ganzen war unser Aufenthalt in Ordnung - aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Unterkunft im „Steinhaus“ ist nicht optimal und muss unbedingt angepasst werden… für 300€ die Nacht kann man etwas mehr als Gast verlangen - definitiv noch Luft nach oben möglich!!! Eigener Pool mit defekter Beleuchtung - Menü Auswahl sehr eingeschränkt und teilweise nicht frisch und lieblos serviert - Tägliche Reinigung leider sehr mangelhaft - Am Wochenende finden am Pool diverse Veranstaltungen statt (z.B Hochzeiten) mit sehr lauter Musik ohne Rücksicht auf Hotelgäste - Personal teilweise lustlos unterwegs und unaufmerksam unterwegs. Aktuell Hilton-Light Standard mit maximal 4 Sternen! Das einzige Highlight sind wirklich die 4 Steinhäuser! Management muss unbedingt mal aktiv werden!

We have been staying at Hilton hotels in different cities. This one is an old Hilton Hotel. The hotel is near the beach so you can walk over in 5 minutes. Rooms are big but old.The beds are very soft as always nice to sleep in. The stuff is welcoming and smiling. But we didn't get a cookie as we are used to. The spa is a disaster. Very old and the Steam room didn't work.

The staff are helpful, the breakfast is ok, the ac works, bed comfortable. But the hotel needs investment. Internet was patchy, bathtub had multiple holes that had been patched roughly, other room furnishings and plumbing were old, light switches in the room functioned erratically. The hotel felt like it was slowly dying. Not a bad hotel, but not worth the price paid.

I booked two deluxe rooms.the rooms size and furniture were ok but the noise from outside nightclubs was so loud that didn't allow us to sleep from 10pm till 5am. It was so loud as if it was next room. I went to reception and down graded my room category to get a room at the back of the hotel with local apartments view just to avoid the unbelievable mega noise. It was unbelievable sleepless night

It’s just a 15 to 20-minute walk to the cruise terminal and the Grand Bazaar, where you can find lots of great items at affordable prices. We loved walking by the seaside every day and watching the cruise ships come and sail away. We arrived after an overnight flight from the UK, landing in Izmir at 5 a.m. and reaching the hotel in Kusadasi around 10 a.m. We were so grateful that they allowed us to check in early, which gave us much-needed rest. Our return flight was in the evening, and they also let us check out late, which was much appreciated! The room was well-equipped with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, though the conditioner was empty throughout our stay. We didn’t bother mentioning it since I had my own, but it’s worth noting. We also had bathrobes, which was a nice touch, although they were taken away a day before checkout, which wasn’t ideal. We didn’t use the TV as it only had one English channel—BBC News. It would have been great if the TV was a smart one so we could connect our devices and watch Netflix or Prime on a larger screen. Our room was on the ground floor with access to a small shared pool, which we loved. We used it frequently and enjoyed the privacy since we never ran into other guests. The room was quiet, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we slept well.

Unfortunately if you get the wrong room then the noise from the next door nightclub is intolerable and goes onto four in the morning. It sound like you are in the club with the continued thud thud. To be fair the hotel moved my room to another, this was a cheaper room but they could not refund the difference. This does mean they should add a warning about the noise when booking.

The Hilton in Kusadasi is only an OK choice. I have stayed in much better hotels for a lot less money. The hotel is comfortable and provides all you need but doesn't deliver any extra. The buffet breakfast has poor selection if you're used to the chain in Europe/US, however, the most surprising part for me was the number of staff that didn't speak English. Many times staff had to go call someone else to get my order, in fact, overall that is the case in the city. You would think that the staff would know more though in such a touristic city.
