Good pool, gym and spacious room. Easy parking as well!

Stayed for a night. Great location just off of Hwy 99. Its gated so felt very safe with parking. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend.

Lots of stealing going around that hotel. Had the catalytic converter on the moving truck I rented. The staff definitely helped but not much to do about theft since it’s something that isn’t taken seriously and money is always going to be lost. So be careful with that. They stole from my vehicle around 7:30 in the morning.

The pool & hot tub were not up kept and were both Freezing Cold. We couldn't even use the hot tub after 15 hours of driving. When I asked the front desk lady to check it out she had a serious attitude because I interrupted her "personal cell phone" time that she was doing while on the job. Customer Service was Horrible!! The hotel was NOT very clean especially in the lobby area and the beds were horrible to sleep on. Extremely uncomfortable. The shower head and sink spout need replacing because they barely trickled out water so it was awful to take showers and just get ready in general. I will make sure to mark this one off my list of places to stay again.

Had to skim the swimming pool and spa before using.

Super clean and good breakfast options. Staff was friendly. Close to Mechanics Bank venue. Pool and hot tub were awesome.

It would be so nice if the pool was indoor only because the pool and spa are so close to highway the cars make too much noise it’s. Also the trees from the highway drop a lot of debris into the pool. Also a bathroom would be nice next to the pool.

The refrigerator made noisy all night along. I asked to if they can check it. But they didn’t. The pool was too dirty

Very pleased with the accomodations! The room was spacious and very clean! The pool area could do with a little maintenance, but was very clean overall. The free morning breakfast options were very nice, very adequate. All for a very reasonable price! Thank you!

We have come here several times to break up our driving trips. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are comfortable. We always get a great nights sleep. We come here for the excellent free breakfast too. The fresh ground coffee is better than Starbucks!

This hotel has nice rooms at a fair rate and the rooms were clean to naked eye BUT the room I stayed in my 1sr night was infested with fleas! After going to bed I was awakened by severe itching and noticed in excess of 20 bites on my legs arms. Told management who moved me into another room, that didn’t cure my discomfort

Our stay was just ok. Upon arriving our room, I always check the sheets first thing. The mattress topper had a huge urine stain that I could see very clearly through the fitted sheet. And there was hair all over the mattress topper. This is unacceptable. I used to be a housekeeper for years, and I would never leave that on a bed. It was definitely seen, and ignored. Thankfully after I called and asked for a new sheet, a friendly gentleman who didn’t speak English came and changed my entire bedding, including the duvet cover. Very thankful for that. Other than that, the hot tub was very dirty. It would be good to keep a hot tub cover over it during the times it is not being used. I skimmed the water myself and there were bugs and hair everywhere in the water. Also cigarette butts around it. The breakfast was really good, better than expected.

Room was very clean and comfortable... except for the clumps of dust hanging from both ceiling fans. The 10' - 12' ceiling in the room was fabulous! (that might make it harder to clean the fans). We will definitely stay here again.

The mattress has bed bug and my arms, legs, back had over 40 locations got bites.

Couldn’t iron my clothes the iron didn’t work Front desk was not willing to get a working one There were large cockroaches in restroom I had some bites of bed bugs

I love that IHG offers five bathroom products . This is the main reason I stay with them . The rooms are really nice also ours had a little mini bar with a fridge, microwave and coffee pot, a little sofa and 2 ceiling fans . Very comfortable

Room was huge. Bed was comfortable. Clean. Breakfast was good (included). Easy highway access. Only downside was around 5am the traffic noise started and it was quite loud, waking us both up.

In room 400 freeway noise was loud difficult sleeping should give ear plugs

Really good hotel on our stop off over to Las Vegas. Rooms where large and clean and beds were comfortable would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good and the children loved making the pancakes and waffles.

The size of the family suite fit is well.

The suite we got was spacious and clean, but the backside of the building is right against a highway (Route 99?) and all night long it was hellishly noisy. None of us slept well or at all.

This was a very nice room with nice furniture and a large TV. However, the sink faucet was too small/short and did not reach over the sink, creating a wet mess on the sink. The water pressure was very good, until you turned on the shower head, then it was just a drizzle. The wallpaper above the shower was beginning to come loose and needs to be re-glued before mold gets in. Everything else was very nice and comfortable!

Front desk staff was rude. I had booked two rooms, but only one room was showing on their system. It was a simple name mistake, and she was giving hard time over something easy to fix. She was offering water to other guesses arriving and didn't offer water to us. It was extremely hot. Another manager or owner had to step in to help us.

Well the night staff was very rude upon check in. I do not reside in that city anymore however my I.D is from there, so I was told bluntly if you don’t have $250 in cash for a deposit you will have to go somewhere else, our rules changed last month! And the third party should have told you. Also they don’t offer bottle water for free to a third part reservation.

The front desk gal, Betty, was amamzing and goes above and beyond. She was super welcoming and caring !

This hotel was excellent clean quiet even with a lot of people there in the weekend and the breakfast was excellent. The friendliest front desk staff also

The reason this property is getting an average overall rating was because of how inept the front desk was and how badly they botched my check in. There were two problems with check in: 1) the front desk person asked me to tap my card for the deposit and when I asked why it was so much, after I had tapped, he informed me that this included the room rate as well. I had already prepaid the room and told him this. He told me that the computer didn't indicate this. Fortunately, I had brought a copy of the receipt for the payment, and he reluctantly conceded that I had indeed paid for the room. In brief, they had to figure out how to deal with the double charge, which they eventually did. Problem 2: the room number the same front desk person wrote on the key card holder wasn't the same as the room number on the contract sheet. I went with the key card holder number, and that didn't work. So I tried what I remembered from the contract sheet and that did work. So I had to drop back to the front desk to make sure the computer was in alignment with the real room so that they didn't check anyone else into my room. Anyhow, check in was a mess. Other than that, we have stayed at this property previously and I can almost guarantee you that they have had a remodel since then. The rooms are really nice and feel new, and they are spacious and well appointed. If you are visiting Buck's place, it is almost right across the strong. We would stay again.

Close to freeway and very clean.

Convenient to on/off Freeway Hwy 99 (at Buck Owens Dr) . Also convenient to Costco & Costco Gas just the other side of freeway. Our handicap room was great, and asked for the same room one week later on our return trip back home. Thank you Holiday Inn Express.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great breakfast! Not the greatest location, no good places to eat outside of the hotel. Lots of homeless people in the area. My sister and I were in town for a comedy show, the area didn’t feel the safest. But hotel was great and so was the staff.

Very happy with location

Looks like brand new, everything sparkling, large tv, many channels, bathroom is great, lobby great, ample and well lit parking. Well working Wi-fi. Complementary breakfast was not good. Area around is sketchy after dark. Most of cafes around close early, and only fast food is available. Good location right off both highways. Well suited for business trip or overnight stay.

ideal location for buck owens crytal palace, where we were going for a concert. less than 5 minutes walk

Great location , just off the highway. Plenty of places to eat nearby , bowling alley across the road along with a great craft beer bar nx to it. Hotel has huge rooms , nice chilled feel about the place. Breakfast is plentiful, staff are friendly and very pleasant. Highly recommended .

Wall betweem rooms are very thin. You hear every small move in the other room. Sausage was very undercook. Pancake mix run out early. Eggs taste suspicious. Smell outside is bad. Area around looks rundown and ghetto like.

Fast check in, lovely large room that was very clean, tastfully decorated in a modern desiĝn, and well maintained. Breakfast had a large choice of items. Parking was safe.

Hot tub was not fully functional Breakfast not up to other Holiday Inn Express quality.
