The fact that this property is even listed on Hotels.com is absolutely mind blowing. It was easily one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever visited. We arrived to find a rough looking character in his pajamas, lying around on the lobby couch watching movies.. I thought he was just a guest and I was like I’m not staying here if that guy staying here only to find out he was the front desk guy. He was totally nice and I understand some people have read more rough lives than others, but it was kind of insane that that’s who was working there.. as soon as we pulled out we were pretty much convinced we were going to eat the money and not stay there. But we checked out the rooms anyways, and they are absolutely deplorable. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in those rooms. They clearly rent to locals who may be can’t afford an apartment so there’s a lot of permanent residence. This is kind of a place that you would go to do drugs or potentially rent somebody for a few hours. Under no circumstances, should anyone ever ever stay here. I don’t know where they got that picture for the room, but that is not what I saw.. the front desk guy did offer us different rooms, but I don’t think it would matter. Like I said, this place should not be even able for people to book a room..

The room was not clear and the bathroom was very dirty and the room was very dirty. The room had a coffee maker but no cups to make coffee. And the coffee maker was very dirty. The pictures on the website was not the same as the place itself. The place was very rundown. It shows a pool but I didn’t see one.

I didn’t end up staying because I had to leave because of a family emergency. The room smelled it was full of flies. The air conditioner did not turn on. Weill the grounds were clean. The room was gross.

We checked in, saw our room, and left. The condition of the property was unsanitary and deplorable. The lobby smelled of old smoke mixed with cheap cleaning solution. The elevator had dirt and grime on the walls, door, floor, and buttons. The room smelled of old urine and smoke. The carpet had a big hole in it. The bathroom had hair and dirt on the floor. The toilet did not flush. We reported it to the front desk clerk and asked for a refund. We showed her the pictures we took. She informed us that she was not aware there was a hole in the carpet or that the room was filthy. She said she was unable to give us a refund due to a non-refundable cancellation policy despite the atrocious conditions of the property. She offered us another room, but given the general unsanitary conditions of the property we declined. We asked that she make a note on the account. We asked that it be done before we left. She stated, “Or, you could just leave,” and told us that we weren’t allowed to see what she was writing. We asked for her name and title and reminded her that she is in the hospitality business and was being unprofessional.

Hotel is dirty with cracks and dirt and dust every where. Our ac in the first room did not work. There was hair in the shower. Toliet didn’t want to flush properly pool was the best part but there was peeling paint every where. The floor on the wall way was coming up. There was spider webs and spiders all thru out the room. Would not stay here again! Also the breakfast was lacking only had 2 cereal a picture of milk in the fridge that looked old. Flys and nats inside the juice machine. There was waffle mix but I choose to check out instead.
