Front desk was friendly and sheets were clean. Downhill after that , room smelt damp , lot of noise outside the room. Getting into the parking lot is like driving over man holes.

Hotel is undergoing renovations. Exterior is very well lit in walkways and parking lot. Room was clean and beds seemed to be new mattresses. Tub did drain slow and AC was cold but difficult to regulate temp at night. We informed them on checkout as it wasn't so inconvenient to worry about during our stay. Breakfast is good and plenty to choose from with both hot and cold options. Would stay again.

Enjoyed my stay there. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the water pressure from the shower would knock you down, which I happen to like. Wish they had a pool, but that was the only thing it lacked, in my opinion. I would stay there again.

This is definitely a one-two night stay type of place. The microwave smelled when you opened it, the restroom was not dirty, but very outdated and the tub needed to be replaced. Again, it was not dirty just outdated big time. The girl working the evening shift at the front desk was not knowledgeable and was unable to answer any of my questions. Even gave hearing directions to the room. They DO NOT have an elevator so it was difficult to get my children (who can’t walk yet) up/down the stairs. The cleaning staff was very nice and thorough. I was able to park right outside of my room and they do have blackout curtains. Overall, it was not bad, I just would not stay there more than one to two nights

The property is in a major need of renovations, room had damp smell. The shower and toilet were leaking, shower rod was broken and hanging down. The bedding looked dirty with a brown stain on the blanket edges. The entire property and overall area is pretty rough condition.

People were friendly. Check in was easy. But the room smelled damp and musty. Mold under soap dish in bath tub . That was nasty. Mold in hotel eating area in the ceiling where it looks like theres a leak of some sort.

The wall paper was peeling off the wall where there had previous water damage and there was mold in the room. The sink had no water pressure and developed a leak. Maintenance man fixed the leak and the pressure. My wife had to go sleep in the car the second night as someone was smoking in the room next to it and the room reaked. I went ahead and got up and packed and left as I wasn’t going to let her sleep in the car as the area was a little seedy. You should not book people into this motel.

Blow dryer didn’t work in the room . Room a/c would only go on low and never felt like it got cool enough for room . 121 is very dated . Sink missing top of the drain stopper. Everything is old looking . Very few channels on the tv

My room was all the way in the back closest to the interstate, not even 100ft away. The noise was ridiculous, no sound proofing attempts were made for tge rooms by the hotel at all. Couldnt here my own tv or phone. Of the three nights I stayed there I maybe got 8 hours off sleep.

Very professional staff did not say my room number or other info in public hearing range etc, efficient staff who respond promptly to questions when i called the front desk needing a few things from town. All as expected. Very good experience overall.

Every time we come to Columbus for a race we stay here & we always have a great stay! They know us by name when we come in & everyone is so friendly & helpful. The room is always clean & the free breakfast is pretty good. We will continue to stay here while in town.

I was booked in my room at 7pm I was in town for business. I went and ran some errands and came back. My key wouldn’t work 3 different times . When they came to fix it . They had Gave my room to someone else. My stuff was in room and a guy was in my bed sleep . They kicked us both out made me get my stuff and said it was a mix up they gave my occupied room to another customer and they were rude about it . They could give me refund because I went through 3rd party and told me sorry can’t give my another room they are full. Worst experience ever and I would like to talk to corporate

We needed a hotel close to the Mississippi school of Math and Science for my son to take his SAT test. It was better to stay at a hotel close to the property instead of driving the morning of, and something causing us to be delayed and locked out.

I booked this hotel since Expedia had a better price for it than all other sites. Nothing special about the room but very clean. The best part was the fact that their free hot breakfast started at 5 AM! I will be back!
