No vale la pena. Hay muchos mejores hoteles en la Riviera maya cancun y playa del Carmen que este . Las tales fiestas temáticas son horribles. La música fatal. Tienen licor bueno. Comida normal. A la llegada te atienden como un príncipe y te sientan media hora para al final “invitarte” a un desayuno y CREEMOS que es con el OBJETIVO DE QUE COMPRES UN TIEMPO COMPARTIDO O ALGO SIMILIAR. Ya cuando dijimos que no íbamos se acabó la amabilidad de la señora que nos recibió. Mala inversión este hotel

N’écoutez pas les commentaires négatifs !!! Le plaisir est encore au rendez-vous! Oui, il y a eu beaucoup de changements dans l’animation c’est un peu moins parfait mais très acceptable. La bouffe toujours moyen de manger à notre faim 😋 même si c’est pas la grosse gastronomie.

A special thanks to our awesome butlers Alex and Nacho for their exceptional service, and Jose and Jerry at the lobby bar for keeping the drinks flowing every night. Our tower room was spacious, comfortable, and meticulously cleaned. TTR will continue to be our home away from home!
