Staff was polite and helpful. Room was nice and clean. However sound proofing is pretty bad so you can hear ppl walking and talking outside. There’s a lot nearby with lots of food and massage. Traffic is bad in the area as usual. Great stay overall!

Our family stayed at Grand Mercure for 4 nights last week. Good experience overall. I opted for their breakfast buffet for all 4 days and it's totally worth it. They had quite a variety in the food and we loved it. We used the pool on one occasion and it was decent. Both the shower rooms were out of Body wash. They could do better in this area. Room service could be improved a little bit as well. We had to call the reception and request room service. But like I said good experience overall and I would recommend the place for anyone. Especially for the location - Jalan Alor food Street is walkable and Berjaya Times Square is only few minutes away.
