Hyatt Place Richmond Arboretum

The property was beautiful and welcoming. Spacious rooms. The staff was very efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend to others whether you're traveling for business or pleasure.

Stayed 2 night in different rooms. Rooms were clean but 1st room had a slower draining tub. In a 5 min shower the tub filled up with 3 inches of water. 2nd room, the shower worked well, but the TV didn't work. On both occasions we called the front desk and was told there was no one that could help us. The hotel offers food, but doesn't have a real restaurant or bar. The hot food was OK, but the salad was something you would
