Laundry room was out of order. Would nice if the fitness center was larger and had more than just two machines

Mold on ceiling, clogged bathroom sink I had to brush my teeth in the shower. Half the curtain wouldn’t close. However, Comfortable bed. No bugs. Plenty towels and wash clothes. Breakfast?? No eggs at 8am, 2 sausages left and water dripping onto floor from the thing that keeps the food warm. The juice machine… the kiwi strawberry just sprayed out the side more on me then the cup. I decided to leave and go buy breakfast. Oh and the elevator did not work the entire time I was there.

Everything was good from arrivsl until departure Would have scored 5 but elevator was not eorking, made it very difficult for my wife who has mobility issues.

Elevators down I had my family with me and my infant grandson and we was out in the 3rd floor. We had to walk all those stairs with out luggage and a baby!!

Room was very nice. Bathroom a little older but clean and great water pressure. The reason for the lower score is they put us on the 3rd floor and waited until we were all checked in to tell us that the elevator was broken and we had to use the stairs. Not a happy camper to say the least since we were there for an event and had a ton of stuff to bring in to the hotel. We only stayed 1 night instead of 3.

very pleasant experience ,especially receptionist Casey and her daughter Kayla were courteous and helpful with suggestions for dining and entertainment. Many dining options within 10 min. drive as well as shopping , attractions and a super flea market on the weekend. Disappointed that the outdoor pool was not open mid Sept despite temperatures in 80's

The elevator didn't work all weekend

The rooms were clean, the staff was great, we enjoyed the pool and though the gym was small, it was clean and convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed for one evening as it was we the only place in the area to stay. We walked into the room which smelled like wet dog and the trim was falling off the wall. Attempted to use the work out equipment and the treadmill made loud clanking sounds and the elliptical option buttons didn’t even work. The room was extremely dirty. I would not recommend unless it was a last resort. PS our room towel had what looked like blood on it. Also our room door was open when we went to open it upon arriving.

Hall carpeting not vacuumed. Very unsightly. My room needs attention to painting. Not very professionally finished. Shower has dark mold on grouted edges. Hair dryer wall bracket broken.

The hotel was very clean. The whole 4 days was an excellent experience. We were very pleased with the flooring!! No carpet!!

I stayed here a few times. Same issues upon arrival in the room here all over the bathtub hair inside of the mini fridge, rusty fixtures, sink, falling apart. Housekeeping is truly lazy and put no effort into cleaning.

Everything was nice and clean. Didn’t get up in time for breakfast but the area around had some wonderful restaurants for breakfast and dinner.

This property is average. We killed several bugs in our room. We had to get our key card reset every day of our visit. There was a shade on the window but not curtain at all. So, the room was light. The room needed basic maintenance.

Check in was a breeze and lobby was clean. Room was dirty (floors had visible dirt on them, and an old used tooth brush found under the bathroom sink). A/C / Heat smelled funny but worked sufficiently. Breakfast left something to be desired. They stopped stocking breakfast apparently and we arrived for breakfast around 0830. No forks, no French toast sticks, and only bare necessities to call it breakfast.

The bathroom light cover came off and fell into the tub with chards of plastic everywhere. I saw a roach in the bathroom. The hot water was lukewarm at best. Not the best, especially when I’m stressed out taking care of my Dad in Hospice Care. They couldn’t give me a refund because I booked through Hotels.com. I want a refund!

Toilet was broken, the highway boise was heard all night but luckily the rattling of the air conditioning drowned some of that out.

Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper and they give you a room on the highway side. We had zero sleep, sounded like trucks were running through our room. AWEFUL

Hotel was very nice. HUGE room which we loved. Only minor downside was the bathroom light/fan. The fan was super loud and needs to be repaired (Room 214). Check in was quick and efficient; desk clerk was courteous.

The property could use some upgrades. Third floor hallway smelt like cats. Room was spacious, needs a upgrade. It was fairly noisy due to the bathroom vent constantly running. Closing the bathroom door alleviated the problem. Staff was very kind.

The area of this hotel was beyond peaceful. The rooms were spacious and overall comfortable.

The hotel was in a great location. The girl at the desk was very friendly and professional. The room was updated. Nice Jacuzzi in the room.

Room was clean mattress comfortable . A little outdated but fine for overnight stay. Air conditioner could not be set below 69. Breakfast was good.

Room facing I85 and between the interstate and the air conditioning unit that was very loud, I didn’t sleep at all.

They have to treat Spanish-speaking people better.

A weeks stay. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was stocked and kept clean and hot/fresh.

We booked from Aug 22-25 to be in town for a family wedding. Our stay was great until our last night. After settling our children(12,6,5) in we went outside for a cigarette. While outside we observed a construction work crew arriving for their stay. A few minutes later my oldest calls and says a woman went into our room asking her her mom's name. We immediately went to the front desk to speak with Katie. She asked if anyone has spoken to us about moving rooms which no one has. She informed us that somehow in the system they had us moved from room 316 where we had been the entire time to a room on the second floor and the room we were in was assigned to some of the construction workers. The guys were given their room and when they attempted to enter they saw my youngest and went back down to inform Katie there was a baby in the room. When she went to check she recognized my children and knew there had been a mistake. Katie was amazing and was just doing what the computer told her to do. She fixed the problem and profusely apologized for the mixup. My concern comes in where a group of men were allowed access to my room where my children were. My 12 is completely capable of keeping an eye on her siblings and knows you do not open the door for anyone. How does this happen? Who reassigns a room on the last day of a guests stay? What could have happened to my children had the men not been honest and returned to the desk to report it was occupied by kids?

After driving almost 7 hours from out of town and arrived at the hotel, the hotel canceled my reservation without warning. I never canceled my reservation. The hotel did absolutely nothing to accommodate me and my family. I will never make another reservation with Comfort Suites Salisbury I-85.

The property was fine. it was the check in and out that was a problem. They charged me several times on my card and it took me a week to finally get it straihtened out. Should not be a hasstle.

Staff very friendly; rooms were clean; accommodated my request to change the date on a booking as I had entered the wrong date and it was an out of town trip to my brother-in-law's memorial service.

The night desk attendant was amazing and got my checked in with ease. The morning attendant was dismissive and condescending after i stood at the desk several minutes to check and was not acknowledged. I informed her of the issues with my room and her tone was patronizing

I had a reservation confirmed well in advance for two rooms, but upon arrival, I was told that there was one only one room available without any notice! No call, no email—just only one available. After finding vacancies on another hotel far from there I asked the front desk to cancel the other room and he said that the other room had been canceled already, what makes me think they canceled the reservation altogether for both rooms in advance. The front desk staff was shockingly rude and unhelpful, showing no concern for the inconvenience caused. On top of that, the hotel itself was filthy. The lobby was not cleaned properly, almost dark, and dust on every surface. It was clear that cleanliness is not a priority there. Overall, an absolutely awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend Comfort Suites Salisbury I-85 to anyone, and I will never return. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere!

The homeless population around the property boundaries....leaves concern for truck and boat

Hotel was okay! Truck window was smashed during the night in a burglary.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were spacious. It was very hard to find the hotel.

Check in was quick and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I slept well in a comfortable bed. There are several restaurants within a one minute walk that made this stay a real winner.

Close to the shopping centers. Close to places to eat. Very easy to get to from the highway

Convenient location. Great room. Excellent breakfast.

While the property is located conveniently close to restaurants and stores, it is also beside of a freeway. So there was constant traffic noise. The staff member that checked me in wasn’t very welcoming. He would just stare at me and not say anything as he checked me in. Other than that, my stay was comfortable.

Easy access and close to the interstate. Quiet and safe

The stay overall was fine. The area around and the parking lot had a lot more foot traffic than I was expecting. There were people in the bushes right beside the parking lot and folks sleeping in their cars. Once we got inside, we felt safer. I probably would return as long as the excessive foot traffic were to subside.

Nice hotel clean room but absolutely bad location. Right next to I85 literally sounds like the traffic is going to come through your room. Needless to say no sleep at all last night.

Hotel is hard to find but is quiet and convenient. Desk staff are good; breakfast staff doesn't deliver and blames guests for eating: "They waste food" ;"They use supplies too quickly;" " They eat too much food too soon,."etc. Breakfast staff should monitor what needs replenishing and not wait to be asked by guests for EVERYTHING. I waited over an hour for eggs that were promised but never came.

We like that it is safe, clean and the bed is comfortable. We like the fresh baked cookies in the lobby and expect we will like the hot breakfast bar tomorrow morning. We didn't like sitting on the sofa bed as it was not very comfortable. Our card keys stopped working twice but they were very nice about reactivating them.

The room with the tub with jets is fantastic! It was so relaxing. The food slection at breakfast was great.

Most options at breakfast was empty with no effort to restock items, toaster & waffle maker we’re in very bad shape, not working properly. Room was very clean. Problem with checking with 2 pre-paid rooms only showing one was paid. Had to pay for one room a second time. Need to improve online booking process! Now I have a hassle trying to get my money back from paying twice for the same room. Not happy!

Breakfast was poor. One rotten banana in the bowl, gravy was old and partially dried up, biscuits was hard, low grade sausage, no other fruit was offered, no yogurt. I saw others come down from their rooms, looked at the pitiful breakfast and said they're going to Ihops. However, the room was nice and clean.

The rooms are in great condition - Huge, Clean with nice furniture. The best Breakfast that you can think of. Staff are very friendly, nice and helpful.

This was a very nicely updated hotel with very comfortable rooms. The breakfast selection was very nice and plentiful as well. This hotel is very conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the historic district.
