Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, hat einen traumhaften Ausblick! Es ist sehr sauber, mehrere Pools und mehrere Strände bieten die Abwechslung. Pools sind eher tief - toll für Schwimmer! Im Mainpool kann man nur am Rand stehen, im Salzwasserpool Tiefe 1,60. Hier direkt nebenan ein kleines Kleinkinderbecken. Zum Kinderbecken mit Rutschen muss man vom Hotel 70m hochlaufen. Das Hotel hat viele Treppen, weite Wege. Großes kostenpflichtiges Angebot direkt vor der Tür - Jetski, Bootsverleih usw, Tauchen, Quad, Spa. All inclusive service - größtes Manko - Beachbar (sehr gemütlich) am hoteleigenen Beton-Strand ist nicht inklusive. Auch Loungebar an der Höhe der Rezeption ist nicht inklusive, hat aber wunderbaren Ausblick und ist sehr einladend eingerichtet. Man kann sich aber hinsetzen ohne was zu bestellen. Die Süssgetränke sind, wie viele schon geschrieben haben, einfach zu süß. Das Bier ist gut, es gibt mind. zwei Biersorten. Manche Cocktails sind gut, manche weniger gut. Der Frappe an der Poolbar ist sehr lecker! Das Essen - verschiedene Salatsorten, frisch gebackene Pizza, frisch gemachte Pasta, Pfannkuchen. Aber das Essen wiederholt sich, nach ein paar Tagen war eher langweilig. Einige Tische am Fenster liegen schön, mehr als die Hälfte im Innenbereich, eher wie Kantine. Die Animationen durchwachsen, manches sehr gut - Poolspiele, Aqua-Gym. Vieles fällt leider aus, da Animateure nicht engierert aufrufen. Trotz einiger Nachteile, haben wir uns in dem Hotel sehr gut erholt.

Unique and vastly expansive property. It was so large that there was a whole other pool and another beach we didn’t even discover until the night before our last day. Be sure to go on all the elevators as they take you to different places. A rental car place and an ATV Quad excursion is economical and within walking distance to the resort. There’s also a seaside village not far from the resort with amazing restaurants and shopping. We walked to it and took a taxi back. The taxi ride back was only 10 Euros. A taxi from the airport to the resort was about 30 min and 45 Euros. I recommend coordinating with the resort to schedule your pickup prior to your arrival. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and air conditioned. Get a room with a private pool in it. Those rooms are centrally located in the resort and well worth it.

Tolles Hotel mit toller Aussicht, weitläufiges Gelände mit verschiedenen Pool-Landschaften, auch der Zugang zum Meer ist auf kurzen Wegen möglich. Hier kann man wirklich entspannen. Einziges "Manko" war, dass man bei den Speisen häufig mit Salz selbst nachwürzen musste. Außerdem muss man bei den vielen Treppen auf Grund der Lage am Anhang und häufigen einzelnen Stufen zwecks "Stolperfallen" aufpassen

Resort was great, but many false advertising, only 1 bar open in the centre of the resort, must pay to use beach chairs on the beach in which those staying at the resort should be getting for free (15euro) Only buffet food was served the whole time as the restaurants were all closed… website says it’s open, also the bar on the beach was not apart of the all inclusive package, makes more sense to do a half board and you’ll still get the same as those with the all inclusive , the beaches and the room were immaculate but for the price you’re paying you’d expect just a little more, first time at an all inclusive in Europe and I’d say stick to going down south for the full experience

I spent seven unforgettable days at Peninsula Resort & Spa in Greece, and it truly felt like a slice of heaven The hotel is just as described — tranquil, elegant, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. The resort features three beautiful beaches , including a private one where the sea is ideal for swimming. The large swimming pool never felt crowded — sunbeds were always available, and fresh towels were on hand whenever needed.The room I stayed in was spacious. Daily cleaning was provided, however, I did notice a few items left behind the bed, which was a shame in an otherwise well-kept space. The all-inclusive experience was exceptional. A fantastic variety of cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks were always on offer, and the food selection was outstanding — diverse, fresh, and consistently delicious. If I had one small critique, it would be that some of the drinking glasses weren't always cleaned thoroughly, so I often requested cups instead — a minor hiccup in an otherwise flawless stay. Unfortunately, due to a recent storm, the à la carte restaurants weren't available during my stay, so I wasn't able to enjoy that part of the experience. However, the staff.There were activities scheduled throughout the day and evening , with a lively French animation team adding energy and entertainment. From quiet relaxation to social fun, the resort struck the perfect balance.The staff were friendly and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort and wouldn't hesitate

Sejour en all inclusive. Buffet de qualité. Plus de plats variés auraient ete bien. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus d'animation de soirée, spectacles, etc... Sinon cadre et vue magnifique de l'hôtel Attention, pas de parking privé et pas toujours de la place à l'extérieur. Je n'ai pas eu de problème à me garer sauf le premier jour. Je recommande l'hôtel si vous souhaitez un endroit idyllique et calme en soirée

Wonderful stay at Peninsula. The first time visiting Crete and they made our experience wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and always on hand to help. We had hoped to visit some of the local areas but the transport wasn’t the easiest unless you were going from Heraklion. Our toiletries also weren’t ever replenished, which was a little disappointing but the overall environment, food and even entertainment was lovely. The sea salt pool was very quiet and the private beach made it a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

Inclusive buffet is basic but decent. We had a family room, with 2 separate bedrooms and one bathroom. It would be better to have rubbish bins in both bedrooms. It would be better to have wall mirrors in the bedrooms. Our family of 4 had to fight for using the only mirror in the bathroom. Housekeeping could be more detail minded. Shower Gel and toilet rolls are not replenished unless asked. Swimming pool, private beach are all nice and decent.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und die Lage sehr schön. Man kann den Sonnenaufgang direkt vom Balkon genießen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Essenauswahl sehr groß und das Essen sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel verdient den Zusatz „Spa“ nicht. Der Spa Bereich ist klein und die Massage für den Preis die schlechteste die ich bisher hatte. Unter All inclusive verstehe ich außerdem etwas anderes (Beach Bar z.B nicht dabei an einem Strandhotel?!). Die Getränke die inclusive sind, schmecken alle nicht da es sich nicht um original Getränke handelt. Von den alkoholischen Getränken möchte ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Das Zimmer war schön geräumig. Im Bad hat es regelmäßig nach Abfluss gestunken. Die Toilette selbst hatte gelbe Flecken. In so einem Hotel erwarte ich was anderes. Mittag- und Abendessen war immer abwechslungsreich das Frühstück nicht. Das Hotel ist eher für Franzosen ausgelegt, was ich nicht in Ordnung finde. Generell lohnt sich das Hotel für den Preis leider nicht und ich bereue die Buchung.

The actual hotel is amazing plus the all inclusive buffet is so plentiful enough choice for vegetarian and non veg. The dining area is very clean and helpful staff. Our room was basic with an kingsize bed and 1 single bed. Wasn’t very happy with the bathroom with the shower head and the rain shower was not in good working order the bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Schöne Lage mit schönem Zugang zum Meer. All inclusive Angebot war gut im Verhältnis zum Preis. Getränke im all inclusive Plan haben mir persönlich nicht geschmeckt. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the food, it was always fresh, tasted good and selection/variety was impressive. Buffet always clean, and well maintained. The views from this hotel are mesmerizing, sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. The only minus for us was that if you want to go to the beach you need to pay for lounge chairs, it wasn’t very expensive. The beaches near the hotel are kinda rocky, if you want a nice sandy beach there is Agia Pelagia Beach, it’s 10 min drive. The housekeeping lady in our section was so friendly and helpful. In general all hotel staff was very friendly, we had no issues. Definitely recommend this hotel

It would be better to have wall mirrors in the bedrooms. Our family of 4 had to fight for using the only mirror in the bathroom. Housekeeping could be more detail minded. Shower Gel and toilet rolls are not replenished unless asked. Swimming pool, private beach are all nice and decent.

Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir bekamen ein wirklich sehr neues Zimmer, welches wahrscheindlich erst gerade fertig gebaut wurde. Da es auch sehr karg eingerichtet war. Leider wurde das Stichwort "Meerblick" nicht all zu Ernst genommen. Es gibt gute Exkursionsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung. Das Abendessen war oft Abwechslungsreich, jedoch die Drinks eher sehr unherzlich. Die ganze Anlage ist jedoch super ausgestattet.

Unique and vastly expansive property. It was so large that there was a whole other pool and another beach we didn’t even discover until the night before our last day. Be sure to go on all the elevators as they take you to different places. A rental car place and an ATV Quad excursion is economical and within walking distance to the resort. There’s also a seaside village not far from the resort with amazing restaurants and shopping. We walked to it and took a taxi back. The taxi ride back was only 10 Euros. A taxi from the airport to the resort was about 30 min and 45 Euros. I recommend coordinating with the resort to schedule your pickup prior to your arrival. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and air conditioned. Get a room with a private pool in it. Those rooms are centrally located in the resort and well worth it.

Just had a lovely week at the Peninsula Spa Resort with my adult daughters. The hotel is substantial but on different levels on a headland with the most spectacular views. Our room for the week was spacious, including 2 bathrooms and bedrooms, comfy beds meant we slept like logs. Pool facilities are great, two to choose from as well as the terrace with direct access to the sea (deep water). Lots of lovely corners to explore with great views and a lovely sea breeze. The staff were exceptional, unfortunately my disabled daughter was ill for most of the week and the staff team dealt with us with great kindness. The entertainment team focus was very much focussed on the French majority of guests, but there was an exceptional live band one evening together with a great Greek night and a fun Karaoke night. I would happily return to this lovely hotel.

Rooms are quite spacious, good air conditioning, but bathroom on the small side no room around the sink for toiletries etc. we had a sea view room, the views are stunning, but no drying rails for swim clothes, all inclusive is not really the best as quite at lot of drinks/bars not all inclusive so it’s a bit confusing

We also got moved to another and much better room on our second night. We were given a bigger and better positioned room where there was less noise/people traffic. We disliked the thin walls, we seemed to hear constant noise in the morning from rooms surrounding us. The food and drink need to improve.

Check in staff were very good, however getting to your room can be a bit confusing the first time. We paid extra for a plunge pool but it was not heated so was pretty useless unless you are going during summer. Hotel was very noisy and catered mostly to French and German clientele, so as American we felt a bit out of place. All the entertainment etc was for French. Food was ok at the buffet but not somewhwere would want to eat every day. Cocktails at the bar were extremely diluted and had minimal alcohol, so basically drinking juice. If you rent a car, be warned to be back by around 6pm or you will find parking hard to come by. Overall the resort was great for views and access to a few beaches, but overall would not stay there again.

The hotel, location and staff are top. We couldn‘t recommend enough this place! The hotel staff are always willing to help and solve. We fell ill and the staff quickly helped us find a doctor and also helped us cooking special food. They also immediately provided support with our booking, as a consequence of the mistake made by Expedia. Food was great and every day you can find something different, we were too unlucky we couldn‘t try them after we became ill, but even the diet food was great. We really enjoyed our trip there and of we were to go back, we would certainly do it to this hotel.

The facility is clean and well kept. However, there is a lack of staff service, there was no drink service to tables or at the pools, and little to no staff clearing tables in the dining rooms. The few staff we encountered were rude and unhelpful and groups of more than 4 couldn’t dine together. There is no evening entertainment and the pools close at 6:00 pm.

Luogo stupendo con tramonti e albe dalle proprie camere meravigliose. Prettamente solo francesi e tedeschi. Nessuno parla italiano, ma tutti parlano inglese. Unica nota positiva quelli che affittano quad motorini che hanno il luogo nel parcheggio che sono sgradevoli. Uno di essi mi ha detto di parcheggiare in un posto auto siccome era pieno, la sera alle 11 sono stato chiamato con urla dicendo che mi rimuovevano la macchina. Al mio arrivo ha negato fosse stato lui e da allora non mi guardava più in faccia e non mi salutava neanche. Attenzione cercano solo mance loro.

I spent seven unforgettable days at Peninsula Resort & Spa in Greece, and it truly felt like a slice of heaven The hotel is just as described — tranquil, elegant, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. The resort features three beautiful beaches , including a private one where the sea is ideal for swimming. The large swimming pool never felt crowded — sunbeds were always available, and fresh towels were on hand whenever needed.The room I stayed in was spacious. Daily cleaning was provided, however, I did notice a few items left behind the bed, which was a shame in an otherwise well-kept space. The all-inclusive experience was exceptional. A fantastic variety of cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks were always on offer, and the food selection was outstanding — diverse, fresh, and consistently delicious. If I had one small critique, it would be that some of the drinking glasses weren't always cleaned thoroughly, so I often requested cups instead — a minor hiccup in an otherwise flawless stay. Unfortunately, due to a recent storm, the à la carte restaurants weren't available during my stay, so I wasn't able to enjoy that part of the experience. However, the staff.There were activities scheduled throughout the day and evening , with a lively French animation team adding energy and entertainment. Booked a 2 bedroom suite. Got given 2 regular rooms next to each other - no problem. However one of the rooms were already occupied. A shock to us both at 2am. The hotel itself is good, we spent mostly at the salt water pool it was more relaxed. The private “beach” is a concrete landing jetty that you jump into the sea. Wonderful stay at Peninsula. The first time visiting Crete and they made our experience wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and always on hand to help. We had hoped to visit some of the local areas but the transport wasn’t the easiest unless you were going from Heraklion. Our toiletries also weren’t ever replenished, which was a little disappointing but the overall environment, food and even entertainment was lovely. The sea salt pool was very quiet and the private beach made it a wonderfully relaxing holiday.
Wonderful stay at Peninsula. The first time visiting Crete and they made our experience wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and always on hand to help. We had hoped to visit some of the local areas but the transport wasn’t the easiest unless you were going from Heraklion. Our toiletries also weren’t ever replenished, which was a little disappointing but the overall environment, food and even entertainment was lovely. The sea salt pool was very quiet and the private beach made it a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, indem man einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen kann.

Thrilled with our stay. Beautiful location, excellent food options, clean comfortable room with amazing ocean view. Pleasantly surprised to find out when we arrived that we had booked 'all inclusive'. Would certainly stay here again.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und die Lage sehr schön. Man kann den Sonnenaufgang direkt vom Balkon genießen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Essenauswahl sehr groß und das Essen sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Resort was great, but many false advertising, only 1 bar open in the centre of the resort, must pay to use beach chairs on the beach in which those staying at the resort should be getting for free (15euro) Only buffet food was served the whole time as the restaurants were all closed… website says it’s open, also the bar on the beach was not apart of the all inclusive package, makes more sense to do a half board and you’ll still get the same as those with the all inclusive , the beaches and the room were immaculate but for the price you’re paying you’d expect just a little more, first time at an all inclusive in Europe and I’d say stick to going down south for the full experience

Car park not good was a bit far from hotel reception, not much help from reception staff this is not good for a 5 star hotel. Rooms are quite spacious, good air conditioning, but bathroom on the small side no room around the sink for toiletries etc. we had a sea view room, the views are stunning, but no drying rails for swim clothes, all inclusive is not really the best as quite at lot of drinks/bars not all inclusive so it’s a bit confusing

I spent seven unforgettable days at Peninsula Resort & Spa in Greece, and it truly felt like a slice of heaven The hotel is just as described — tranquil, elegant, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. The resort features three beautiful beaches , including a private one where the sea is ideal for swimming. The large swimming pool never felt crowded — sunbeds were always available, and fresh towels were on hand whenever needed.The room I stayed in was spacious. Daily cleaning was provided, however, I did notice a few items left behind the bed, which was a shame in an otherwise well-kept space. The all-inclusive experience was exceptional. A fantastic variety of cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks were always on offer, and the food selection was outstanding — diverse, fresh, and consistently delicious. If I had one small critique, it would be that some of the drinking glasses weren't always cleaned thoroughly, so I often requested cups instead — a minor hiccup in an otherwise flawless stay. Unfortunately, due to a recent storm, the à la carte restaurants weren't available during my stay, so I wasn't able to enjoy that part of the experience. However, the staff.There were activities scheduled throughout the day and evening , with a lively French animation team adding energy and entertainment. Check in staff were very good, however getting to your room can be a bit confusing the first time. We paid extra for a plunge pool but it was not heated so was pretty useless unless you are going during summer. Hotel was very noisy and catered mostly to French and German clientele, so as American we felt a bit out of place. All the entertainment etc was for French. Food was ok at the buffet but not somewhwere would want to eat every day. Cocktails at the bar were extremely diluted and had minimal alcohol, so basically drinking juice. If you rent a car, be warned to be back by around 6pm or you will find parking hard to come by. Overall the resort was great for views and access to a few beaches, but overall would not stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the food, it was always fresh, tasted good and selection/variety was impressive. Buffet always clean, and well maintained. The views from this hotel are mesmerizing, sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. The only minus for us was that if you want to go to the beach you need to pay for lounge chairs, it wasn’t very expensive. The beaches near the hotel are kinda rocky, if you want a nice sandy beach there is Agia Pelagia Beach, it’s 10 min drive. The housekeeping lady in our section was so friendly and helpful. In general all hotel staff was very friendly, we had no issues. Definitely recommend this hotel

Schöne sauberer Zimmer. Lecker und abwechslungsreiches Essen, aber nicht so groß Auswahl. Sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Meer mit schöner Aussicht. Schöne, aber volle Strände. Saubere Pools, aber zu wenig Liegemöglichkeiten. Das einzige was nicht so gut gewesen ist, sind die angebotenen all inclusive Getränke.

We stayed at this hotel for our 10 day honeymoon and booked a room with a private pool. As a wonderful surprise, we were upgraded to the private pool room with the most sunshine, and we also received a complimentary dinner at the restaurant. The room was beautiful, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had most of our dinners at the buffet restaurant, which offered an incredible variety of delicious food. There was something for everyone, and everything we tried was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
