L’hôtel est somptueux ainsi que notre chambre dans une grotte super belle avec une piscine chauffée dans un cadre magnifique à flanc de falaise fidèle aux photos . Dommage cependant que les piscines ne soit pas exposées sud en plein milieu d’après midi il n’y a plus de soleil sur la terrasse. Nous regrettons que la qualité de service ne soit pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel. Nous avons eu divers demandes et problèmes qui n’ont pas été résolu par le personnel. Mais le plus décevant c’est que pour un établissement «Wellness » nous souhaitions nous ressourcer dans un cadre relaxant, hors il se trouve que nous avions un groupe à côté de notre chambre qui on organisé une soirée jusqu’au bout de la nuit sur leur terrasse avec la musique jusqu’à plus de 2h du matin. La réception étant à proximité personne n’est intervenu alors que la musique était vraiment forte ainsi que les cris des occupants. Nous avons dû appeler la réception qui est finalement intervenu sans aucune conséquence et nous avons dû nous même intervenir pour faire cesser la fête à plus de 2h du matin ce qui a gâché notre unique nuit et notre séjour. Lors de notre check out lorsque l’on a fait part de notre mécontentement quand à notre séjour et notre mécontentement on a eu droit à une bougie pour lot de consolation au prix du séjour c’est inacceptable. Le petit déjeuner est bon est varié cependant il n’est possible de commander qu’un plat à la carte contre plusieurs dans d’autres hôtels de Crète.

This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. We stayed at Acro for the end of our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed in a cave suite and it was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view. We loved having access to our own private pool every day. The food is great, and the daily breakfast was awesome. Highly recommend the shakshuka and chocolate pancakes, and the daily buffet was also really delicious and fresh. We loved the atmosphere -- there aren't many rooms and it is adults only, so it was very quiet and relaxed, which is exactly what we wanted. It's perfect for a romantic trip. All of the amenities and facilities were really wonderful as well, especially the spa. The true highlight, however, was the staff. From the moment we checked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They went above and beyond for us and truly made our stay what it was. They remembered our names and room number and were happy to assist with anything. Because of the staff, I cannot recommend Acro enough. We don't normally return to the same hotel or location as we like to try something new when we travel, but because of the staff, we will absolutely return and are already talking about when we should plan our next trip.

We loved staying at the Acro Suites. The hotel is relaxed and quiet. The staff are very attentive and approachable. We loved our cave room and spent a lot of our time there. There is a small beach not far away which is beautiful and has a few restaurants and shops. If you go, ask the staff and they will take you on a golf buggy. We will definitely be returning and we thank all the people who made our stay so special. Great breakfasts too!

Staff is phenomenal. We live them all! Food is high quality and delicious. Beds are very comfortable in well designed rooms. Our only critique is that the pool could have been warmer, without an additional cost, as soon as we arrived. Nickel and diming a pool in a luxury hotel like this one seemed odd. It was hard to look longingly at a pool in our room that was too cold to go into in October. Other than that, zero complainants we loved every minute of our stay.

This is not a five-star resort by any stretch of the imagination. What you get for your money: a stellar, five-star view at a unique property with solid 3.5-star service, food, and iffy air con. For instance, during my stay, my room never cooled above 27c/80f. I spoke to the front desk about this numerous times over several days and nothing could really be done - I was welcome to change rooms, but given that it's an eco resort, they don't have the air con power of other kinds of hotels. This stay was the most expensive part of my trip - it's frustrating to pay so much and not be able to sleep because the hotel can't properly cool the rooms. And despite the issue with the air conditioning (and the plunge pool leaking all over the terrace), nothing was adjusted on my bill, not even a free drink. As for the rest of the property, the main pool is lovely, if small. The restaurant is fine but the dishes are overly complex and the menu is fairly limited. The restaurant staff, however, are excellent and very kind.

This place is somewhat in a league of its own. Incredibly stylish with beautiful rooms which come with their own sitting area and pool. The whole feeling of the report is of calm and relaxation. The food in the restaurants is excellent, the service is great and the gym facilities spotless and stylish. On top of this the staff are the nicest and most attentive (if you require) of anywhere we have been. I cannot recommend Acro enough and really hope to return soon.

Tout simplement le meilleur hôtel que nous connaissons. La cave suite était absolument magnifique, le service rapide et impeccable. Les différentes options de restauration étaient très bonnes et tout à été fait pour rendre ce séjour mémorable. À noter également que la piscine privée était chauffé ce qui n'a pas été le cas dans nos autres hôtels en Crète et qui était très appréciable en ce moi de Mai. Le seul bémol intervient sur les places de parking très peu nombreuses ce qui force généralement à se garer le long de la rue principale privée la réduisant à une seule voie.

This hotel is the best place to go for calmness and an escape of life. The staff were friendly and always provided a professional approach. The food at the restaurant was excellent and our room was just perfect. I would recommend a car hire if you stay here. It’s out of the way of anything walkable and therefore if you plan to leave the hotel then a car is a must including popping to the local supermarket. I found for a five star hotel, having extras would be good such as the mini bar for the price you pay. €5 for a small Coke and a €10 charge for room service seemed a little steep. The restaurant isn’t the cheapest but well worth the money. Breakfast was excellent, a choice from the menu and buffet so awesome choice. We booked in to play tennis which was great. The gym is 24/7 but very limited in terms of equipment. As someone who goes to the gym regularly, I found that it was quite low level in terms of equipment. The only other negative would be the day we were due to check out our pool was emptied. We check out at 12:00hrs as our flight wasn’t until 23:00hrs so wanted to make the most of our private pool. However having woken up early, we found our pool to be emptied only for it to be filled by the time we had to check out. I would definitely come back here for the calm and the excellent service you receive here.

Superbe séjour, superbe établissement, personnel et service au top. Des petits oublis niveau housekeeping (serviettes, peignoirs, capsules de café), mais un appel à la réception et tout est réglé hyper rapidement. Restaurant qualitatif, excellent et très abordable.

We didn’t realise the cave suite was fake lumpy plaster It felt like The hotel put a lot of emphasis on making sure they got as much money out of you as possible - which was a bit unnecessary No teabags or milk in our suite - no where to buy tea bags The food portions were small Not much flexibility on the breakfast menu options but nice breakfast buffet Music wasnt relaxing at breakfast - a bit euro pop and didn’t lend itself to a high end wellness retreat Service was a bit hit and miss around the pool in the afternoon Suite was clean Nice and quiet We Would like to have had a later check out but there was no flexibility for this - even tho the hotel was not at full capacity Great yoga classes There was no oat milk during our 5 day stay

We enjoyed the tranquility we experienced in this adult-only facility. The room was in clean and in great condition with a superb seaview that we could watch the sunrise. Staff was helpful and sincere. I already look forward to coming back. Highly recommend this hotel to couples :)

Lacks hot water for showers, housekeepers do bare minimum, multiple counters, floor area’s are not cleaned daily. Manager on site couldn’t resolve issues, agreed property has operational issues due to sustainability priorities above guest comfort. Many misses with training staff and basic standards relating to hygiene, privacy within Spa, Restaurants and common area’s. Spend your $ else where, this hotel is all instagram and marketing glitz. Is not operating to meet basic customer expectations.

Très très bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Notre chambre avec piscine privée était propre, originale, confortable et pratique. Le restaurant, un peu cher, offre d’excellents plats. Excellents déjeuners et personnel gentils et accueillant. Cependant, suite à un orage, nous avons eu une fuite d’eau depuis la baie vitrée en-dessus de la salle de bain. Il était 3h du matin et cela faisait beaucoup de bruit. Je l’ai tout de suite annoncé et cela a été réparé le matin même. Nous sommes un tout petit peu déçus de ne pas avoir eu un petit dédommagement pour la gêne occasionnée. Cela reste toutefois un petit détail négatif sur cette excellente semaine passée chez Acro Suites, merci.
Très très bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Notre chambre avec piscine privée était propre, originale, confortable et pratique. Le restaurant, un peu cher, offre d’excellents plats. Excellents déjeuners et personnel gentils et accueillant. Cependant, suite à un orage, nous avons eu une fuite d’eau depuis la baie vitrée en-dessus de la salle de bain. Il était 3h du matin et cela faisait beaucoup de bruit. Je l’ai tout de suite annoncé et cela a été réparé le matin même. Nous sommes un tout petit peu déçus de ne pas avoir eu un petit dédommagement pour la gêne occasionnée. Cela reste toutefois un petit détail négatif sur cette excellente semaine passée chez Acro Suites, merci.

We had a wonderful time at Acro Suites for our honeymoon. The setting is absolutely stunning, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail in both the hotel’s overall design and the decor of our room. The dining experience was another highlight, with refined and high-quality cuisine, especially at Cremnos, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay, which added to the charm of the experience. We did encounter a few issues that we feel should not happen in a hotel of this standing. There was no functional Wi-Fi for over 24 hours and we had to rely on a backup network for the entire duration of our stay across all our devices. This made it impossible to use features like screen mirroring on the TV. We also experienced issues with the smart TV itself, particularly with apps like Netflix, which never worked properly. These are minor issues, but in a luxury establishment, they do impact the overall experience. Our main disappointment, however, was the unwelcoming attitude of one of the front desk managers (a blonde woman, possibly in charge of the reception team). Unlike all other members of the staff who were genuinely kind and helpful, her coldness and lack of hospitality throughout our stay were quite striking.A smile and a sense of warmth would go a long way in making guests feel valued – something we sadly did not feel from her. La réception étant à proximité personne n’est intervenu alors que la musique était vraiment forte ainsi que les cris des occupants. Nous avons dû appeler la réception qui est finalement intervenu sans aucune conséquence et nous avons dû nous même intervenir pour faire cesser la fête à plus de 2h du matin ce qui a gâché notre unique nuit et notre séjour. Lors de notre check out lorsque l’on a fait part de notre mécontentement quand à notre séjour et notre mécontentement on a eu droit à une bougie pour lot de consolation au prix du séjour c’est inacceptable. This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. We stayed at Acro for the end of our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed in a cave suite and it was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view. We loved having access to our own private pool every day. The food is great, and the daily breakfast was awesome. From the moment we checked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They went above and beyond for us and truly made our stay what it was. Rooms are great and have a fabulous view. The resort itself have a very boutique and relaxing feel to it. Only down side to the resort is the food /restaurant like many have reviewed, not the worst but definitely feels below average ( dinner wise).

Staff is phenomenal. We live them all! Food is high quality and delicious. Beds are very comfortable in well designed rooms. Our only critique is that the pool could have been warmer, without an additional cost, as soon as we arrived. Nickel and diming a pool in a luxury hotel like this one seemed odd. It was hard to look longingly at a pool in our room that was too cold to go into in October. Other than that, zero complainants we loved every minute of our stay.

This is not a five-star resort by any stretch of the imagination. What you get for your money: a stellar, five-star view at a unique property with solid 3.5-star service, food, and iffy air con. For instance, during my stay, my room never cooled above 27c/80f. I spoke to the front desk about this numerous times over several days and nothing could really be done - I was welcome to change rooms, but given that it's an eco resort, they don't have the air con power of other kinds of hotels. This stay was the most expensive part of my trip - it's frustrating to pay so much and not be able to sleep because the hotel can't properly cool the rooms. And despite the issue with the air conditioning (and the plunge pool leaking all over the terrace), nothing was adjusted on my bill, not even a free drink. As for the rest of the property, the main pool is lovely, if small. The restaurant is fine but the dishes are overly complex and the menu is fairly limited. The restaurant staff, however, are excellent and very kind.

You think your renting a private suite, but then throughout the day staff walks up to the back patio and looks in on you. So no privacy at all. Don't get the loft suite, it's hot as heck in the bedroom. Then the layout. The bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs! Rooms are dark with poor lighting. The breakfast was good. Wife had a massage and it was terrible. Internet was on and off all week. Terrible parking, walking up and down hills to get anywhere. Read reviews before booking! Lacks hot water for showers, housekeepers do bare minimum, multiple counters, floor area’s are not cleaned daily. Manager on site couldn’t resolve issues, agreed property has operational issues due to sustainability priorities above guest comfort. Many misses with training staff and basic standards relating to hygiene, privacy within Spa, Restaurants and common area’s. Spend your $ else where, this hotel is all instagram and marketing glitz. Is not operating to meet basic customer expectations.

We loved staying at the Acro Suites. The hotel is relaxed and quiet. The staff are very attentive and approachable. We loved our cave room and spent a lot of our time there. There is a small beach not far away which is beautiful and has a few restaurants and shops. If you go, ask the staff and they will take you on a golf buggy. We will definitely be returning and we thank all the people who made our stay so special. Great breakfasts too!

This hotel is the best place to go for calmness and an escape of life. The staff were friendly and always provided a professional approach. The food at the restaurant was excellent and our room was just perfect. I would recommend a car hire if you stay here. It’s out of the way of anything walkable and therefore if you plan to leave the hotel then a car is a must including popping to the local supermarket. I found for a five star hotel, having extras would be good such as the mini bar for the price you pay. €5 for a small Coke and a €10 charge for room service seemed a little steep. The restaurant isn’t the cheapest but well worth the money. Breakfast was excellent, a choice from the menu and buffet so awesome choice. We booked in to play tennis which was great. The gym is 24/7 but very limited in terms of equipment. As someone who goes to the gym regularly, I found that it was quite low level in terms of equipment. The only other negative would be the day we were due to check out our pool was emptied. We check out at 12:00hrs as our flight wasn’t until 23:00hrs so wanted to make the most of our private pool. However having woken up early, we found our pool to be emptied only for it to be filled by the time we had to check out. I would definitely come back here for the calm and the excellent service you receive here.

The location is everything! Absolutely stunning views from the hotel and the room. Staff were super friendly. If you are staying there for longer than 2 days the food might get boring. Because the menu doesn’t change much.

El lugar es precioso, el spa tiene variedad de masajes con masajistas muy buenas, la habitación de la cueva es una belleza, el desayuno completo y variado, pero lo mejor es la atención de su personal son muy amables como en todo Grecia. La zona de la piscina muy bella aunque pequeña.

The food in particular was embarrassingly poor. The room, architecture, and gym are high points, however the rest of Acro fails to deliver anything resembling a five star experience. It’s basically an instagram filter that feels like it’s run by PE bros.

Rooms are great and have a fabulous view. The resort itself have a very boutique and relaxing feel to it. Only down side to the resort is the food /restaurant like many have reviewed, not the worst but definitely feels below average ( dinner wise).

Staff is phenomenal. We live them all! Food is high quality and delicious. Beds are very comfortable in well designed rooms. Our only critique is that the pool could have been warmer, without an additional cost, as soon as we arrived. Nickel and diming a pool in a luxury hotel like this one seemed odd. It was hard to look longingly at a pool in our room that was too cold to go into in October. Other than that, zero complainants we loved every minute of our stay.

Acro staff and facilities were exceptional! We loved our 5 night stay. The rooms are private, all with full sea view & excellent design features. Breakfast each day was great with plenty of options. All staff were very kind and attentive. Like everywhere in Greece, coffee isn’t great. We’d recommend an expresso with hot milk on the side (took 3 days to figure this out !). We only had one evening meal in the restaurant and didn’t enjoy. Over priced ($12 AU for water that is free in your room / meals $50 and very salty food). You will need to hire a car, as it’s about 30 mins from the airport, though handy as you need a car for all day trips anyway. Overall excellent value for a luxury resort.

Très très bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Notre chambre avec piscine privée était propre, originale, confortable et pratique. Le restaurant, un peu cher, offre d’excellents plats. Excellents déjeuners et personnel gentils et accueillant. Cependant, suite à un orage, nous avons eu une fuite d’eau depuis la baie vitrée en-dessus de la salle de bain. Il était 3h du matin et cela faisait beaucoup de bruit. Je l’ai tout de suite annoncé et cela a été réparé le matin même. Nous sommes un tout petit peu déçus de ne pas avoir eu un petit dédommagement pour la gêne occasionnée. Cela reste toutefois un petit détail négatif sur cette excellente semaine passée chez Acro Suites, merci.

Beautiful new resort on the cliff. Breathtaking views of the ocean below. Great food including saki tasting, wine tasting, and private dining on the cliffs. Fantastic cocktails. Private pools are great. Spa was wonderful too.

A luxury retreat to rejuvenate and release tension. Extra shoutout to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who were welcoming and helpful from end to end of our stay. Highly recommend the cave suites, the view is spectacular and you might not even need to leave the room the whole time you stay! The breakfast was phenomenal, the food was changed daily which kept it interesting. Well worth it!
