Gute Bahnanbindung ins Stadtzentrum von Düsseldorf. Parken lieber in der Tiefgarage (22€ pro Tag). Es gibt zwar einen günstigeren Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Allerdings wurden am Vorabend 4 Autos aufgebrochen. Daher haben wir lieber in der Tiefgarage geparkt. Hier ist kein Parkplatz zugesichert, wenn alles voll ist, würde man das Geld wieder bekommen und man müsste was anderes suchen. Zimmer sauber, allerdings ist das Bett recht schmal für zwei Personen. Frühstück war in Ordnung, alles war soweit da. Wir würden wiederkommen. Personal war freundlich.

Preis-Leistung war ok, liegt allerdings ziemlich weit weg vom Zentrum, das sollte man wissen. Im Sommer ist es laut, wenn man die Fenster Nachts offen lässt, weil man den Flug- und Straßenlärm ziemlich stark mitbekommt. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Das Parkhaus vom Hotel ist absolut überteuert, zum Glück gibt es Alternativen.

Zimmer sehr groß und schön . Hotel in sich sehr unpersönlich. Parkmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Umgebung nicht attraktiv .

Very solid business hotel with clean, bright rooms and modern ambience. Great breakfast service, good parking garage, friendly reception and restaurant staff make for a pleasant stay. Rooms have all the necessary furnishings and ameneties for business travelers, but some features could be improved (i.e. more modern TV, better lighting for work desk, etc.). The rooms are also very quiet. The only real drawback is the so-called air conditioning system - which really is just a fan blowing warm or cold air into the room. For normal weather, this is perfectly fine - but for hot and humid summers a "real" AC unit would be great to enjoy a good night's sleep. The F&B service in the restaurant and from room service are very good - and the restaurant terrace overlooking parts of the city gardens is beautiful in warm weather. The hotel is often used for corporate events and meetings, and thus, can be a bit busy sometimes. However, the premises are spacious, bright and well maintained. Thus, it's always an enjoyable atmosphere in the public areas. A real plus is the close location to Duesseldorf and the short driving distance to Cologne. However, the hotel is best used for travellers with cars ony opinion. Prices are very reasonable for a four star hotel, and I can personally recommend this Dorint hotel full heatedly.

1 night stay for business. very nice hotel, good quality of rooms, breakfast etc and a good service as well fro staff around the hotel. only small issues was room temperature that was very hot even running the aircon at lowest possible temeprature and full stenght. als the car parking underground is very small spaces when it is full but apart from this a very nice stay and I will not hesitate to choose again

it felt more like a conference hotel. the surroundings were quiet and there were many trees and green. it would be very good if they could place a sign to the hotel entrance, google maps to this hotel leads you to a parking lot a little away from the hotel entrance

Ich war sehr zufrieden, nur die Tiefgarage war mit 20 € überteuert.

Very clean, excellent breakfast. Underground parking was an issue, system needs repaired/upgraded.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Dusche könnte ggfs. neu gemacht werden. Komme aber gerne wieder. Würde den Aufenthalt 8/10 Punkten geben :)

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Frühstück absolut in Ordnung. Tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Leider haben einige Zimmer keine Klimaanlage und im Sommer war es sehr unangenehm stickig in den Zimmern. Das müsste besser ausgewiesen werden. Das Umfeld am Park ist nachts nicht sehr sicher. In unserem Waschbecken lagen noch Haare von dem Vorgänger/in. Ekelig. Sonst war es ok. Personal ist seht nett und das Frühstück war auch gut.

Schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten. Empfang war unterkühlt bis wenig freundlich, das Zimmer war nicht sauber -Haarknäuel im Zimmer-, hatte einen Wasserschaden im Bad, in der geöffneten Wandfliese lag ein nasses Handtuch und der Spiegel hatte einen Sprung im Glas. Verkehrgünstig gelegen.

Zimmer was schmuddelig und Bad nicht richtig sauber. Auch die Einrichtung im Bad schon etwas verrannt und anscheinend in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung stimmt meines Erachtens nicht.

The breakfast is one of the better ones I've seen in a while. The selection for bread alone is great, there is even fresh real unsweetened rye bread! There's warm food available too, and a pancake robot, although it was a bit tricky to use. However, there are problems with the rooms. In our room the water pressure of warm water was very bad, also it was really hard to maintain the water temperature in the shower. The ventilation of the room was also insufficient, there appeared to be no fresh air vents whatsoever, so if you want the air to change, you have to keep the window open. This was made apparent when the floor of the bathroom was still wet six hours after using it. Others in our group saw related issues with their rooms and some had to change rooms because of water damage. There was also no air conditioning, so be prepared to constantly keep the window open during the summer. There is some construction nearby, so there will be noise coming in with open windows. The staff was friendly but for example the non-functioning phone in our room never got replaced.

We arrived very late to the property after a long road trip. It was easy to check in and the rooms were spacious and super clean. Very impressed, would stay here again!

Excellent stay once again. This is my fifth time and the hotel is the place to stay when i am at Dusseldorf. The room is large and clean. The breakfast is good and the price is reasonable.

Deshalb einen Punkt Abzug

Ontbijt en personeel waren erg goed alleen kamer 220 leek net alsof je buiten op straat sliep. Zeer weinig isolatie en alle buiten geluiden heb je gehoord. Ik heb in 2* hotels in Polen verbleven die beter geïsoleerd waren dan dit 4* hotel.

Fenster lassenlassen sich nicht ganz öffnen. Keine Klimaanlage. Bad nicht für ältere Menschen geeignet. Auf Kundenansprache wurde nicht reagiert (Fernbedienung hat nicht funktioniert). Betten waren zu weich und verschoben sich zu schnell. Restaurantpersonal war überfordert (falsche Speisen gebracht, Speisekarte hatte nicht die aktuellen Preise: Apfelsaft laut Karte 2,70€, bezahlt 3,50€). Nein Danke

Grosses Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, super nettes und freundliches Personal. Verkehrsanbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln praktisch vor der Tür. Alles in allem: sehr gutes Hotel.

Die Begrüßung bestand nicht aus einem „Hallo“ oder „Guten Tag“, sondern das der early Check Inn 25 Euro kosten würde. Statt um 15:00h waren wir kurz nach 13h da. Das Zimmer war bereits fertig und es musste nicht wegen uns schneller sauber gemacht werden. Dafür dann 25 Euro zu verlangen, erscheint mir für ein vermeintliches 4 Sterne Hotel unangemessen. Kosten für das Frühstück 24€ pro Person!! Brötchen waren jedoch Aufbackbrötchen, was ebenfalls unangemessen ist. Für eine Nacht okay, insbesondere wegen der guten Lage und den ÖPNV Möglichkeiten. Ansonsten aber völlig überteuert und keine 4 Sterne. Besonders nicht Freundlichkeit am Empfang

Leider hatte unser Zimmer direkt am Park gelegen, was wirklich schön ist, aber das fanden auch feiernde Parkgäste mit lauter Musik, so das man nicht mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen konnte. Ansonsten alles Top inklusive Frühstück.

Hotel war Klasse wie üblich keinerlei Beanstandungen Der angrenzende Park ist eine Zumutung mit all den Junkies und Spritzen und Unrat auf den Wegen. Die Stadt sollte sich schämen Das Hotelmanagement muss da mehr Druck auf die Stadt ausüben

Vor dem Hotel trifft sich die Neusser Drogenszene. In der Tiefgarage liegen überall Glasscherben. Besonders wenn man am Abend anreist, ist das in Kombination ein sehr unangenehmer erster Eindruck.

Wij vonden het een perfect hotel voor deze prijs Tram en bushalte voor de deur waardoor je met 15 min. In hartje Düsseldorf bent

Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und die guten Anbindungsmöglichkeiten an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel

Das Hotel war gut und alles ok, Aber das Restaurant hat noch ganz viel Luft nach oben, habe lange nicht mehr so schlecht gegessen, wir wollten am letzten Abend noch etwas schönes Essen, Ergebnis war wirklich sehr schlecht. SInd anschl. auswärts gut essen gegangen.

Excellent stay once again. This is my fifth time and the hotel is the place to stay when i am at Dusseldorf. The room is large and clean. The breakfast is good and the price is reasonable.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were helpful and efficient. Toiletries in the bathroom were lovely quality. We had breakfast one day - but although the choice was great it was very expensive in comparison to other hotels of a similar standard.

Personalen på redaktionen var väldigt trevliga, vilket jag uppskattar. Tyvärr var upplevelsen i matsalen betydligt sämre. Frukosten höll inte alls den standard man förväntar sig – tomater och paprika var gamla, och maten överlag kändes ofräsch. För det priset var frukosten absolut inte värd pengarna. Matsalspersonalen kändes också ganska ointresserad. Här finns verkligen förbättringspotential.
