de kamer en het verblijf waren uitstekend, maar belachelijk dat je per nacht 24 euro moet betalen om te parkeren. Verder ging het met afrekenen ook niet goed zodat ik een heel dure overnachting had we hadden al online betaald en moesten daar nog maals betalen, wordt geregeld zijden ze en klaar.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Schwimmbad war super!!! Es war sauber, das Wasser war angenehm warm, mindestens 30 Grad. Genügend Handtücher waren auch vorhanden. Zudem hatten wir Glück und konnten direkt vor dem Hoteleingang parken, der auch noch kostenlos war. Extrem gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Kommen bestimmt wieder!

酒店設備殘舊，電梯多次未能正常運作，房間清潔度低，入住時發現有很多用過的紙巾在地下上沒有清理，感覺有點嘔心。入住房号為440，房間設在職員清潔設備室旁，每天早上7:30左右，職員多次出入房間都沒有輕力關門，絕對會被雜物房門嘈醒。第一天入住時亦發現沒有熱水煲和電視機壞了，致電給前台職員都沒有作用，因為職員沒有行動，沒有設法幫忙客人的需要，服務及配套上都絕對不是4星級酒店應有的，絕對失望的住宿體驗。

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist gut aber an der Sauberkeit müsste gearbeitet werden. Viel Staub unterm Bett und in sämtlichen Ecken, mehrere Spinnweben, Staub sogar im Schrank und es lief permanent unter der Toilette Wasser raus.

Lovely hotel, with good facilities. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy them all. We would love to come back. Very nice staff who speak good English. We slept well and safely there. clean and nice room with a good bed, nice little coffee bar in the room, nice bathroom with everything you need.

Mooie schone hotelkamer, alleen de kraan in de badkamer lekte. Iets meer uitleg bij inchecken zou fijn geweest zijn. Hoe laat uitchecken en hoe het zit met parkeren werd niet benoemd.

Prima hotel, comfortabel, schoon, vriendelijke staf. Uitgebreid goed ontbijt. Minpuntjes: We werden vroeg wakker gemaakt door de schoonmaker die onze kamer wilde komen doen. De helft van de zenders op de TV doet het niet. De koelkast op de kamer is uitgezet en kan ook niet aangezet worden.

Hi, overall, the hotel is alright. But I had a room reservation where I had booked a King Bed Premium River room which could sleep 3 people. The room was supposed to be 34 sqm according to the website. However, the room we got was a completely normal 2-person hotel room, definitely not being 34 sqm. Furthermore, the additional bed had to be brought into the room making it almost impossible to walk around. I don’t think we got the room we actually reserved and paid for. We got room 1430 in case you need that information.

Wir waren schon öfter hier. Immer wieder gab es Probleme mit dem WLAN, was aber nicht so relevant ist. Aber beim letzten Mal gab es Probleme mit der Heizung. Wir haben so dermaßen gefroren, dass wir unter zwei Decken schlafen mussten. Die Rezeption empfahl uns, die Heizung auf "0" zu stellen und sie später hochzudrehen. Das hat nicht geholfen. Am nächsten Tag erzählte uns eine andere Mitarbeiterin, dass es dort bereits in der Woche Probleme mit der Lüftung gab. Toll. Zusätzlicher Zimmerservice kostet extra – so etwas erlebte ich zum ersten Mal. Der Kühlschrank ist außer Betrieb – wegen Umweltschutz. Na toll. MK

Very friendly staff. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfastbuffet is one of the most extensive ones I have ever had at a hotel. Only negative point of our stay was that the lock on our door wasn't functioning properly and we had trouble opening and closing the door. A nice lady from the housekeeping staff helped us enter again when the doorlock showed a green light but it still did not unlock. Düsseldorf center is easily reachable by bike or public transport.

Hôtel beau, très bonne literie et excellent petit déjeuner avec une très grande variété en salé comme en sucré. Bémol: nous n’avons pas eu la chambre réservé mais une classe inférieure, la moitié des chaînes de télévision de fonctionnent pas, le wifi dans la chambre est médiocre.

Es war eine Vollkatastrophe. Wir waren um ca. 13.40 Uhr im Hotel, ein Einchecken war nicht möglich, dass das Zimmer noch nicht zur Verfügung stand war uns bewusst, aber dass wir nicht mal das Einchecken erledigen konnten war ungewöhnlich. Beim Hinweis, dass wir dann erst nach Mitternacht wieder zurück sein könnten, wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass dann möglicherweise kein Zimmer zur Verfügung stünde, da das Hotel überbucht sei, wir sollten anrufen und nachhören. Ich fand dies alles sehr befremdlich, da das Zimmer bereits einen Monat vorher bezahlt wurde. Kurz nach Mitternacht versuchten wir dann im Hotel anzurufen, über die Nummer der Website war kein Teilnehmer verfügbar, nach weiterem Googeln bekamen wir eine englischsprachige Mitarbeiterin in die Leitung, die die Buchung überhaupt nicht finden konnte. Also fuhren wir ins Hotel, um dort zu erfahren, dass wir in ein Hotel in Krefeld mussten. Völlig übermüdet mussten wir dann noch 29 Kilometer fahren. Am anderen Morgen hieß es dann beim Frühstück, es sei nur auf eine Person gemeldet, so dass wir wieder 45 Minuten warten mussten, bis auch das geklärt war. Ich reise viel im In- und Ausland, aber so etwas ist mir noch nicht passiert.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf - Neuss, and while the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, the overall experience was disappointing—especially as a Gold IHG Member. I had a nice experience checking in and a very bad one checking out. Check in man confirmed all was correctly reserved and pre-paid. Check out girl said I needed to pay again. Despite repeatedly explaining she insisted that I had not. She went on saying that she needed the credit card that was swiped during check-in (wasn't) and got the dates wrong. My wife was shaken and upset. We were delayed leaving and unable to do our next objective. Otherwise fine.

Lovely hotel, with good facilities. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy them all. We would love to come back. Very nice staff who speak good English. We slept well and safely there. clean and nice room with a good bed, nice little coffee bar in the room, nice bathroom with everything you need.

Very friendly staff. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfastbuffet is one of the most extensive ones I have ever had at a hotel. Only negative point of our stay was that the lock on our door wasn't functioning properly and we had trouble opening and closing the door. A nice lady from the housekeeping staff helped us enter again when the doorlock showed a green light but it still did not unlock. Düsseldorf center is easily reachable by bike or public transport.

Das Frühstück war leider enttäuschend. Obwohl es reichlich vorhanden war, ließ der Geschmack zu wünschen übrig. Die Rühreier waren kalt, die Brötchen geschmacklos und die Säfte aus dem Automaten hatten einen seltsamen Nachgeschmack. Ich habe dreimal dort gefrühstückt und kann bestätigen, dass die Qualität des Frühstücks an allen drei Tagen höchstens mit der Schulnote 4 bewertet werden kann.

Das Frühstück war leider enttäuschend. Obwohl es reichlich vorhanden war, ließ der Geschmack zu wünschen übrig.
