Horrible stay, wedding party going on til 23.30 so I asked for a quiet room but instead it was near wedding party and no sound at all I had to be up for work at 6am Bed was lumpy and awful Shower looked pretty but had no pressure ,total rubbish Really poor check in made me wait twice Lift was out of order Air con did not work properly couldn’t adjust temp from 18 so pathetic and just to make it an all rounded crap experience the check out porter could see I was struggling with luggage and did not help Just a disaster Would not stay again a rip off in every sense

We have stayed in many hotels over the years, and I have to say this was one of the most welcoming experiences we've had for a long time. From the moment we arrived, someone was there to open the entrance door for us, which was a lovely touch and immediately made us feel welcome. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and we were kindly shown to our room, which was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, and the food was absolutely delicious. The service was first class, but what really stood out was the staff. Every single person we met was genuinely friendly, courteous and happy to help. It made such a difference and created a wonderful atmosphere throughout our stay. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, and there's also a lovely lounge area where we enjoyed relaxing after dinner. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed. It's clear that everyone takes great pride in what they do, and it really shows. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and are already looking forward to returning.
