Nous sommes arrives la chambre n était pas dispo la première nuit on nous a donc mis dans un T3 attenant a l hôtel,en compensation nous avons eu les petits déjeuner offerts durant tout le séjour ainsi que la clim qui normalement est payante Le petit déjeuner est simpliste La piscine abîmée morceaux de carrelage intérieur qui partent Le personnel est très bien par contre rien a redire Plage a moins de 10min a pied

That hotel is good I can say. Only problem is internet. Definitely not working. Only reception area, even there is very slow. Otherwise clean towels, clean bed sheets, clean bathroom. Pool area is nice too. First day pool water was very clean but second day was very dirty. Pool are can be much nicer with more green planting putting flower seeping and more umbrella.
That hotel is good I can say. Only problem is internet. Definitely not working. Only reception area, even there is very slow. Otherwise clean towels, clean bed sheets, clean bathroom. Pool area is nice too. First day pool water was very clean but second day was very dirty. Pool are can be much nicer with more green planting putting flower seeping and more umbrella.

Das erste Zimmer war ok das Bad war veraltet,und direkt hinter uns war der veraltete Lift. Die ganze Nacht war es unerträglich die knallerei der Lifttüre. Haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen ,doch das Bett war kleiner und quitschte immer wenn man sich drehte. Die Dusche war sehr klein konnte sich kaum drehen und am Boden löste sich sich die Beschichtung. Eingangsbereich war sauber Personal nett. Doch wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiter Empfehlen. Für Junge Leute die nur wegen Party nach Mallorca kommen und erst um 4 Uhr morgens angetrunken ins Hotel kommen ist das in Ordnung

Tres bon accueil, personnel gentil. Par contre cheveux et poils dans sdb, traces calcaires, plastique pommeau de douche cassé. Tous les bains de soleil plus ou moins cassés. Points positifs: lits faits et serviettes changees tous les jours. La piscine, eau salée est agréable.

La relacion calidad precio estuvo muy bien, la atencion del personal tambien muy bien, aunque solo un recepcionista para todo el hotel… el hombre hacia lo mejor que podia.. las habitaciones bien, pero habia que pagar 2€ mas por dia por la calefaccion o aire.. lo pagamos pero no servía.. tuvimos que pedir mantas… nos enteramos que era el primer dia de apertura del hotel asi que lo entendimos.. volvería si se solciona esto

J'ai passé avec mon fils de superbes vacances dans cet hôtel, pendant 10 jours. Dommage que la piscine soit très froide et que des fourmies soient omniprésentes dans la chambre. Ne laissez donc surtout pas votre nourriture sans qu'elle ne soit recouverte sinon vous y trouverez des fameuses fourmies en grand nombre. Hôtel à proximité de la plage et de beaucoup de restaurants. Je conseille cet hôtel. Le personnel est sympathique.
J'ai passé avec mon fils de superbes vacances dans cet hôtel, pendant 10 jours. Dommage que la piscine soit très froide et que des fourmies soient omniprésentes dans la chambre. Ne laissez donc surtout pas votre nourriture sans qu'elle ne soit recouverte sinon vous y trouverez des fameuses fourmies en grand nombre. Hôtel à proximité de la plage et de beaucoup de restaurants. Je conseille cet hôtel. Le personnel est sympathique.

Unsere Klimaanlage war kaputt, welche ich sofort gemeldet habe als wir angekommen sind, am 2. Tag habe ich es nochmal angemerkt und nach einem Rabatt gefragt, da wurde mir gesagt ich soll am nächsten Tag mit der Managerin reden - gesagt, getan. Diese sagte mir am nächsten Tag, ich hätte gleich am ersten Tag kommen sollen und ich hätte ein neues Zimmer bekommen, jetzt könne sie da nichts mehr machen…definitiv enttäuscht bin so einem Service! Ansonsten war das Zimmer in Ordnung. Pool Area war auch schön. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit unsere Rucksäcke über den ganzen Tag nach dem Check out im Hotel zu lagern, danke dafür!

L'hôtel possède deux bâtiments l'un est rénové et paraît correct et le second ne l'est pas, il n'y avait pas de climatisation mais un simple ventilateur dans la chambre. Il y avait une invasion de fourmis dans la salle de bain qui s'est répandu dans le reste de la chambre, des fourmis dans le lit, sur les tables de chevets et la commode. Le service de nettoyage est un supplément mais je me demande ce qui était fait. Les serviettes ont été changés, les lits fait mais les draps non remplacés les même tâches étaient apparentes après chaques passage, le sol n'était pas nettoyé la poussière s'est accumulée dans chaque coin de la pièce. La personne de l'accueil a été désagréable et autaine lorsque le problème des fourmis lui a été rapporté ce n'est pas professionnel. Aucun geste n'a été proposé, nous avons donc exigé que le service de nettoyage de 20€ par passage soit offert. La piscine de se second bâtiment était dans un état déplorable, des sachets dans l'eau, de la crasse sur le carlage au fond de la piscine qui remonte a la surface. Beaucoup de nuisibles en pleines nuits de la part des autre résidents de l'hôtel. Il n'y avait que des lits une place côte à côte qui n'étaient pas confortable du tout. Personne ne tient le bar montré sur les photos, d'ailleurs seul le bâtiment rénové est affiché. Si la propreté, le confort et l'accueil vous sont égal foncez sinon à éviter quitte à payer plus cher ailleurs.

The staff would ignore when we waiting in line also we asked for more towels as x3 in the room there was only 2 towels to dry, there one of had to use a tiny towel We reported the toilet would not flush but no one came up whilst we was in there and our room was not emptied bins at all, The stench from outside our room was basically a car park and rubbish tip

Accueil à revoir, pas agréable et l’impression de déranger. Une chambre avec une odeur prenante d’humidité en rentrant. La propreté de la salle de bain reste plus qu’à désirer. Une serviette sur deux avec des traces jaunâtre ( serviettes blanches ) il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre, les sols n’étaient pas nettoyé depuis un bon moment. J’avais précisé et payé un supplément pour avoir un lit deux place ( pour un couple ) nous avons eu deux lits simples ! Les murs sont aussi fin que des feuilles de papiers, nous entendions même les réveils des chambres voisines. Des 5h du matin ( en vacances ) un bruit insupportable chaque matin de déménagement qui traînait au sol et résonnait dans toute la chambre…. Franchement l’hôtel et bien chère pour ce qu’il est ne correspond pas vraiment aux belles photos prises et ne propose même pas de services hôtellerie ( petit déjeuner au moins ) sachant que j’ai payé 47€ de supplément sur le site pour avoir le petit déjeuné chaque matin….

Chambre avec mauvaise odeur, nécessitant un coup de frais. Trop de choses abimés. Des fourmis dès le premier soir, pas de changement de chambre. Nous avons dû dormir avec l'odeur des produits chimique. Dernier jour, dégâts des eaux. Nous avons dû changer 2 fois de chambre, elles étaient de pire en pire niveau entretient. Les murs sont très fins, les gens et le service nettoyage sont irrespectueux et font du bruit dès le matin. Concernant le personnel, les 3 garçons du soir ont été agréable et très serviable suite aux problèmes rencontrés, tout comme la jeune fille. Lors du rendu de la chambre, la dame un peu plus âgé nous a accusé d'avoir garder une clé, alors que sur les 3 chambres utilisés, elles avaient qu'une seule clé à chaque fois. Aucun geste de sa part concernant un remboursement, elle refuse de tout entendre. Arrogance, elle a pas voulu réglé ni même écouter nos réclamations car pour elle c'était normal pour les fourmis et l'eau. A fuir pour un séjour plus long, sur 4 nuits 2 nuits problématique, c'est dommage car'l'emplacement est super.

Das Personal war super freundlich, allerdings hat das Hotel gestunken, im Zimmer waren Ameisen (ich befand mich im 4. Stock), die Tür kaputt, überall klebten Sticker es ist sehr hellhörig und es gab entweder nur heißes oder kaltes Wasser zum duschen. Für einen Ballermann Urlaub ausreichend aber für einen Erholungsurlaub nicht geeignet.
Das Personal war super freundlich, allerdings hat das Hotel gestunken, im Zimmer waren Ameisen (ich befand mich im 4. Auf dem Bett lagen Haare, das Bad war schumtzig und hatte Mold (Ich hab auch Fotos dafür). Wie kann eine Unterkunft so unsauber und unhygienisch sein?!

Für die Preisklasse absolut in Ordnung. Hatte nur Übernachtung daher kann ich zum Essen nichts sagen. Dafür das es zu dem Zeitpunkt das günstigste Hotel an der Playa war hatte ich schlimmeres vermutet was das Zimmer angeht .allerdings war ich positiv überrrascht .zimmer recht modern ,sauber waren sie auch. Nur das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung aber absolut okay. Ich würde es wieder buchen

Le camere purtroppo non sono insonorizzate, per cui si sentono i rumori nelle stanze vicine. Comunque la posizione è comoda: ci si trova vicino alla fermata del bus verso Palma e verso l'aeroporto, la spiaggia dista una decina di minuti a piedi, e si è vicinissimi al centro di S'Arenal.
Le camere purtroppo non sono insonorizzate, per cui si sentono i rumori nelle stanze vicine. Comunque la posizione è comoda: ci si trova vicino alla fermata del bus verso Palma e verso l'aeroporto, la spiaggia dista una decina di minuti a piedi, e si è vicinissimi al centro di S'Arenal.

Good budget hotel but avoid rooms next to lift as you will not be allowed any sleep. It is for that reason that I am giving this hotel the thumbs down. Also area is a bit dodgy with lots of funny characters!

Reception var helt okej, rummet däremot mycket gammalt och enkelt. Inte ofräscht, men sängar var väldigt gamla och enkla och hade sett bättre dagar. Ett typiskt tvåstjärnigt hotell och utifrån det är jag nöjd, man får vad man betalar för.

Das erste Zimmer war ok das Bad war veraltet,und direkt hinter uns war der veraltete Lift. Die ganze Nacht war es unerträglich die knallerei der Lifttüre. Haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen ,doch das Bett war kleiner und quitschte immer wenn man sich drehte. Die Dusche war sehr klein konnte sich kaum drehen und am Boden löste sich sich die Beschichtung. Eingangsbereich war sauber Personal nett. Doch wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiter Empfehlen. Für Junge Leute die nur wegen Party nach Mallorca kommen und erst um 4 Uhr morgens angetrunken ins Hotel kommen ist das in Ordnung

The hotel is located approximately 1 km from the S'Arenal beach. The bus stop to Palma and the airport is nearby. The reception is open 24 hours. The room and bathroom are small. The room has balcony with a view to the swimming pool. The free WiFi connection is good.

The staff would ignore when we waiting in line also we asked for more towels as x3 in the room there was only 2 towels to dry, there one of had to use a tiny towel We reported the toilet would not flush but no one came up whilst we was in there and our room was not emptied bins at all, The stench from outside our room was basically a car park and rubbish tip

Accueil à revoir, pas agréable et l’impression de déranger. Une chambre avec une odeur prenante d’humidité en rentrant. La propreté de la salle de bain reste plus qu’à désirer. Une serviette sur deux avec des traces jaunâtre ( serviettes blanches ) il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre, les sols n’étaient pas nettoyé depuis un bon moment. J’avais précisé et payé un supplément pour avoir un lit deux place ( pour un couple ) nous avons eu deux lits simples ! Les murs sont aussi fin que des feuilles de papiers, nous entendions même les réveils des chambres voisines. Des 5h du matin ( en vacances ) un bruit insupportable chaque matin de déménagement qui traînait au sol et résonnait dans toute la chambre…. Franchement l’hôtel et bien chère pour ce qu’il est ne correspond pas vraiment aux belles photos prises et ne propose même pas de services hôtellerie ( petit déjeuner au moins ) sachant que j’ai payé 47€ de supplément sur le site pour avoir le petit déjeuné chaque matin….

You get what you pay for it was an ok place to sleep but when we arrived the staff was rude there was marks on the bathroom wall from where the cleaners haven’t cleaned it look like blood and the towels that were provided for us also had marks on and were dirty I also had €50 stolen as it was in my bag zipped closed and the next day my bag was unzipped and the money was gone when I went to reception they said there was nothing they could do I would not recommend or stay here again

An sich ein ganz nettes Hotel, aber leider in der Nacht sehr unfreundliches Hotelpersonal - wenn man sich dafür rechtfertigen muss, wie viel Gepäck auf dem Zimmer gelagert wird, wenn man nichtmal beim Tragen des Koffers Hilfe haben darf weil nur eine Person auf das Zimmer darf.... Und auch der Tonfall des Hotelpersonals sehr schroff und unfreundlich.

Das Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht obwohl es schon einige schlechte Bewertungen gab. Mit Angebot von Frühstück wäre es auch in Zukunft das beste Hotel für uns. Einchecken konnten wir ab 13 Uhr, laut Webseite, doch wir waren früher dort und unsere Taschen wurden sicher verwahrt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemühten sich Deutsch mit uns zu sprechen. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon gebucht und bekamen eins mit zusätzlichem Bett. Es war geräumig und vollkommen ausreichend. Es gab einen Tisch auf Schreibtischhöhe und einen passenden Stuhl. Das Bettgestell ist aus Metall und bei zwei Schwergewichten hatte ich zu Beginn doch etwas bedenken, aber es war stabil. Der TV leider nur auf Spanisch, die deutschen Sender hatten keinen Empfang. Das Bad mit Badewanne, hier gab es die ein oder andere Alterserscheinung aber es war sauber. Auf dem Balkon zwei Gartenstühle und einen niedrigen Tisch, sogar ein Aschenbecher stand dort. Der Balkon war zum Pool gerichtet, an dem zu der Zeit noch nichts los war. Das Zimmer hätte man täglich reinigen lassen können, der Poolbereich mit Liegen und zwei Spieltischen, einer davon ein Billardtisch wurde täglich gereinigt. Beim Auschecken gaben wir nur den Schlüssel und die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage ab. Wir können es ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

My stay began poorly and unfortunately didn’t improve. At check-in, the staff couldn’t find my booking and insisted I provide a group name, even though I had booked as an individual. Only after showing my confirmation from Hotels.com did they locate the reservation. I had paid extra for a room with a balcony and pool view, but the room I received had no balcony—just a door to a shared walkway with frequent foot traffic. It offered no privacy and wasn’t what I had booked. I returned to the front desk to point this out, showing proof that I had paid for a pool view. The staff member said that type of room wasn’t available. I went back to the room, disappointed. Later, when I found the ceiling fan wasn’t working and the room was too warm, I contacted the front desk again. This time, the same staff member came to my floor and opened the room next door—which did have the balcony and view I had paid for. Unsere Klimaanlage war kaputt, welche ich sofort gemeldet habe als wir angekommen sind, am 2. Tag habe ich es nochmal angemerkt und nach einem Rabatt gefragt, da wurde mir gesagt ich soll am nächsten Tag mit der Managerin reden - gesagt, getan. Diese sagte mir am nächsten Tag, ich hätte gleich am ersten Tag kommen sollen und ich hätte ein neues Zimmer bekommen, jetzt könne sie da nichts mehr machen…definitiv enttäuscht bin so einem Service! Ansonsten war das Zimmer in Ordnung. Pool Area war auch schön. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit unsere Rucksäcke über den ganzen Tag nach dem Check out im Hotel zu lagern, danke dafür!

Booked very last minute, staff were nice and helpful, check in was smooth, room was very basic, smelt of cigarette smoke, nice enough area, close to the beach and town but the smell of the room is hard to get over as a non-smoker, bed was acceptable and likewise the bathroom was acceptable.

Le camere purtroppo non sono insonorizzate, per cui si sentono i rumori nelle stanze vicine. Comunque la posizione è comoda: ci si trova vicino alla fermata del bus verso Palma e verso l'aeroporto, la spiaggia dista una decina di minuti a piedi, e si è vicinissimi al centro di S'Arenal.
Le camere purtroppo non sono insonorizzate, per cui si sentono i rumori nelle stanze vicine. Comunque la posizione è comoda: ci si trova vicino alla fermata del bus verso Palma e verso l'aeroporto, la spiaggia dista una decina di minuti a piedi, e si è vicinissimi al centro di S'Arenal.

It was okay for the money it was a bit far from the strip there is however an open air cafe which is close which is nice and busy stop is close for airport pool is okay lift is a bit funky beds aren't great and shower was cold.

Das positive zuerst, das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Klospülung war eine Katastrophe und man brauchte viel Geduld und Geschick diese zu betätigen. Die Zimmer sind sehr veraltet - nicht wie auf den Bildern und es hat gestunken was auch permanentes lüften nicht in den Griff gekommen hat. Unser Zimmer lag im 5. Stock, der Fahrstuhl fährt allerdings nur bis zum 4. und dann muss man eine enge Treppe hoch steigen. Es ist auch etwas zu laufen bis zum Strand und es gibt viele Steigungen auf dem Weg zum Hotel das auch in einer runtergekommenden Gegend liegt.

Nous sommes arrives la chambre n était pas dispo la première nuit on nous a donc mis dans un T3 attenant a l hôtel,en compensation nous avons eu les petits déjeuner offerts durant tout le séjour ainsi que la clim qui normalement est payante Le petit déjeuner est simpliste La piscine abîmée morceaux de carrelage intérieur qui partent Le personnel est très bien par contre rien a redire Plage a moins de 10min a pied

La limpieza muy mal tuve que poner queja para que fueran a limpiar y es más las toallas no las cambian las doblan otra vez y las vuelven de nuevo la ducha no había quien se duchara ya que es muy pequeño no había manera que te ducharas tenía que irme a duchar al cuarto de mis hijos y en la ducha de la habitación de ellos salia muy poco agua el desayuno desepcionante por todo cobran el aire acondicionado te lo cobran no volvería ni así me pagarán lo único bueno es 2 chicas que están en recepción que son muy atentas por el resto muy mal la piscina ni se pudo utilizar ya que se bajaban unos alemanes a beber y no había quien se acercara ahy desepcionante muy desepcionante

Tråkiga rum, inget varmvatten och miljön på hotellet och runt om hotellet är väldigt tråkig. Inget kylskåp på rummet och ingen frukost kunde servers. Kommer inte bo här igen!

Franchement l’hôtel et bien chère pour ce qu’il est ne correspond pas vraiment aux belles photos prises et ne propose même pas de services hôtellerie ( petit déjeuner au moins ) sachant que j’ai payé 47€ de supplément sur le site pour avoir le petit déjeuné chaque matin….

Für zwei Sterne völlig ok. Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Schade das es kein Frühstück gab aber in der Nähe gibt es Cafés. Im großen und Ganzen für ein paar Tage völlig ausreichen

Property very clean, Staff freindly and go the extra mile, only downside there wasnt a restaurant open at the hotel but that could have been the end of season time. Value for money and would definitely return thanks

O banheiro era pouco ruim, molhava todo o quarto, pois a cortina não conseguia segurar a água. Cama ok; só que o hotel não oferece nada de alimentação.

Great Hotel. Clean. Single Rooms are small but have good shower. Room Only. But was happy with the cost and will be back there in the future.

Das Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht obwohl es schon einige schlechte Bewertungen gab. Mit Angebot von Frühstück wäre es auch in Zukunft das beste Hotel für uns. Einchecken konnten wir ab 13 Uhr, laut Webseite, doch wir waren früher dort und unsere Taschen wurden sicher verwahrt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemühten sich Deutsch mit uns zu sprechen. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon gebucht und bekamen eins mit zusätzlichem Bett. Es war geräumig und vollkommen ausreichend. Es gab einen Tisch auf Schreibtischhöhe und einen passenden Stuhl. Das Bettgestell ist aus Metall und bei zwei Schwergewichten hatte ich zu Beginn doch etwas bedenken, aber es war stabil. Der TV leider nur auf Spanisch, die deutschen Sender hatten keinen Empfang. Das Bad mit Badewanne, hier gab es die ein oder andere Alterserscheinung aber es war sauber. Auf dem Balkon zwei Gartenstühle und einen niedrigen Tisch, sogar ein Aschenbecher stand dort. Der Balkon war zum Pool gerichtet, an dem zu der Zeit noch nichts los war. Das Zimmer hätte man täglich reinigen lassen können, der Poolbereich mit Liegen und zwei Spieltischen, einer davon ein Billardtisch wurde täglich gereinigt. Beim Auschecken gaben wir nur den Schlüssel und die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage ab. Wir können es ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Fatal el poco toque de atención que se les da a los extranjeros (alemanes todos) que se alojan allí, a altas horas de la madrugada diversos gritos, portazos, y demás comportamientos de locura que no controlan en el hotel la manera de llamarles la atención ya que hay barra libre para que hagan lo que quieran. El descanso es imposible en las noches. No tienen servicio de comedor, nada de comidas, cenas o desayunos y los demás hoteles de la zona todos lo tienen teniendo que acudir a ellos a precio alto.. Por último una mañana dejé la señal fuera de la puerta de la habitación de "NO MOLESTAR" y vi como la limpiadora se disponía a abrir la puerta con la llave lo cuál le reproché que qué hacía si puse que no se molestara y ni me contestó.

Bare in mind it’s a two star hotel. Staff was very friendly and no problem to leave luggage in their storage if you arrive early or leave late. The lounge chairs by the pool are plastic with no mattress so really hard to lay on and doesn’t match the pictures. The pool towels are a micro fiber one so mine had a bunch of long black hairs stuck on. I had a single room which was okay for its standards. The issue was that ants came in during the night and led a passage along the tiles towards the bin. Sheets were clean but still had yellow stains on them. Hard mattress but it’s common around this area. I only stayed for one night and I think it was okay for just that. Staff was super 🌟

The only positives I can say about this hotel are that it was affordable, had A/C, and was within a short walking distance of the beach and Mercadona. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The staff was not helpful or welcoming. When I arrived, the man working at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me. He was on his cellphone taking a personal call, and I had to wait about 5–10 minutes before anyone assisted me. After checking in, I was simply handed the keys with no information about the hotel or directions to my room. The room itself was very disappointing. It was dirty, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable—like sleeping on cardboard. To make matters worse, there were tiny ants in the bed and throughout the room. Also lots of screaming and yelling throughout the night making it hard to sleep. Walls are paper thin. Felt like a hostal Overall, I would not stay here again. The location and price are the only positives. I would only recommend this hotel if you’re on a very tight budget and can’t afford anything else.
