Excellent location and breakfast 6*! What let it down was firstly wifi only a available in public areas despite hotels ' own website saying it was in rooms Secondly i was in room 511 and 0645 the kitchen ventilation was switched on.. the shaft emitting a constant noise This shaft was adjacent to my balcony effectively rendering sleep impossible after that time! I brought both of these matters up with Reception who said maybe WiFi not working due to numbers of users?! And apologised for the ventilation noise..

Dieses Hotel ist eher ein Party Hotel für Junge Gäste. Es waren aber auch Familien da. Wir waren mit unseren 16 und 18 Jahre alten Söhnen da. Das Hotel und die Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionierte und die Betten waren bequem. Bei uns in der Etage alles tipptopp sauber. Bei den Jungs in der 4. Etage leider nicht. Auch nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurde Dreck nicht entfernt. Der Shuttlebus ist praktisch , fährt aber Mo und Di nicht. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, wechselhaft und wurde immer bis zum Schluss aufgefüllt. Personal war sehr freundlich und Pepe an der Bar und war ein ganz besonders liebenswerter Mensch. Die Bar am Pool haben wir viel genutzt. Preise sind super!

Hotel plutot sympa, avec piscine et petit bar a des prix plutot bas. Les chambres sont bien, petit probleme de jet pour l'eau (pas assez puissant). Dejeuner tres bien. Le personnel tres sympa. Parlent bien anglais. Prix abordable. Proche de toutes commodités nottament la plage.

The Hotel 🏨 is in a quiet area of Arenal, the bedroom was clean and a reasonable size. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bar was good and prices were reasonable. My flight time was before breakfast time so can’t comment on it. I would recommend.

Great hotel for the money, the lobby is really nice and modern, the bar is cheap and the pool is nice. The breakfast is a steal the only downside is the rooms are a bit dated but they’re more than fine and the air con is powerful

Für eine Nacht war es perfekt. Preis/Leistung dahingehend super. Wände sehr dünn. Bett nicht das stabilste, aber bequem. MegaPark Shuttle ist gefahren, Fahrer war sehr nett. Personal am Empfang super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir um 6 Uhr in der Früh gestartet sind

For being a 2 star hotel, this place is fantastic and I wouldn't dream of giving it less than 5 stars! Normally when a hotel or any other kind of business (Ryanair or other low cost flights for example) try to keep the prices down, they normally try to make up for it by charging you for every tiny little thing they can think of. This hotel has chosen a completely different strategy - keep the prices down and have only 1 priority - to make the guests happy! For example - on the day of your departure you're welcome to spend the rest of the day by the pool and use their showers and dressing room when you're done. And you get free towels even though you've checked out. No extra fee. Same thing on the day of arrival. They also have free shuttles to the beach (the nearest beach is very easy to walk to, but the shuttle takes you a bit further where there are slightly more bars and restaurants etc) and every staff is warm and friendly and makes you feel really welcome. Also the prices in the bar is very low. They say it's the cheapest you'll find in Arenal, and I believe them. When I booked the breakfast for 6 euros, I didn't expect much more than a continental spread, but there were 3 different types of eggs (boiled, fried, scrambled), tortilla, sausages, bacon and loads of veg (cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers and fried mushrooms, peppers etc), at least 6 types of fruit (watermelon, pinepple, kiwi, grapefruit, oranges etc) I'm simply so impressed with them! :)

There was ants in the bathroom. No garbage can and the hotel itself doesn’t even have a phone. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything, and not sure where the free beach shuttle was.

I entered the room and it was quite small, however, thank goodness for the balcony. The toilet and sink were wobbly and the toilet would slosh water everywhere when you sat down on it. However, everytime you did that there would be bugs coming out from underneath. I couldn't sleep a wink, because I was fearful the bugs would come unto the bed. The next morning, I informed the staff downstairs and they stated they would fix the problem, however it wouldn't be until the next morning as the engineer was off. Yet another sleepless night and finally morning came, when I came back in the late afternoon the staff informed that the issue had been fixed. However, only the toilet had been fixed and not the sink, so the bugs would come out every time you would lean on the sink. I felt like I was in a dorm room setting. There was noise at all hours of the night. Needless to say I won't be returning. The staff however was very responsive to my needs.

Alles in allem war es ganz ok. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind relativ sauber. Die eine oder andere Assel im Bad. Frühstück ist auch ok. Aber alles in allem sehr laut. Geschuldet vom Publikum. Trotz Verbot abends, wir dennoch Halli Galli gemacht und niemanden vom Hotel interessiert es.

Camera poco curata, rumorosa, si sentiva russare gli altri ospiti, ci hanno dato la camera vicino al ascensore e si continuava a sentire il rumore.. lenzuola sporche e sono stati trovati peli altrui, asciugamani corpo con evidenti macchie ingiallite.

Die Zimmer waren verdreckt, Fotos füge ich gerne im Anhang hinzu. Das erste Zimmer war total verdreckt . Im Bett lagen Scharmhaare und das Badezimmer war total verschmutzt. Auf Beschwerde bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer was noch dreckiger war. Wir haben uns sofort ein Rückflug gebucht und haben das Geld Bar sofort erstattet bekommen. Eckelhaft!!! Nie wieder!!!

Si lo quieres para una noche de paso, te servirá. Pero si lo quieres para alojarte NO lo recomiendo. Mucho turismo, poco respetuosos y ruidosos. En el hotel se escucha absolutamente todo ósea que dormirás poco. La cama bastante dura y el aseo básico, aunque no nos salía agua caliente ni potencia en el grifo.
Si lo quieres para una noche de paso, te servirá. Pero si lo quieres para alojarte NO lo recomiendo. Mucho turismo, poco respetuosos y ruidosos. En el hotel se escucha absolutamente todo ósea que dormirás poco. La cama bastante dura y el aseo básico, aunque no nos salía agua caliente ni potencia en el grifo.

Very good hotel for a basic stay. Ideal for solo travellers like myself. Conveniently located next to bus routes and a short walk to the beach, away from the hustle and bustle. It had everything I needed, except a fridge. However, the air conditioning, balcony, and lovely breakfast made it a perfect stay.

Chambre bien entretenu et fonctionnel, ascenseur, clim nettoyage des chambres régulièrement. Petit bémol si vous êtes côté rue , c'est assez mal isolé et on entend bcp ce qui se passe et ce qui passe dans la rue. Pas facile pour se garer suivant les heures mais ds l'ensemble après 2 tours de pâté de maison je trouvais. Soucis mais pas en cause l'hôtel mais des résidents, des groupes de jeunes allemands totalement irrespectueux des horaires et très bruyants le soir la nuit (1h) le matin à 5 h, de quoi bien s'énerver mais en même temps le respect n'est visiblement pas donné à tous, ça sera mon seul point noir du séjour , le manque de respect des gens ...

Hotel conforme a ce que a ete présenté. Propre et fonctionnel. Petit bémol pour les rideaux qui ne sont pas du tout occultant surtout si vous vous trouvez avec une chambre côté rue, bonjour les lampadaires toute la nuit. Insonorisation à revoir mais globalement les gens respectaient la règle et après 23h c'était calme.

Haben dieses Hotel nur für eine Nacht gebucht, da wir früh zum Flughafen mussten und noch El Arenal anschauen wollten. Für den klassischen Ballermann Besucher ist das Hotel definitiv ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr nett, nur die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und recht hellhörig. Ab 23 Uhr war Nachtruhe, daran haben sich auch alle gehalten. Dennoch hörte man jede Kleinigkeit auf dem Flur oder in den Nebenzimmern. Zu Fuß ist man 30 Minuten am Ballermann und es fährt ebenfalls ein Shuttle zum Strand. Alles in allem hat es den Zweck erfüllt und für Leute ohne große Ansprüche wahrscheinlich ideal

Hotel and staff great and helpful. Room basic but has air con, which is a must in summer. Only issue for us was our room had very thin walls and we were kept awake by people coming in from a night out and slamming room doors. One night we didn't get to sleep at all. Hotel was very appologetic and did their best to resolve the situation. Maybe just unlucky with who else was staying there.

Check in during the middle of the night was terrible. The guy on the desk was shouting and giving out to someone who entered the foyer whilst he was sorting our check in. It was very unprofessional. Hotel itself was fine for one night. When we were checking out there were people sleeping on sofas in the foyer

The staff is not friendly at all! There is an old man ( probably the owner) going around the hotel and starring at people! Awful manners! You are going down for breakfast and staff is extremely rude, asking for the room number in an incredible rude way. These people have no clue how to deal with people and have no idea of what customer service is.

Da keine Kommunikation vor der Anreise möglich war nicht mal mehr über die Plattform Expedia war die Anreise sehr schlecht. Es wurden keine Daten zu den Reisenden übermittelt . Das Hotel ist nichtmal über die angegebenen Telefonnummer im Internet erreichbar, geschweigeden über Email Kontakt! Miserabler Service . Auch Expedia hat versprechungen eingehalten die im Nachhinein nicht gehalten wurden

Lovely family stay for two days mid-week. Quiet hotel in a quiet area. Clean room with AC. Friendly and helpful staff and shuttle driver! Four-minute walk to buses that service the airport and a 4-minute walk to the AquaPark. Great location and a regular shuttle to the beach. It has a fab breakfast and is very reasonably priced. I am pleased and will be back.

The Hotel 🏨 is in a quiet area of Arenal, the bedroom was clean and a reasonable size. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bar was good and prices were reasonable. My flight time was before breakfast time so can’t comment on it. I would recommend.

L'hotel da fuori non è male, gli hostess sono molto cordiali, solo che quando siamo arrivati in stanza la doccia era molto sporca (c'erano le formiche) e il letto non era matrimoniale, come richiesto, ma due letti singoli uniti. La colazione è fino alle 10,30, ma se ti presenti alle 10 non ti fanno entrare perché i posti sono pochi e i tavoli sono occupati. La notte un baccano esagerato data la presenza di tedeschi e inglesi.
