Hotel Kilimanjaro

Our stay was perfect. The staff was the best, friendly, mostly everything was possible, super. Nice room with balcony, good bathroom. Breakfast included, not superfantastic but good enough. Swimming pool was nice, Pool bar was excellent with good prices. We enjoyed it and we recommended to others.

Chambre agréable mais mal insonorisée, on entend les personnes qui passent et parles fort dans les couloirs la nuit. Marque qu’il y a un parking disponible mais lors de notre arrivée il n’y en a pas…. Demande à l’accueil seulement 2 places de parking (10€/jour)

Als positiv ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis zu bewerten.Zimmer war zweckmäßig mit großem Bad,Balkon und angenehmen Betten. Ebenfalls positiv war der Poolbereich mit dem dazugehörigen Bistro (hier kann man auch den ganzen Tag gut verbringen).Frühstück war weitestgehend gut,auch hier kann man nicht meckern. Einzig die Lautstärke war nachts/am frühen morgen teilweise ein wenig hoch,aber wir sind ja schließlich auch in El Arenal ;). Von meiner Seite aus kann ich das Hotel gut weiterempfehlen!

Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck, alles ist sauber, nicht mehr im neusten Zustand aber für mediterrane Verhältnisse wirklich gut. Der Poolbereich war ok, wenn man eine Lige bestzt hält. Die Dachterasse konnte man bei 30Grad im August nicht nurzen, da keine Schirme vorbehalten sind. Wir hatten ca 20 Minuten Fussmarsch zum Bierkönig, einem kurzen Weg zum Strand. Hervorzuheben ist die freundliche Rezeptionistin, auch sonst war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Situated close to the downtown area the hotel acts as a good baae to see Mallorca. Nice check-in by Martina who made a good first impression and has a great sense of humour. The room was small but practical, what yiu would expect for the price paid. A kettle for tea and coffee would have made it much better. Excellent outdoor pool on the 2nd floor, with a bar that becomes the hub of the hotel. My room had city views and a generous balcony.

Very helpful staff. Luggage room plus shower available to use once youve checked out and they offered free towels to use at pool or beach. Rooms basic but clean. Breakfast really good choice available.

Tolles Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Schöner Pool, Strandnah und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Gegend. Wer früher schlafen geht hat vielleicht manchmal etwas Schwierigkeiten, da nachts öfter mal durch andere Gäste Krach gemacht wird. Trotzdem eher ruhigere Gegend, als direkt am Ballermann. Alles in allem für den Preis unschlagbar, ich würde wieder kommen.

Nettes zu vorkommendes Personal, Frühstücksangebot war vollkommen ausreichend und der Poolbereich war sehr gut.

Die Balkontür ging nicht abzuschließen. es hieß es kommt ein Techniker der leider die nächsten 2 Tage auch nicht kam. Im Badezimmer hat es durch die Klimaanlage von der Decke getropft, dadurch Schimmel an der Decke. Das Tropfen wurde behoben.

What a gem of a hotel only 3 stars but I personally would rate it as a 4 star hotel , very clean , staff helpful and welcoming, I booked a single room but had a larger room 2single beds and bathroom which was a bonus , pool area inviting and clean . I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/family

Très déçue, je suis partie avec 2 amies, on s’est retrouvée dans une chambre dans un état horrible. Tout simplement un ancien local technique transformée en chambre… sous la cage d’escalier il fallait passer par des petites portes pour arriver à la chambre. Si c’était que ça ok mais hors mis ça l’odeur de renfermer dans la chambre ainsi que sur les draps j’ai du aller demander à 00h00 des draps propres et nous avons refait nous même nos lits avec des draps « propres », le sol tellement salubre que marcher pied nus était impossible. Après plusieurs requête à l’accueil, on nous avons promis un ménage complet de la chambre, chose qui n’a pas était faite donc encore une fois fait par nous. J’ai demandé des draps propres et ils n’ont pas voulu nous en refournir. L’hôtel en lui même est sympas mais trop degueu et il n’y a aucun service pour les clients… Peut être marre des jeunes ? Mais on est pas tous irrespectueux des lieux… Breff j’y retournerais pas et vue le prix non plus

Hotel looked nothing like on the pictures. Rooms are not clean properly, we have arrived late on Friday night and in the morning we have find dirty sock which wasn’t ours, floors are not clean. On the third day we want our room cleaned, so we left to have fun in the city, when we come back our airport was stolen from the bags which we put in cupboards. We have informed front desk about that incident, but they told us that they aren’t able to do anything, and let the person get away with stealing items from customers. They offer us a 3 free drinks as the recompense, which is really stupid.

Extremely unsafe conditions – visible black mould and no accountability from management. I stayed one night at Hotel Kilimanjaro in October 2025, and it was one of the most shocking hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Upon entering our first room (401), there was an overwhelming musty odour and black mould visibly growing around the air-conditioning vent. The air felt damp and unhealthy to breathe. When we asked to move rooms, we were shown two others (205 and 110) — both had strong damp smells, water damage, and in one case more visible mould near the air duct. This was especially alarming as one of my friends suffers from asthma and another from a chronic cough. Black mould (Stachybotrys chartarum) is known to cause serious respiratory and long-term health problems, and clearly should never be present in guest areas. We informed the staff immediately and were told to speak with the general manager in the morning about a refund. When we returned, the day receptionist was dismissive, claimed the manager was not available, and offered no assistance whatsoever. We have yet to receive a reply from the hotel. We had no choice but to check out early for our own safety and rebook at another property, incurring additional expenses. If you value your health, I strongly urge you to avoid this hotel until they address the severe mould contamination and lack of management accountability. No guest should have to experience this

Omysigt rum. Ingen brandvarnare. Låset till balkongen var sönder. Lyhört. Mycket ungdomar som stör kväll och natt i korridorerna.

Immer wieder gerne da. Nicht ganz so Zentral liegt dafür aber etwas ruhiger. Die Playa de S’Arenal ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mega Park, Bierkönig usw. sind ca. 20min zu Fuß entfernt. Also nicht unbedingt geeignet wenn man nur zum Feiern am Ballermann da ist. Fühle mich persönlich aber als Alleinreisende Sicher. Auch ist das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Über das Essen/ Frühstück kann ich leider nichts sagen. Ausstattung ist jetzt nicht die aller beste aber für ein 3 Sterne Hotel und ein paar Nächte okay. Hatte auch nie Probleme mit der Sauberkeit. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Helt basic hotel værelse. Meget hårde senge. Intet køleskab. Altan med plastic stole, men uden et bord. Ikke hyggeligt på nogen måde, hverken altan eller værelse. Meget lydt, så man kan høre alt hvad naboerne siger og laver. Vi boede ved siden af festglade unge mennesker, der holdt os vågne om natten med både musik, snak og opkast. Hvis du vil have en lille smule komfort og have lyst til at tilbringe bare lidt tid på værelset, skal du ikke vælge dette sted. Positivt var ok rengøring og ok morgenmads buffet. Og også venligt personale. Pas dog på med at bestille taxa til lufthavnen hos personalet. Vi var 3 personer og af en eller anden grund blev der bestilt en stor taxa, så vi endte med at betale over dobbelt så meget for turen.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und modern, auch das Personal war sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücke hatte eine gute Auswahl die immer wieder varrierte. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre, dass die Zimmerwände ziemlich dünn sind und man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern oder dem Flur hört als ständen die Leute neben einem. Vorallem Nachts war dies teilweise nervig wenn die Partygäste um 3 Uhr heim kehrten. Ansonsten ist noch zu betonen, dass das Hotel nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt ist und man auch nur 2 Min zum nächsten Supermarkt braucht.

Mooi hotel, luidruchtig dat wel, onze wc pot was kapot onder. Verder mooi zwembad en vriendelijk personeel!

The hotel is in great location. Just few minutes walking from the beautiful beach bay. There are supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Easily accessible from the airport by local transportation. The only negative thing is the noise..the hotel staff should be more mindful of disrespectful guests staying in hotel that make a lot of noise late at night and take some prevention to guarantee good stay in a good and respectful environment for everyone.

Nice view but too loud at nights because of drunk germans and young people as well

At arrival at 23:30u it would be nice to be greeted a bit more friendly. The ladies in the bar at the pool are very kind, as well as the cleaning maids. The breakfast is scarce and don’t be late or it doesn’t taste anymore. Beds are not that comfortable, but regarding the price it’s all okay 👍

Gute Lage. Ruhig. Schnell am Strand und Flughafen. Personal nett

leider war der Fußweg zur Schinkenstraße ziemlich weit, ansonsten top Hotel mit schönem Pool.

Wenn man ein Hotel in der Nähe vom Ballermann sucht ist dieses Hotel eine gute Möglichkeit. Abgelegen aber doch Fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel.

Sauber und ordentlich. Für einen Partyurlaub gut! Weiter Weg zum MegaPark, aber der Bus ist günstig.

Tolles Hotel mit schöner Poolanlage. Die Umgebung ist leider sehr dreckig und es stinkt an jeder Ecke nach Urin. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber gewesen.

El hotel está en una posición cómoda, bastante cerca de la playa. Las áreas comunes están renovadas y bien cuidadas. La habitación era grande y espaciosa pero la cama era muy incómoda y el baño necesitaría una buena reforma. La limpieza no es impecable, se podría mejorar. Una lástima que algunos clientes sean extremadamente maleducados y poco respetuosos, haciendo mucho ruido en el pasillo a las 4 de la mañana…pero no es algo que se pueda imputar al hotel. El desayuno es muy variado y de buena calidad. El personal de la recepción como del restaurant es muy amable y disponible, el verdadero punto a favor de este establecimiento.

Super Hotel mit klasse sevice & die Qualität / Auswahl am buffet kann sich sehen lassen, die Poolanlage ist auch sehr gut zum Entspannen.
