Wir sind eine junge Familie mit kleinem Kind ohne Luxuserwartungen gewesen. Man muss sagen dass es laut sein kann- viele Menschen kommen nach Mallorca um Party zu machen. Auch in diesem Hotel hört man laute Gesellschaften. Am Balkon oder im Gang. Personal war sehr freundlich...wir haben zimmer wechseln lassen. Essen Frühstück und Abendessen war mehr als genügend. Fisch, hänchen, Gemüse, Obst, alles sehr lecker. Auch Nachtisch super. Sauberkeit top- im Zimmer wurde immer geputzt. Swiminigpool , Bars, rfestaurant---wir warren mit allem zufrieden. Würden das Hotel allen empfeheln.

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Trotz der urigen und alten Ausstattung des Hotel war das Bett bequem und das Zimmer sauber. Es gab leider keinen Föhn und kein Safe. Außerdem war das Duschen in einer Badewanne mit Vorhang unkomfortabel, da wegen des wenigen Platzes dieser an einem klebte. Zudem ist das Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man konnte den schnarchenden Menschen im Nachbarzimmer hören als lege er direkt neben einem. Auch jegliche Unterhaltungen und Auseinandersetzungen konnte man fast live mitverfolgen. Durch den steilen und weiten Weg zum Strand hat man wenigstens ein paar Schritte am Tag machen können. Was mich wirklich positiv überrascht hat war die Vielfalt und Qualität des Abendessens. Frühstück war auch okay. Der Pool ist in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war angenehm leise! Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine günstige Unterkunft für Sparfüchse, wenn man Abstriche an der Lage machen möchte und Tiefschläfer ist.

Excellent place to stay a few days. Access somewhat hard because of a steep upward street. No place to park a car. Food is superb both at breakfast and dinner. Good swimming pool. Very good relationship cost/benefit.

El alojamiento relación calidad precio muy bien, pero esta en la zona guiri, lo cual es MUY raro ver españoles. Todo está pensado para extranjeros. Cobran por todo. La media pensión no incluye bebida, y una botella grande de agua son 4€ (en España la jarra de agua del grifo por ley es gratis). Tampoco te dan hielos para el café. La comida del restaurante muy buena (especial mencion al camarero Francisco, un amor de persona). Las habitaciones completas y muy limpias, pero para una o dos personas, para tres muy justas. La piscina también tiene horario, cuando la cierran, aun hace calor y hay gente llegando de la playa que quería bañarse. Las limpiadoras lo dejan todo impoluto, pero entran a las 8am a la habitación sin permiso para saber si estas dormido o no y entrar a limpiar (bastante irrespetuoso).

+ deutsche TV Programme + Essen (besonders die Hackbällchen) + DJ's waren gut. ++ Frische Handtücher ++ freundliches Personal - Kaffee ☕️ (schmeckt nicht so gut), Filter Kaffee wäre schön. - Aufzüge könnten besser programmiert werden. - Leider etwas weit vom "Schuss ". Das Hotel hat sich auf jeden Fall in den letzten Jahren verbessert und kann man weiterempfehlen !!!

The room was clean and housekeeping came every day, which I appreciated. The location is great—walking distance to the beach, with stores and restaurants nearby. However, parking is very difficult to find. The internet in the room was very poor, which made it hard to stay connected. Also, the man responsible for the kitchen and meal service was quite rude. Breakfast and dinner were included, but dinner service was handled poorly. Although dinner hours were listed as 8–10 PM, at exactly 10 PM, he came over while we were still eating and asked us to leave, even if we hadn’t finished our food. He pointed to the elevator and made us leave the dining area, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

C’était génial l’hôtel à la hauteur de son prix. Surtout ne changez rien ! Peut-être le soir il pourrait y avoir une ou deux soirées avec des attractions genre spectacle espagnols. Sinon les 2 soirées par semaine avec le didji étaient sympas. Non rien à dire le personnel a l’écoute adorable serviable. Propre très propre. La femme de ménage de mon étage j’étais au premier était brésilienne et tellement propre et se donnant à fond ! La nourriture très variée et très bien. Vraiment super séjour sur l’île nous avons fait du tourisme et beaucoup de plage la mer super et superbe. Je suis déjà venue en 2016 pour 15 jours aussi j’étais à Portocolom a l’hôtel Cala Marsal qui était au top aussi. Alors à une prochaine fois !

I went for a short 5 day break with my 4 year old. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room although dated in decor as others have previously mentioned it was spotless. Great view from balcony. Helped book very early morning taxi for return flight. Breakfast was ok. Beans on toast for my child and I had cereals with fruit and honey. Unlimited coffee and juices. I had paid for evening meals however being vegetarian we struggled a little so only ate there twice and ate at local restaurants the other evenings. My son had pasta one evening with salad and then pizza and chips another. I had a mix of salads and bean type salads but limited. Overall would definitely return as hotel was short walk to beach and though some mentioned a hill my 4 year old didn’t moan once! Beautiful beach, friendly locals, overall core memories made!

Hotellet är nära havet vilket passade vår barnfamilj väldigt bra. Rummen saknar minibar/kyl och det får man hyra för €45 per vecka. Städning var under förväntan, spegeln i badrummet har inte rengjorts på hela veckan och inte heller har det sopats under sängen, där det låg skräp från föregående gäster. Poolen var liten men ren. Det funkar för en kort vistelse om man inte spenderar så mycket tid på rummet.

La struttura è in una posizione comoda, vicino alla strada principale e alla spiaggia ma senza il caos e la confusione, le camere sono leggermente da migliorare, non c è il frigo che con il caldo è necessario e l insonorizzazione delle camere inesistente, avrei preferito un letto matrimoniale piuttosto che due letti singoli uniti La cena abbondante e buona ma non molto varia con il passare dei giorni. A more fair average score would be 3.5/5 star. The staff were superb and the dinner buffet (i had booked half-board) was fantastic (great choice of meats, fish, salads, vegetables and potatoes). The room was good size, the breakfast was decent (some items such as cakes not always fresh). But what let the stay down was the level of noise both from within and from the street.

The staff at the hotel was excellent! Have to mention Ana and her team. Ana is such an asset to the hotel.. friendly, professional, supportive etc. She arranged a Seaview room for us and follow up if everything was ok. We saw her everyday, friendly and chatting to us. We will always remember her! We miss her already. Hope to return one day.

I went for a short 5 day break with my 4 year old. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room although dated in decor as others have previously mentioned it was spotless. Great view from balcony. Helped book very early morning taxi for return flight. Breakfast was ok. Beans on toast for my child and I had cereals with fruit and honey. Unlimited coffee and juices. I had paid for evening meals however being vegetarian we struggled a little so only ate there twice and ate at local restaurants the other evenings. My son had pasta one evening with salad and then pizza and chips another. I had a mix of salads and bean type salads but limited. Overall would definitely return as hotel was short walk to beach and though some mentioned a hill my 4 year old didn’t moan once! Beautiful beach, friendly locals, overall core memories made!

El alojamiento relación calidad precio muy bien, pero esta en la zona guiri, lo cual es MUY raro ver españoles. Todo está pensado para extranjeros. Cobran por todo. La media pensión no incluye bebida, y una botella grande de agua son 4€ (en España la jarra de agua del grifo por ley es gratis). Tampoco te dan hielos para el café. La comida del restaurante muy buena (especial mencion al camarero Francisco, un amor de persona). Las habitaciones completas y muy limpias, pero para una o dos personas, para tres muy justas. La piscina también tiene horario, cuando la cierran, aun hace calor y hay gente llegando de la playa que quería bañarse. C’était génial l’hôtel à la hauteur de son prix. Surtout ne changez rien ! Peut-être le soir il pourrait y avoir une ou deux soirées avec des attractions genre spectacle espagnols. Sinon les 2 soirées par semaine avec le didji étaient sympas. Non rien à dire le personnel a l’écoute adorable serviable. Propre très propre. La femme de ménage de mon étage j’étais au premier était brésilienne et tellement propre et se donnant à fond ! La nourriture très variée et très bien. Vraiment super séjour sur l’île nous avons fait du tourisme et beaucoup de plage la mer super et superbe. Je suis déjà venue en 2016 pour 15 jours aussi j’étais à Portocolom a l’hôtel Cala Marsal qui était au top aussi. Alors à une prochaine fois !

The property itself is great, but it's located at the NOISY END OF TOWN. The area is full of young revelers and don't count on getting any sleep from 4.00am as this is the time that the young return to their hotel and noise is their primary objective... I'm not a prude and I also enjoy a good drink but at least consider others when returning to your hotel and leave all the screaming back at your home.... The staff at the hotel were great in assisting to keep these young screamers under control by threatening them that they'll be thrown out....

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de commerce et de la plage ! J'y ai séjourné en famille (avec enfants). Chambre très basique mais propre. Attention si vous optez pour le petit déjeuner et dîner, le buffet ferme à l'heure, pas une minute de plus et on vous met limite dehors. Hôtel pas familial j'ai eu l'impression de gêner avec mes enfants.

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Trotz der urigen und alten Ausstattung des Hotel war das Bett bequem und das Zimmer sauber. Es gab leider keinen Föhn und kein Safe. Außerdem war das Duschen in einer Badewanne mit Vorhang unkomfortabel, da wegen des wenigen Platzes dieser an einem klebte. Zudem ist das Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man konnte den schnarchenden Menschen im Nachbarzimmer hören als lege er direkt neben einem. Auch jegliche Unterhaltungen und Auseinandersetzungen konnte man fast live mitverfolgen. Durch den steilen und weiten Weg zum Strand hat man wenigstens ein paar Schritte am Tag machen können. Was mich wirklich positiv überrascht hat war die Vielfalt und Qualität des Abendessens. Frühstück war auch okay. Der Pool ist in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war angenehm leise! Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine günstige Unterkunft für Sparfüchse, wenn man Abstriche an der Lage machen möchte und Tiefschläfer ist.

Das Hotel ist mega und das Personal ist super zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist allerdings auf einem Berg, wer sich den Weg nicht zu schade ist, dem kann man das Hitel absolut empfehlen. Will man an den Ballermann, sollte man vielleicht ein Hotel etwas weiter unten, näher am Strand nehmen. Sonst top!!!

El alojamiento relación calidad precio muy bien, pero esta en la zona guiri, lo cual es MUY raro ver españoles. Todo está pensado para extranjeros. Cobran por todo. La media pensión no incluye bebida, y una botella grande de agua son 4€ (en España la jarra de agua del grifo por ley es gratis). Tampoco te dan hielos para el café. La comida del restaurante muy buena (especial mencion al camarero Francisco, un amor de persona). Las habitaciones completas y muy limpias, pero para una o dos personas, para tres muy justas. La piscina también tiene horario, cuando la cierran, aun hace calor y hay gente llegando de la playa que quería bañarse. Excellent hôtel. Personnel aimable et attentionné. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon. Le mobilier est un peu vieillot. L'insonorisation n'est pas top, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres mitoyennes. Buffets petit déjeuner et dîner fabuleux. Proche des transports en commun pour le centre de Palma et l'aéroport.

It’s a 3 star hotel so you know what you’re getting. The pool area is very good on an afternoon when the sun is on it. The rooms are ok but the hotel is let down by the poor food. Overall it’s worthy of its 3 stars

The room was clean and housekeeping came every day, which I appreciated. The location is great—walking distance to the beach, with stores and restaurants nearby. However, parking is very difficult to find. The internet in the room was very poor, which made it hard to stay connected. Also, the man responsible for the kitchen and meal service was quite rude. Breakfast and dinner were included, but dinner service was handled poorly. Although dinner hours were listed as 8–10 PM, at exactly 10 PM, he came over while we were still eating and asked us to leave, even if we hadn’t finished our food. He pointed to the elevator and made us leave the dining area, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

Rent og fint hotell med gode senger, ok rom med velfungerende air con. Ok basseng og uteområde hvor det alltid var ledig solseng. Bar med stive drikke-og ispriser. Heldig med rom med havutsikt fra balkongen. 5 minutter ned til stranden, slakk bakke tilbake. Stort supermarked 25 m unna. Manglet bare kjøleskap på rommet. Maten var dessverre en nedtur, spesielt middag/dessert-buffè. Lite smak og forandring på en uke. Hadde opphold inkludert frokost/middag. Prismessig bra. Men spiste ute flere kvelder pga dette.

I went for a short 5 day break with my 4 year old. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room although dated in decor as others have previously mentioned it was spotless. Great view from balcony. Helped book very early morning taxi for return flight. Breakfast was ok. Beans on toast for my child and I had cereals with fruit and honey. Unlimited coffee and juices. I had paid for evening meals however being vegetarian we struggled a little so only ate there twice and ate at local restaurants the other evenings. My son had pasta one evening with salad and then pizza and chips another. I had a mix of salads and bean type salads but limited. Overall would definitely return as hotel was short walk to beach and though some mentioned a hill my 4 year old didn’t moan once! Beautiful beach, friendly locals, overall core memories made!
