First time to stay here , looks like it was an old building that still undergoing renovation . Rooms were big, clean , extra comfy beds and pillows ( better than Marriott or Hilton) so far. There was a bit on confusion on checkout time , email through hotels.com says 12noon , but got a knock from staff about check out at 11am . Breakfast not included in price .

Stayed 2 nights

It was our worst hotel experience in a while and we stay at a lot of hotels. The first room they gave us smelled unbearably of mold. The second room did as well but not quit as bad. The shower faucet sprayed water everywhere so the bathroom was always wet. The A/C worked OK but it was so loud that you couldn't hear the TV. There was hair in the bathtub. And then the grand finale: We were on the second floor looking out at a tree through the window. We had what I thought was a reasonable expectation of privacy. Until my wife walked naked out of the bathroom after her shower to come nose to nose with two guys standing on a plank on the outside of the window holding paint brushes and looking in the room. There was no signage, no warning at check-in, no notice of any kind. No nothing. I complained to the desk but absolutely nothing changed other than we closed the blinds after I took a video.

The desk person was very nice; changing room to second floor. I did ask for another blanket because there weren’t any extras in the room but since no one from house keeping was working I never got one. The vending machines weren’t working, the tub faucet had a drip and the toilet seat was cracked.

Stayed 2 nights

They put me in a room that was 64 degrees, front desk said he’d be right there. An hour later again. Room was right outside where they had work going on, flapping plastic all night and 8am. Someone on scaffolding practically inside my room. You’d think with the place half or quarter filled. They could’ve found another similar room, not freezing and being worked on in the window.
