This honestly a great hotel. It's in a very good location and the staff are lovely. It's decently clean as well. Has a gym, spa and rooftop terrace and pool. If I go to Ibiza I would not mind staying again

My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. The location of the hotel near old town was super practical and also 2 blocks from the ferry station to formentera. It was convenient. There was a laundromat within 6 blocks and a supermarket across the street.
