Staff are helpful but Motel is under renovations.Eventually there will be an indoor pool and gym. I Personally feel the rates are very high considering the state of the bldg at the present time. I hope once the renovations are complete that the rates don't increase too much so the average person can still afford to stay there!

This is a new Comfort Inn that has been renovated from being the old Sleep Inn. Everything has been gutted and changed. The new clean smell is noticeable when you walk in the lobby doors. Although there is still work to do, i am sure that this hotel will be booked over and over. The price is right. It is conveniently located to walk for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a Keurig in your room and always available coffe in the lobby. The wifi is a bit weak but works. Ask for a breakfast coupon for the restaurant around the corner. Parking is plenty. I recommend this hotel.

It was terrible in every way. Under construction, dirty, no elevator, service was bad. They left the cream and milk out of fridge for entire day. ( extremely hot day in July) The milk and cream that guests have been using for breakfast in the morning. I feel like I waste my money. Not recommend at all.

Good stay but area in and around hotel was messy because of construction but that was understandable. It was only a one night stay for us and I would not recommend a longer stay until renovations are completed.

The property was fully under construction. The parking lot was a mess with construction debris, cigarette butts, and coffee cups littered everywhere. The entrance to the hotel was full of construction materials. There there was no sign indicating that the hotel was even open. The hallways and stairwells were completely torn apart, and the smell of paint fumes in the hallway was nauseating. The room itself was lovely, newly renovated, with a very comfortable bed. There was no microwave in the room as advertised, and the fridge didn’t work very well. While, we did not expect our bed to be made or linens changed, we did expect a refresh of coffee and cups. This did not happen. The staff were kind, and helpful. This is considered an affordable/budget hotel, however, considering the amount of construction going on and the utter inconvenience of the entryway I would’ve expected a much better price for two nights accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel until all the construction is complete.

Our room had ants, which was reported to front desk. The next morning the ants were back, house keeping said it was because we had food. But we ate out for the time we were there. And had no food on our arrival.

When we got into the room, my wife took off the bedding to check for bedbugs. They use mattress covers that only partially cover the mattress in the centre, with elastic corner pieces. My wife found bugs, and black hairs on it. She took photos, and the lady at the desk noticed that one looked like a bug with larvae. She sent them to the Manager, and we were told they had no other rooms, but someone could vacuum and change the bedding. We said that we weren’t staying there under any circumstances. We drive from London Ontario for the holiday, and after such a long drive, this was the last thing we needed. They talked about some type of compensation…whatever that was we heard nothing. We thought the Manager would call us directly, we received no call. They’re doing construction, so it was messy. We ended up staying at Tru By Hilton, which was amazing. Unfortunately for us, our 2 night stay cost more money than we anticipated.

Air conditioning in the first room did not work, second room it shut off and reception came to fix it. The entire hotel main areas had no air conditioning and was stifling hot. I booked with Expedia I believe for 179.00 in January, unfortunately my credit card expired so when I gave the new card at check in I was charged 269.00 Morning breakfast was awesome. Reception (3 different ladies were fabulous)

The staff was lovely and explained everything perfectly. The room was spotless. I love that they have true blackout blinds. The only reason I give a 4 out of 5 is because it was very hard to regulate the temperature in the room, and my bathroom sink drained slowly, but it wasn't enough to complain about. Oh, and you get a breakfast voucher to Stacked next door. Who doesn't love that? Overall I loved my stay and would stay again.

Only stayed for a night, but it was good. Room was clean. Staff friendly. I wouldn't call their breakfast "continental" as we were told on check-in, they didn't have much like others do. The AC in our room was wonky in that it wouldn't turn on even if you set it low so on and off throughout the night it got hot.

Room was awful. Sink did not drain, desk chair was broken, pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Free wifi is both an unsecured network AND so slow that video conferencing was not possible. I ended up having to use my phone as a hotspot. Only positive was the front desk agents were nice and friendly.

Well the property is under renovations... linda wierd that there isnt even an area rug... or aomething to help with the chilly floors.. i get it for hygienist reasons... but still would have added a feel of "home".

When ee checked in the clerk was super nice and she gave us so much info about the hotel which was super appreciated. Our toom was ok and looked cleqn upon first look but there were some weird stains on the walls (I do not want to know). When I went to check out, the guy looked annoyed when I asked for a receipt and I was to just trust them. All in all a good stay but not sure if I'd stay again.

Somewhat awkward to get into , Parking tight. Very friendly staff and rooms were clean noisy at night due to presence of kids baseball tourney but we did not complain so that’s on us. Convenient location for our needs. Decent value in Muskoka high season
Somewhat awkward to get into , Parking tight. Very friendly staff and rooms were clean noisy at night due to presence of kids baseball tourney but we did not complain so that’s on us. Convenient location for our needs. Decent value in Muskoka high season

Air conditioning in the first room did not work, second room it shut off and reception came to fix it. The entire hotel main areas had no air conditioning and was stifling hot. I booked with Expedia I believe for 179.00 in January, unfortunately my credit card expired so when I gave the new card at check in I was charged 269.00 Morning breakfast was awesome. Reception (3 different ladies were fabulous)

The staff was lovely and explained everything perfectly. The room was spotless. I love that they have true blackout blinds. The only reason I give a 4 out of 5 is because it was very hard to regulate the temperature in the room, and my bathroom sink drained slowly, but it wasn't enough to complain about. Oh, and you get a breakfast voucher to Stacked next door. Who doesn't love that? Overall I loved my stay and would stay again.

Property was well located around lots of shopping centers and eaterys. That being said was being renovated at the time and overall dirty Very quiet spot though, not alot of traffic noise. Had lots of issues with the tv as well Wasnt much room for parking and the continential breakfast was basically juice, coffee, cereal and muffins, nothing hot.

Only stayed for a night, but it was good. Room was clean. Staff friendly. I wouldn't call their breakfast "continental" as we were told on check-in, they didn't have much like others do. The AC in our room was wonky in that it wouldn't turn on even if you set it low so on and off throughout the night it got hot.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly to approach. Things to improve would be to have more hangers in the bathroom, having a shower soap, better wifi connection, better parking space and to have atleast some items for breakfast in the property itself rather than just coffee and tea.

This is a new Comfort Inn that has been renovated from being the old Sleep Inn. Everything has been gutted and changed. The new clean smell is noticeable when you walk in the lobby doors. Although there is still work to do, i am sure that this hotel will be booked over and over. The price is right. It is conveniently located to walk for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a Keurig in your room and always available coffe in the lobby. The wifi is a bit weak but works. Ask for a breakfast coupon for the restaurant around the corner. Parking is plenty. I recommend this hotel.

Half the lights were working. There is no breakfast other tha. Muffins but we pay the same price as other comfort ins. We were put on second floor and I asked we could have first floor as my dad is 85 and they said this is what I had booked which isn’t true.

There seems to be some construction around the property, so the roadway is pretty dirty and there are storage containers and such scattered about. However, that didn't really bother us - just made it a little tricky to find a parking spot as we arrived after dark. Other than that, everything was lovely. The staff at the front desk was kind, friendly, and great with my kids. The room was exactly what we needed. And the "limited" continental breakfast was actually perfect.

Hotel room itself is well laid out but missing a microwave and such due to renovations. Staff can be rude and no reasonable breakfast. For full price maybe go somewhere else more well elstablished.

Room was very clean. Good shower / bathroom. Breakfast was okay but could use more food. They had waffles, yogurt, juice, cereal, muffins, coffee. No toast or jam or peanut butter. For the price they charge they could give more. Other than that it was a great place to stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.
