The walk back is moderately uphill, but there are bus and tourist train options. The pool is very close to the house. Gran Alacant is set on a hill, ideal for walking and cycling with beautiful views. Within walking distance you'll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, gym, and health center. The home offers a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, creating a modern and functional space to share moments in a unique atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a 150 cm double bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. There is 1 full bathroom. From the living room, you can access the balcony and, via stairs, the spacious 40 m² private terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
