Nice hotel for a short stay. The AC worked very well but the ventilation in the room could be better. The breakfast was good for the price, nothing extravagant. Receptionist spoke decent English but most of the staff did not which makes it a bit difficult for international guests.

Our experience was disappointing overall. We arrived about an hour before check-in and simply wanted to leave our luggage. The property was locked, so we couldn’t even enter to ask for assistance. A housekeeping employee was extremely rude, made gestures instead of trying to communicate, spoke no English, and offered no solution. Eventually, another guest let us into the building, where we found a receptionist who was not at the front desk. He was honestly the only friendly and professional employee we encountered during our stay. He allowed us inside and did his best to make up for the previous employee’s behavior. Once upstairs, we noticed a very strong odor throughout the hotel. The smell was like sweat and urine and was so unpleasant that we avoided interacting with the housekeeping staff whenever possible. We realized the odor seemed to come from the same housekeeping employee, and it lingered in the common areas. The receptionist genuinely tried to help whenever issues came up, and we appreciate his efforts, but it was frustrating to keep running into these problems. Finally, the location is not convenient if you’re visiting the city for sightseeing. It is much farther from the main tourist attractions than we expected. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights

We had a last minute issue with travel plans and the front desk staff member was very stand offish in helping. He got loud with me even though I was very quiet speaking to him. Ultimately I had to pay for this entire 4-day stay even though we never actually stayed there. On top of that, we saw multiple bugs along with window in the lobby that had me concerned about the cleanliness of the facilities.
