Very helpful staff. We apreciated that the cleaning lady also interacted and asked us about our stay Nice old building and good location

Great location, right at Piccadilly. External parking nearby at very reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and clean. There was no air con, but Dyson fan was provided in the room. Front of house team were lovely and professional. Beautiful brasserie restaurant with amazing cooked breakfast. Highly recommend, we will definitely come back.

This hotel is beautiful the staff are so polite Professional and have a great knowledge about Manchester .The room was super clean . The bed and pillows were so comfy . The shower was very powerful and a great temperature, there are toiletries in the room which are a good quality . Its also very central and a five minute stroll from Piccadily station . We didn't have a meal there , but I have no doubts ,it would have been amazing. We will definitely stay there again xx
