Clean throughout

Lovely hotel, room great & clean, few marks on carpet & chair that let it down slightly. Breakfast was really nice would definitely stay here again

Positives - great location only 8 minute walk from the AO Arena & train station, comfy bed, friendly staff and amazing breakfast! Not so positives - dressing chair had a large stain on, the breakfast order to hang on the door had previous persons details on and room smelt of smoke. I would like to say though these did not ruin our stay at all and we would absolutely stay again!

The staff were all polite,friendly and helpful.Rooms were clean and tidy.Good location for Manchester especially being in the Northern Quater easy walking even to train station.Only thing really were the corridors were bland.Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice.We stayed in a standard king room,bit noisy as on 2ed floor near to traffic.Higher rooms might be quieter
