The hotel is located fairly well. But everything from the service level, to the maintenance, to the noise level from the street is not acceptable. If you go to a hotel, you would expect to be able to relax and switch off but that was not the case

The hotel is fairly new and offers excellent facilities and service. As a frequent traveller, I judge a hotel on three essentials: a comfortable bed, a good shower, and reliable internet. That's the main reason I usually choose well-known hotel brands. The bed and shower were excellent, but the Wi-Fi was a major disappointment. The hotel uses a single Wi-Fi SSID with different IP subnets assigned to each floor. In my room, my device would initially connect to an access point on the same floor, receive a 172.16.7.x IP address, and work normally for a few minutes. However, even while sitting still at my desk, the connection would unexpectedly roam to an access point on the floor below. The Wi-Fi connection itself remained active, but because the lower floor was configured with a different subnet (172.16.6.x), the internet connection was lost. This appears to be a wireless configuration issue, possibly caused by overly aggressive roaming settings. I reported the issue to the reception and, but they were unable to resolve it, nor was I offered a room change despite the issue making it impossible to work reliably. For a branded hotel charging around £80 per night, this level of connectivity is simply unacceptable. Reliable internet is no longer a luxury—it's a basic expectation, especially for business travellers. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi fell well below that standard, and I ultimately had no choice but to check out and move to the Moxy hotel just behind this property.

All the stuff at the reception room service and breakfast service were absolutely helpful and friendly. And the design of the rooms was so perfect. I’ve never seen a hotel that has such useful and comfortable decorations for the room in terms of shelves and lighting and accessories. I really had a wonderful day and I will go to this hotel again.
