Welcome to "Gîtes de la Morinière - Brocéliande"! Located in Néant-sur-Yvel, Brittany, the Cœur de Brocéliande cottage offers a 31 m² house, perfect for 2 guests. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor, you'll find a bathroom with a shower. The private kitchen is fully equipped, including a filter coffee maker and a Tassimo machine. A mezzanine can be set up with a single bed or a baby bed upon request when booking. A private TV is available for your relaxation. The house is ideally located for exploring the sites and legends of Brocéliande and is close to a greenway, perfect for scenic walks. Shared parking for one vehicle is available in front of the house. One dog is welcome. Bed linen is available on site for an extra charge. The accommodation must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. If you prefer not to clean, a cleaning service is offered for an extra charge. We look forward to welcoming you!
