Remodeling was not complete

The motel is going under major renovations. Room wasn’t quite ready yet, trim work etc. Water was backwards, with that knowledge it was ok.

The parking was the only complaint I could have (just awkward for my room location… great for the money… around the corner from a police station so very safe environment

Lady in front was nice as can be wish I could say the same for hotel. Rooms were not cleaned dead bugs walls were disgusting, stains all over walls scared to even sleep. Said it had pool no pool!

I could not get a Wi-Fi signal in my original room, and the owner graciously moved me to a room closer to the Wi-Fi router. I am very appreciative of that. It’s a very clean hotel, not a lot of frills, but great price.

Love the Texas waffles but they need to fix their juice machine. Friendly staff, and surprisingly quiet on the side of hotel facing the pool. My favorite place to stay in Belton.

New renovations when I visited in June. Room was nice, literally the only thing is that the white sheets had a few older stains on them, but that’s being picky. Everything seemed cleaned and washed.

Very Clean

The room was extremely dirty, smudged mirrors, very little toilet paper on the roll, The washcloths were dirty as though someone had used them and folded them back up neatly, but I did not discover that until the next morning when getting ready to take a shower. Someone has used the body wash. It was empty, the floors were really dirty. The door handle inside the room and the door facings were extremely dirty. The desk chair had drippings all over. (Very disgusting. The people above me seemed to be dragging something across the floor. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. One of the worst nights spent at a hotel. It was raining extremely hard, and we were expecting snow/ice otherwise I would have just found a different hotel. Even the coffee seemed like left over. The staff was very nice, but it did not help the other problems. I want a refund.

Got there and left within 30 minutes. Dead roaches on the bathroom floor. Humid in the room. Toilet seat was coming off, and it was running. Sheets looked dirty. Lots of people outside drinking and playing loud music, staff was afraid to say anything and even stated it. We left and went down the road, you get what you pay for.

There were cockroaches in the room and holes in the wall. The sink would not drain properly and the door wouldn't shut all the way unless I locked it.

Where to start? Of the two towels made available for bathing only one had the smallest of stains which was about a quarter of the towels entirety. I was forced to use a washcloth to dry off with. As for the restroom in general it would be good practice to clean the urine from around the toilet at least once a month? That was absolutely disgusting! Nobody has ran a mop or even a decent broom in that bathroom for moths. You can tell by all of the debris in the corners. When I pulled the sheets back to inspect the sleeping area finding hair in between the sheets is a HARD NO for me. I slept on top of the bed spread after I turned it over. As a former Law Enforcement officer I would definitely use the term gang infested. Along with the aggressive homeless that wait around the parking lot to take notice of who is checking in and what they're taking in and most important for them leaving in the cars. You would fair better finding the local Walmart and just sleeping in your car. The bed was mounted on some sort of broken metal cabinet or something. It was extremely bizarre. This is a must NOT!!!

Very friendly staff, clean property and relatively quiet considering its close proximity to 35. Fast food options conveniently close. My stay was Sunday-Friday for work and it was a very good experience.

Staff was very nice and professional. Rooms had roach problem. My kids wanted to sleep in the car. walkways and hallways (ground) were filthy.

Room was nice. Shower flooded the floor in bathroom due to bad design. Mattress is rough, you can feel all the springs in it. Other than that it's nice for the price

Overall nice. Not much breakfast to speak of.....primarily coffee and breads assortment, however, the price was right. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Will stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were reasonably clean. My only complaint is the traffic noise on the second floor facing the highway. The first floor was much quieter. But there’s not much the staff can do to reduce the noise.

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Shower head was low and frig freezer did not freeze.

I35 is very noisy, and the smoke detector in my room is disconnected. There is no coffee maker in the room

If you just need a place to sleep and shower, this is great. It is close to the freeway so you hear traffic noise but it is affordable, staff is super helpful and friendly, rooms have been updated, and it was clean. There aren’t many hotels in Belton so this is a good option.

Terribly uncomfortable bed and really thin pillows. Room is really small too and LOUD with bad insulation for the door, but everything worked so overall cant expect much more for the price.

It was clean. Nice comfy bed. Noise from the highway but I got use to it pretty quick. Would stay there again.

Great stay and the morning front desk woman was a real nice lady..

We did not complete check in. Had problems checking in, guests were leaving because there were bugs in the rooms and on the beds. Clerk tried to add additional charges and the room had holes in the walls. Clerk would not provide anything stating the damage was present before check in.

Pretty affordable hotel to spend the night on our way to Dallas. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

We were in Belton for a Horse show, and the room was perfect. Comfortable bed and clean, updated room. The location was great and close to restaurants to start or end your day with a good meal. They also offered breakfast, but we did not eat at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

From the reviews, we were nervous about this stay. Super easy off and on the interstate, couldn’t have been easier! The room was clean and the shower was fantastic. Staff was very friendly. I’d stay again!

While have a major problem when it comes to $50 deposit on top of the daily. Pillows were horrible, shower floor did appear to clean and NO PHONE IN THE ROOM!! AND BREAKFAST WAS TROUBLE no ice nor was the Juice machice was of out of order!

The staff was wonderful! I wish the breakfast had offer more diabetic/low carb options. Over all it was a great stay!

Sindy the manager is an amazing woman, has lots of stories to share and is eager to help. Breakfast is light, but coffee stays hot for you until noon which is a GREAT plus. Room: walls and tub have seen better days. Clean and comfortable bed. Situation: facing the highway, I hope you enjoy the noise better then us? 2 stars overall because $78 tag. The price should be closer to $39.

DO NOT BOOK!!! The tub did not drain. No coffee pot in the room. The queen size bed was a full. Bed is very uncomfortable. Fly trapped in the container where bread was kept at the common room for free breakfast. O.j. and apple juice machine not working. No milk for cereal. Will never book there again
