I booked through Expedia and they could not find my reservation. Luckily I had the confirmation # and with that they found it finally. Staff member was very polite. Property is clean however in the restroom appeared to be short curly hair around the toilet (yuck) is the reason for 4 star on cleanliness. There is also an odor in the hallways and room. They do not clean your room daily! Thought we were out of covid... No swimming pool or hotub, has a small gym. The bed and pillows was very comfortable which based off previous reviews is why I booked the room here. The bed is

At $200 a night I expected to have towels and a mat in the bathroom, a hair dryer, an ice machine somewhere on the property that worked, someone at the front desk at 7:00 pm to help, and a little better breakfast. The place was clean, but ran down. Won't stay again, I'll go next door to the La Quinta.

Very convenient when you’re at the expo center for events, but the grass was overgrown, which was very inconvenient for a pet friendly hotel. Hard to walk pets in knee high grass. Staff were super friendly and the room was clean, but had a lingering odor of marijuana. Their front porch is blocked off due to damage, and the staff explained they’re waiting on insurance settlement, but the flags and markers have been there long enough that they are frayed and add to the shabby appearance of the exterior of the property. Overall, I would likely stay here again due to the convenience factor and the friendliness of the staff.

Newly renovated, very nice beds and bedding! Very clean and quiet. We had a pet friendly room…we were in Belton for a rabbit show..and it was great! Lots of room! We will stay here again next year.

The staff checking in was awesome. The hotel was being remodeled so outside was limited parking and messy. The room was big but obviously still needed remodel completion. Overall a good stay.

The hotel allows pets, though I assumed there were specific rooms available for them. When I noticed the fleas in my room and on my feet, I called and reported it. It really did seem like they were as surprised and disappointed as I was. I was told they'd put in a work order to get rid of the fleas. The room smelled like old musty smoke. The shower curtain had a ton of mold on the bottom. And there was no TV remote in our room. I would stay next-door next time.

The staff was great. However, the room we checked into (on the third floor) reeked of cigarette smoke. Even the bed and curtains did. The towels were old and tattered and there is a large gap between the door and the floor. The carpet was stained and nasty looking. Our first night we got barely any sleep because of a dog that was whining and barking most of the night and a loud woman yelling that she was going to move out of her house for about half an hour and some random dude came knocking on our door in the middle of the night too. We didn't open the door and he went on his way. The second night was better. The hallway smelled of weed a few times (I've got nothing against weed, but I feel like some guests might take issue). I did like the fact that it was within walking distance to the expo center. Overall, not sure I would stay there again.

It was stains all over the sheets like blood or something and it took them all day to change them so me and my family had to wait room was dirty and smelly. I want a refund I’m so disappointed

Very nice hotel. The bed was so amazingly comfortable. The room was nice, except for the bathroom door. It should have been a sliding door. If you went to the toilet the door would swing open into the half bath sink area and bump whoever was standing there. Overall it was a great stay.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. Every single person we came into contact with. The room was so clean and huge!! There is a full size fridge which I’ve never seen!! Breakfast was wonderful. It was literally one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel!

We had a quick trip for our son’s 1st time at a State Archery Tournament. The Comfort Inn was walking distance to the Expo Center which made it so convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The property was decent for the one night we stayed. It appears to be under some renovation, but did not affect us. Our room was freshly painted with some updates, unfortunately they missed the carpet and the furniture, the beds however were comfortable. All the usual, iron, blow dryer, ironing board, microwave and large mini fridge were available. All in all, room was clean with no critters to be seen. The staff was friendly and inviting. Breakfast: sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, pastries. Although a bit overpriced, I would consider staying again.

Check in was fine. Located the room and it appeared clean. My wife entered the bathroom and two roaches were on the floor. She stepped on one but the other ran under the sink cabinet. I went to the front desk and a sign stated the clerk will be back shortly. I stayed around for 10-15 minutes, no one still showed so wrote a note telling them I had roaches in the room. I expected someone to knock on the door and show some concern. No one showed. Next morning I asked if they found my note and she said yes and will tell her boss. She said she was sorry but that was it. Breakfast was incomplete , no eggs or bacon so went elsewhere to eat breakfast.

Very convenient if you're going to the Expo Center. Restaurants in Belton are very close and a short drive away. The hotel had a strange smell in the hall and our room that we couldn't escape. Breakfast wasn't very good. The typical breakfast that you find at other hotels but on a smaller scale. The towels were very small and very rough. Those really need to be replaced. Beds were comfy and staff was friendly.

We stayed 2 nights. They were non refundable or we would have left. Everything was under construction which was not listed on the website. They did let you know when you got there but we had already reserved on the non refundable rate. Bed was comfortable enough but the shoddy workmanship in the "just remodeled" room was surprising. I keep waiting for a shower tile to fall on me as the tile work was just so poor. The breakfast consisted of one bag of cereal for everyone to pour from. Stale bagels and muffins and a waffle machine. That\'s it. Coffee was decent on day 2 but day 1 not so much. Would not stay here again even after remodel as we had already seen the workmanship in the phase we were in.
