Chambre propre , fonctionnelle Parking sous l’hôtel Bien placé Buffet petit-déjeuner ok

In kind of an industrial area at the edge of town more of a freeway stop than a destination. The staff was delightful, parking was convenient and free, the room was clean. This is not a non smoking hotel. The room smelled strongly of smoke and when we opened the window to get air it seemed that maybe workers from the place next door smoked all night there? We were four floors from the ground and the clouds of cigarette and marijuana smoke that filled our room were awful. The air conditioner didn’t turn on (maybe too early) so it was sit in a hot stuffy smoky room or let in the smoke with the fresh air all night. In the morning the shower was nice and the staff at the restaurant were kind.

Well priced for the area this hotel offers a fairly basic room which is all I need for a business trip. WiFi works well and the room was comfortable and reasonably quiet. The underground on site parking meant my car was nice and cool first thing in the morning. Restaurant was closed during my stay and no mention of this on the website. However a small selection of bar food was available. There is a budget supermarket within walking distance. Will stay here again if I am working in the area again. Recommended.

Chambre un peu petite, mais propre. personnel courtois. mais pas forcement présent à notre arrivée. Il a fallu attendre que la personne de l'accueil arrive. On est un peu perdu la première fois

Fenster Kaputt Empfang unkompetent

alles bequem, sauber, bequemes Bett,...

It was a disaster! We got to our initial assigned room, just to find out that the A/C wouldn’t turn on at all. Then we got a new room…where the fan turned on, but later found out that the A/C never got cold. We were there for 5 nights and had to sleep with the windows open…and got bitten by mosquitoes. The bathroom light didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. And here’s the kicker: We asked that no one enter the room while we were staying there. We even confirmed this with the person who checked us in 3 times. We always left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of the door. Then, after coming back at the end of one day, we were shocked to see that the maid had entered the room, moved ALL our valuable things just to make the bed, and hung the dirty towels that were on the floor back up on the hooks. We were furious…but the same guy who had originally checked us in was so rude and couldn’t care less. He then proceeded to tell me that had they have a policy where the room has to be cleaned at least every 3 days….something that he NEVER told me, even after confirming with him originally on 3 occasions. If I had known that, we would have left right away. I demanded all our money back, but apparently there are no managers working on the weekends….hmmm…maybe this is the problem…shouldn’t the managers be there to oversee their incompetent staff on the 2 busiest days of the week??? It’s best that no one EVER stay here!

Typisches Ibis-Hotel. Man weiss, was man bekommt. Die nahegelegene Strasse ist ziemlich laut. Sonst alles wie erwartet. Liegt im Industriegebiet von Crissier. 10 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Crissier

Ein Ibis 2 Sterne …..lieblos eingerichtet aber nettes Personal und Funktionen Preise sind von mir aus am Limit aber ist wohl so in 2023.

Ibis Standart, null Deko, null Wärme ! Aber super nettes Personal ! Gutes Badezimmer ! Einzel Betten zu schmal

Des travaux tout autour de l’hôtel compliquent l’existence lorsqu’on est à pieds et qu’on veut se rendre au centre de conférences. L’hôtel est aussi en travaux à l’intérieur. Petit dej et restaurant très bien.

Bon Hotel, accueil sympathique Très isolé du centre de Lausanne, mais prix correct pour le pays…

Le sejour à ete tres bon,juste un commentaire pour le restaurant ,le service est agreable mais ils oublient parfois des demandes donc il faut leurs rappeler.a par ca je suis satisfait et reviendrai

Dentro das expectativas, conforto para uma boa noite de sono, hotel padrão Ibis. Café da manhã bom, vale a pena, principalmente que sairiamos no domingo onde tudo é fechado na Suíça.
