PGM Hotel Resort Okinawa

Great and considerate service with spacious environment and diversity equipment especially swimming pools. Worth to enjoy it.

The cool sauna with falling snow was amazing.

First off the staff were amazing from the moment we drove up to the property, then with urgency getting a cart for the bags, the front desk were very knowledgeable ( if they didn’t know something they found out for you) bottom line very professional but personable. They just had a soft opening 5/25, we arrived on the 28th. Not being able to speak fluent japanese they all made an effort to help me. Mr. Sunagawasan spoke a little English and he mad such an effort to accommodate me and explain everything in details. We stayed on the 8th floor- the room was beautiful as well as comfortable. All the amenities you can think of and a little extra… The view from our bedroom over looking the pool, golf course and the ocean was amazing! What was our final decision to stay at PGM. Was the fact they drove you to / from the airport. Omg the buffet was ridiculously amazing . There was so much to choose from and I enjoyed the many beverages that they offered. They had a lovely pool with an eatery close by so you can order drinks and appetizers. We enjoyed the inclusive lounge they had for guests only. I can’t say enough about this resort. I will be back this year in November. I would like to thank everyone at PGM for a wonderful time. See you soon!

Absolutely amazing hotel located on a beautiful property. Located in a small little town with plenty of great restaurants and centrally located in Okinawa about 50 min to Naha and 50 min to Nago., The Pool/Sauna/Fitness center are also amazing and exactly what you would want! Attention to detail by all staff. Incredible rooms. I have no complaints what so ever. The breakfast buffet was incredible and massive. So many options to choose from from all cuisines.
