We stayed at Ruissalo Spa Hotel for two nights. The hotel offers plenty of parking, and the reception area creates a pleasant first impression. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, as you move towards the guest rooms, it becomes clear that the hotel is showing its age and would benefit from renovation. The spa and swimming pools are enjoyable but show visible signs of wear, including broken and worn tiles. The breakfast was excellent, the restaurant served good food, and the hotel offers good facilities overall. The biggest disappointment was the room. It was sparsely equipped, showed clear signs of limited maintenance, and had no air conditioning. Although there were two small windows that could be opened, they did not provide enough ventilation to keep the room cool. The only alternative was a dusty floor fan that blew dust into the room when turned on. As a result, the room became uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On the night before our departure, we also discovered silverfish in the room, which further affected our overall impression. A good night’s sleep is one of the main reasons for staying at a hotel. Despite the friendly staff, good food, and decent facilities, the poor condition of the room, inadequate ventilation, and the discovery of silverfish mean that we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel in its current condition.

Location is beautiful but far from any services. Personell are helpful but the rooms and spa would need some update, maintenance and modernization. I also think that restaurant services are little limited.

On a hot summers day, there needs to be good fan systems to keep the rooms cool. Open windows don't help if they're is no breeze coming in. The room was retro style, bathroom had much grime there, and should be cleaned better. Breakfast was good. Filling, and nice bread. Spa was also nice, with option to swim in the seas too. But it is in need for a refurb, and modernisation. Gym has good equipment, so could be an ideal team training venue.
