The room itself was okay, but unfortunately, that is about the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The hallways were dirty and needed to be vacuumed, there was trash in the entryway, and the white walls were covered with visible fingerprints, smudges, and marks. The overall condition and cleanliness of this property were completely unacceptable. Then there were the additional charges. The incidental hold was $75 rather than the $50 I have commonly encountered at other hotels. On top of that, there was a $2 electricity charge and a $10 housekeeping charge. If you are going to charge guests additional housekeeping fees, the hotel should at least look like it has actually been properly cleaned and maintained. This place was an utter, atrocious hot mess. I honestly would not let my dogs sleep there. Whoever is responsible for managing this property needs to do significantly better. If this location is part of a larger hotel brand, someone from corporate seriously needs to visit this property, inspect it from top to bottom, and make some major changes. Based on my experience, I absolutely would not recommend staying here.

Will never book again. Paid for a room only to be told it was not available and they were booked up, while there were rooms “available” online still. The number listed is disconnected and the number they did have at the front counter I had to call multiple times to get an answer.

Arrived at the room, wasn’t really familiar with the fact that there was an extended stay where they I guess have kitchens and refrigerators really just needed a room to sleep in, when entering the room set my stuff down with the light on and we’re greeted with roaches. Didn’t have anywhere to stay so I slept slept uneasy, afraid that I would take roaches home with me as soon as light hit got dressed got ready canceled the next day thankfully, they refunded me for the next day unfortunately because I had to stay the night I didn’t get refunded for the one night. It is what it is just won’t be picking there to go again.
