Good position and friendly staff. Unfortunately just one lift was working and it was really slow. Limited choice for breakfast mostly were sweet options, no veggies, with low quality hot food and charcuterie.

Bon hôtel, bien placé, parking possible payant en réservant directement à l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner acceptable sans être exceptionnel, malheureusement rapport qualité/prix très moyen pour un hôtel trois étoiles, car le tarif est souvent bien plus proche des 200€ que des 100€

We stayed for 1 night at the Ibis Marseille Centre Euromed. We were happy with our stay; we arrived before 2pm check in but leaving our bags was not a problem; they were stored safely. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly. There is an area to work in the reception and a restaurant/bar but we didn't use these so cannot comment. There is a free water dispenser in the reception area which was handy. Our room on the 6th floor was quiet, spacious and very clean. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower was excellent and the air conditioning was functional. Only 2 gripes; another pillow would have been excellent (although I guess we could have asked for another!). Secondly, there is parking at the nearby QPark Espercieux which gives you a discounted rate of 25EUR/24hrs. We emailed ahead of time to advise that we would like to take advantage of this; all we had to do was email the car reg to the hotel and everything would be taken care of. On arrival to the car park, our reg was recognised by ANPR and we parked and exited without issue; the snag - being charged full price (46EUR) at check in. However, when we realised this and brought it to the attention of the staff, a refund was immediately credited to our account - the sign of good customer service - problems occur, but when they do they are dealt with efficiently and courteously. I have no hesitations recommending this hotel and would happily stay again!

The hitel was a 30 min walk into the city and no decent eating places nearby The room was small but functional, no safe or coffee making facilities Good breakfast with a reasonable amount of choice

My experience to that hotel was normal not warm welcoming and no breakfast first day paid 12 $ big problem for parking was expensive because I had rental car for couple days I had pad 22 $ each day means extra money but on app says free parking whatever I don’t think so back to that hotel next time.

The staff were very patient and cheerful. The breakfasts were really nice and fresh. However, the seating in the lounge could be more comfortable and the drinking tap could be easier to operate. Overall a hotel worthy of recommendation.

Des travaux de rénovation sont en cours ce qui peut perturber le calme habituel dans la chambre pendant la journée. Suite à un oubli d’une veste dans la chambre, ma mère a contacté l’hôtel et on lui a crié dessus. Il semblerait qu’il y a des formations en communication non violente à faire et que les objects oubliés ne soient pas retrouvés.

The personnel at the reception was candid and professional. The rooms are not spacious enough. The toilets weren't very clean, rust was showing on a number of areas. The parking should be free for guests of the hotel. This is less than what i was expecting from an Ibis. It is ok for 1 night stopover which was out case.

hotel tres propre, il est neuf, très calme, cet hotel dispose d un restaurant avec une terrace, pres du tram pour rejoindre le centre ville, il y a aussi un centre commercial juste a coté. Cet hotel se demarque vraiment de la chaine Ibis.

L'hôtel est très bien situé entre le port pour les départs des navires et le vieux port. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet avec du chaud (œufs brouillés, durs, ratatouille, bacon, petites crêpes), du froid (fromages, crudités, jambon blanc et poulet) en plus de céréales, pains variés, viennoiseries, fruits frais, laitages, option VG, confitures, café, thé Palais des thés et jus fruits. L'accueil est tres réactif et m'a imprimé 1 document dont j'avais besoin. J'y sejournerai volontiers lors d'un prochain passage dans la ville.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Hôtel tout neuf avec de belles prestations pour un prix très correct. Literie parfaite, confort optimal. Juste dommage que la télévision soit compliquée à faire fonctionner et que les fenêtres soient si petites et surtout qu’on ne puisse pas les ouvrir entièrement. Sinon tout est parfait

Les chambres sont propres, et le petit déjeuner est top, les équipes sont très agréables mais j’ai été déçue par la taille de la chambre ( très très petite pour Marseille, car ce n’est pas Paris), et surtout je l’ai trouvée étouffante (pas assez de lumière et garde trop l’humidité de la salle de bain).
Les chambres sont propres, et le petit déjeuner est top, les équipes sont très agréables mais j’ai été déçue par la taille de la chambre ( très très petite pour Marseille, car ce n’est pas Paris), et surtout je l’ai trouvée étouffante (pas assez de lumière et garde trop l’humidité de la salle de bain).

The hotel itself seemed nice. Only stayed one night and it worked for what we needed. The bed was normal, but the room was fairly small. The bathroom was not of the highest quality. The hotel was walkable to some of the main attractions in the city. They staff was friendly and helpful.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem modernen Hotel war insgesamt positiv. Vorab konnte man Online einchecken. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war relativ klein und hatte keinen Kleiderschrank, für eine Städtereise jedoch ausreichend. Das Frühstück war gut, wenn auch die Auswahl begrenzt war. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass man zu jeder Zeit einen Sitzplatz fand und auch die Möglichkeit hatte, draußen zu essen. Die Lage war ideal. Alles war fußläufig gut erreichbar, und die Straßenbahnanbindung direkt vor dem Hotel war hervorragend. Bis zur U-Bahn sind es höchstens 10min. Insgeamt für ein Städtetrip zu empfehlen.

Centrally located near the port and the metro. One night stop over before moving on elsewhere but friendly staff, easy to find. Lovely huge shower and a decent size room with a comfy bed.

There is a free water dispenser in the reception area which was handy. Our room on the 6th floor was quiet, spacious and very clean. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower was excellent and the air conditioning was functional. Only 2 gripes; another pillow would have been excellent (although I guess we could have asked for another!). Secondly, there is parking at the nearby QPark Espercieux which gives you a discounted rate of 25EUR/24hrs. We emailed ahead of time to advise that we would like to take advantage of this; all we had to do was email the car reg to the hotel and everything would be taken care of. On arrival to the car park, our reg was recognised by ANPR and we parked and exited without issue; the snag - being charged full price (46EUR) at check in. However, when we realised this and brought it to the attention of the staff, a refund was immediately credited to our account - the sign of good customer service - problems occur, but when they do they are dealt with efficiently and courteously. I have no hesitations recommending this hotel and would happily stay again!

My experience to that hotel was normal not warm welcoming and no breakfast first day paid 12 $ big problem for parking was expensive because I had rental car for couple days I had pad 22 $ each day means extra money but on app says free parking whatever I don’t think so back to that hotel next time.

Des travaux de rénovation sont en cours ce qui peut perturber le calme habituel dans la chambre pendant la journée. Suite à un oubli d’une veste dans la chambre, ma mère a contacté l’hôtel et on lui a crié dessus. Il semblerait qu’il y a des formations en communication non violente à faire et que les objects oubliés ne soient pas retrouvés.

L'hôtel Ibis est très bien situé dans le quartier de la Joliette à proximité de commerces, du métro, 15-20 min du vieux port, mucem…C’est le point fort. Cependant très déçu du petit déjeuner, peu de choix,pas très varié, les produits ne sont pas de qualité et pas réapprovisionnés(chaque matin il manquait quelque chose) Comparé a d’autre Ibis en France et à l étranger ce n est pas à la hauteur de ce que j’ai pu voir. De plus exception des femmes de ménage qui étaient très polies, et un jeune homme avec des lunettes très accueillant ( petit déjeuner)et qui disait bonjour. L accueil à la reception est professionnel mais pas très convivial et chaleureux , les derniers mots de la réceptionniste : tout est bon…je suis pas exigeante mais quand même.

The hotel itself seemed nice. Only stayed one night and it worked for what we needed. The bed was normal, but the room was fairly small. The bathroom was not of the highest quality. The hotel was walkable to some of the main attractions in the city. They staff was friendly and helpful.

We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival No mention was made prior to the visit about the building work, but in was mentioned on check in We were told it would not impact our visit, however the bar was not functioning and we couldnt get ice (we had to go to the next-door hotel for it!!) The hotel is in a quiet location at the edge of city and port. Check-in was straightforward and I found my room to be modern, clean and spacious. The communal areas are very bright and I found the restaurant to be a nice place to have breakfast in the morning (I paid extra for this and due to the wide selection available I found it to be good value). The restaurant staff are very friendly and the local food it serves is meant to be very good.

Basic and clean room, good bed and pillows. We had a room on the 7th floor with a window to The Docks. The window did not have any insulation, all noise could be heard inside. No English TV channels. Quite a walk to the port/ city centre. Joliette metro station quite near but you cannot reach each place with the metro for instance the beaches.
