Great stay. Beds are comfortable. Property well maintained. Spacious rooms. Pool is clean. Hot tub is clean. Has sauna, steam room, and gym. Only complaint is that the kitchenette has NO STOVE despite having a vent in the picture. So it is quite deceptive.

The beds were clean which is top Priority for me. There was a disgusting ear wig wiggling around in the bathtub when we arrived, which mean house keeping didn’t clean the tub from previous people staying in there. The bathrooms need and update and the pool needs a good cleaning. staff were really friendly Costco right next to hotel

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Looking for a place to stay in Langford this hotel came up and I am so glad I took the chance and stayed there. The bathroom was spotless and the linens on the bed were of good quality. The cleaning staff were fabulous. The reception is run by very young people and could use a little more finesse. The included breakfast was very good with a nice selection of the menu. Overall good experience and I would stay there again.

Room was blasting hot at 23c on arrival with all lights on. Major strike against the hotel on sustainability and waste. There was a small plug outside for e-plug in, but the parking spot wasn't marked, so it was used by non-e-cars. Painting e-car only on the spot is advised. The bathtub took 15 minutes to drain. The room was comfortable otherwise, the bed comfy, coffee in the lobby nice.

We booked a suite room. The soaking bath tub in the living space was very dirty. As soon as we turned on the jets all the dirt came out. It was a worst experience. It felt like it was some insects/mosquitos/dirty. Not worth the price. No breakfast as well .

Pool area was dirty. No clean towels and dirty clothes and drink bottles all over plus a few bathing suits that were left by the hot tub. Gross. Bathroom wasn’t very clean in room either.

Located 20 minutes from downtown Victoria, the hotel is well-kept and quiet. The breakfast is excellent. Our corner suite is huge, and everything inside looks new. The bathroom is about 100 square feet, with a separate bathtub and shower stall. I would prefer a bathtub with a showerhead, as the shower stall is too small.

Staff was excellent, lots of guest parking, check in fast. Hotel well set up, lots of cozy table and chair set ups in common areas. Obviously very popular stay for hockey families. Nice bar downstairs with great beer selection. Room was huge, bathtub in living room a little strange. And no towel bars in bathroom. But main bed was comfortable, great black out blinds, and sleep in was easy. Would like more desk top plug ins for charging devices. Liked the coffee station in the lobby each morning. I would stay here again. Highly recommend

The rooms were decently up to date, but the air conditioning system could be upgraded to allow guests to more easily set their preferences for each room. None of the 4 guests in my party were able to figure out how to turn off the AC at night. It was quite loud when turned on, and we only found preset options on the thermostat, none of which turned it off completely. Some staff at the front desk could use additional training. At check-in, which occurred relatively late for us, we were told we could order room service, but a call to the restaurant informed us we could only eat in or pick up our order ourself to go. However, check-out was very smooth with a different receptionist.

Clean room, staff was very friendly. A balcony would have been lovely, but I do not think any of the rooms had a balcony. Sofa bed in the sitting area could use replacing. Did not use for sleeping, but not very comfortable. Jacuzzi tub in main area a bit odd. A nice table and chairs in the space would have been more appreciated.

Our suite had an adjoining room door. Two nights of our stay, the people were very noisy and inconsiderate. One morning seemed like they were having a FaceTime call at 5 am! The next morning we’re were awakened at 6 am by crying kids. Our suggestion is to make the rooms more soundproof.

Unfriendly staff, don’t even acknowledge your existence with a thank you or goodbye when handing them your room key at check out. Also, didn’t appreciate whatsoever being called in the room 6 mins past an 11am check-out after spending so much money. Found that quite pathetic and rude. Overall, staff wise, a major disappointment!

The telephone in a room didn’t work well, so I didn’t contact to housekeeping department. Some front staff were not kind. When I use other hotels, they usually serve information about breakfast and facilities but this time I didn’t get anything about that from them. Also, there’s no booklet or something like that which introduces hotel or around hotel in a room. Very different from other hotels. Not happy with those.

Hotel was clean, staff were nice. However, it is advertised as the Four Points in Victoria. It’s not in Victoria. It’s in Langford which is over 20 minutes from downtown, 40 minutes with traffic.

Good place to stay if you have business in the Langford area however Costco is right next door so you hear the delivery trucks back up early in the morning..Parking can also be a bit of a problem in late evening. Pleasant surprise was free breakfast coupon.

Nice place, clean and tidy. Easy, would stay again. It’s in a little industrial bit, far enough out but parking easy. So would need car, but nothing wow, but a nice easy place to get some rest. Balcony was a nice size,nothing to look at, but good.

We had an amazing stay. Rooms were very clean , friendly staff, great pricing. We were there for a family function and booked some tables for the evening in the bar and restaurant. Service was very slow , the food was ok. Forced gratuity was frustrating given the fact the service could have been better ! They lacked efficiency. This coming from someone who worked for 26 years in the industry. Definitely could have done better !

I was not thrilled with my time at this hotel. I thought it was way overpriced and far too loud for me. In retrospect I should have requested a room far enough away from the ice machine to make my stay quieter. The ice machine was used non-stop at all hours of the night and early mornings. The elevators were not operating properly. The hotel was pet friendly so I would recommend this property for any pet owners. The restaurant was disappointing and the menu was limited.

The pub/restaurant food was terrible. Cutlery and glassware dirty, super OLD beer on tap. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was so awful I took one bite. No conditioner or soap in the shower just empty bottles hanging on the wall. The bed was horrifically HARD!! This was by far the WORST Sheraton I’ve ever stayed at, and will never return. Especially at $250 a night.

Checked in at approx 10.00 pm, very quick and easy. Beds very, very comfortable. Breakfast was a let down , wife sent hers back, overcooked chicken, toast with no butter or Jam, potatoes deep fried and after a few minutes were very dry, bacon deep fried and more fat than meat. would never eat breakfast again at this Hotel. 1 tea bag in pot for 2 cups of tea.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There was ample parking in the parking lot. No complimentary breakfast buffet, and no room service, but there was an on-site restaurant. I have only one complaint about the place--and this is relatively minor, but I was on vacation and wanted to be lazy. The room advertises the convenience of calling in a food order to the restaurant to pick up later. The problem is, the restaurant is not staffed enough that anyone ever answers the phone (went to voice mail every time I tried calling). So I had to physically go down to the restaurant to place an order, and wait there until it was ready, to take back to my room. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would recommend this hotel.
