What a lovely hotel. The speciality restaurants are great, so be sure to use those as the standard restaurant gets boring. Plenty of sunbeds, although pools are a bit small for the size of the hotel. The cafe Maroc is fantastic for coffee lovers. The gym is good with plenty of equipment. The surrounding area ia worth visiting, with the aquarium at a 10 min walk and loads of activities on the beach front.

The staff at the front desk were welcoming when we arrived. The rooms were what you would expect and clean and tidy. Our toilet was a bit weird as it was in a small space with the wall just over an arms length in front of us. The adult only pool (with an infinity edge) was wonderful, if slightly shallow. At the top of the building no music, a lovely place to relax and recharge. The main pool with the animation team had deeper parts (and shallower) but was noisy and busy. The food I would say disappointed. They made omelette, but not to order - for instance. It felt very samey , and the local snack/food/pastry were underwhelming. The book able dining options felt very similar (sushi was different, but still a buffet). The location is great , near the beach, the bus terminal - great transport links - and local shops (we even went to a famous fast food chain to get some ice cream. Would I go again? Not sure it was lovely and I felt rested when I returned to work. Thing is I’ve been to much better all inclusive hotels, consequently I think I’d rather not have the all inclusive option and go out to eat in this location.

Great variety of restaurants (must pre-book). Adults only pool and bar on the rooftop is a great touch. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. The most convenient and cost effective way to get around Malta is through 'Bolt' - use the app and book the taxis whenever you need. They are instant and cheap! The only small issue was slight frustration with the hotel lifts - they operate on a unique system that causes long wait times. Otherwise, an amazing hotel in a great location! We will definitely be returning.

Staff friendly and generally helpful. Rooms very hot, air-con not switched on as winter season despite 24 deg temperatures. Made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Food good and always well cooked. Good variety if a little repetitive. Salia restaurant very good. Pool area clean and well looked after, plenty of sun beds. Area around hotel a little run down and lots of road/ building work, but no noise heard within the hotel. Bus station a few mins walk so easy to get around the island. Cocktails in kosy bar seemed watered down and tasteless, but were much better in cafe maroc. Lifts to dining room out of order for 3 of the 5 days we were there, didnt affect us as we used the stairs , but less mobile had a circuitous route!

Spacious clean rooms. Sea view room was lovely. Had view of the pools and ocean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Choice of restaurants, although main buffett was definitely the best. Very disappointed with the Mexican - couldnt eat the food - sorry to say it was awful. Chinese was nice, Indian ok. Main buffett had a huge selection and for such a large area to cater for was really nice. Adults infinity pool was great

Net terug van dit all-in hotel. Het hotel heeft zijn positieve en negatieve kanten. Laten we beginnen met het positieve: 1/ Mooie en ruime kamers met lichte kleuren en genoeg kasten. Wij hadden een familiekamer: kamer voor de zoon met een "degelijk" bed, TV, en een eigen badkamer met WC en douche + een afzonderlijke slaapkamer met TV en ruime badkamer met ligbad/douche. Gratis safe en alles zeer netjes. 2/ Voor mensen met jeugd (zeer belangrijk!) → zeer degelijke en snelle WIFI ! 3/ Vriendelijk personeel ! 4/ Een zeer mooie en professionele gymzaal met uitstekende apparaten en prima airco! En dan een aantal puntjes voor verbetering: 1/ Hoofdrestaurant levert een middelmatige keuken: soms OK, soms banaal. Meer variatie kan zeker worden overwogen, zowel voor het warme als het koude buffet. Ook de pancakes zijn echt niet OK: veel te dik en papperig... Ook het lawaai in het hoofdrestaurant is soms echt storend. Men heeft gelukkig hieraan gewerkt door dempende panelen op de muren en aan het plafond aan te brengen maar die brengen zeker nog niet het gewenste resultaat → Gelukkig zijn er een aantal extra restaurants die je zelf moet boeken en die wel een beter kwaliteit brengen en die niet zo luidruchtig zijn. 2/ Er zijn genoeg ligstoelen maar dat is tegelijkertijd ook een nadeel: de ligstoelen staan héél dicht op elkaar, véél te dicht om nog aangenaam te zijn. Je krijgt echt een sardienenblik gevoel... conclusie: leuk voor een weekje "niets doen" als je van veel drukte houdt...

Fantastisk hotel med utrolig venligt og serviceminded personale. Mulighed for booking på flere forskellige restauranter der er inklusiv i All inklusive. Pool på taget, der kun er for voksne (16+). Rigtig godt træningscenter. Underholdning er set bedre.

Restaurant totally overcrowded during meals, food of medium quality but sufficient quantities, Pool overcrowded shortly after breakfast, Rooftop pool area nice and only for adults but water dirty with trash floating in water. Noch viel Luft nach oben, aber es war relativ preisgünstig. Geschirr oft nicht richtig sauber, Speisesaal irre laut mit Flair einer Bahnhofshalle. Automaten funktionierten nicht richtig, jeden Tag war was anderes nicht verfügbar. Auf Nachfrage kam das Standart "OK" und nichts passiert. Zimmer waren nichts besonderes, aber OK. Leider sehr hellhörig.

La struttura è molto grande, ben fornita di piscine, e ristoranti. Nel complesso una buona struttura, e un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale molto gentile, disponibile, e accogliente e professionale, (una pecca non mi è capitato di trovare nessuno che parlasse italiano); soprattutto la signora delle pulizie della nostra stanza, molto brava e disponibile. Le note dolenti: la pulizia delle zone comuni non è eccellente, mi è capitato di trovare scarafaggi enormi morti sul pavimento del ristorante, e dentro la piscina dei bambini e nessuno del personale li ha notati tanto che dopo un po’ sono stata io a chiamarli per toglierli. I bicchieri non sempre erano lavati come si deve, dovevo sempre selezionarli, scartandone un bel po’. L’animazione pressoché inesistente, baby club in cui ho accompagnato mia figlia e sono rimasta con lei, perche piccola, con un’aria condizionata a 18 gradi contro i 37 fuori e i bambini che battevano i denti letteralmente chiedendo di chiamare la mamma per il freddo, bimbi lasciati a loro stessi che se anche uscivano e rientravano soli gli animatori (che se pur molto simpatici e carini) non se ne accorgevano… Per quanto riguarda la posizione è comoda per prendere gli autobus e spostarsi perché il mare vicino all’hotel non è per nulla bello, quindi o si ha la macchina o si va con autobus altrove.

Everything perfect. Stayed a few times before and still perfect. Staff the friendlies ive had in all the years ive been going to Malta. Maybe the staff on the outside bar could smile a bit 😄but it didnt bother us .First class from the reception staff especially Hicham, that sorted out a little problem straight away. Lovely man. Hotel was absolutely spotless, and considering how full the hotel was hats off to each and every one .Room was cleaned every day with again lovely staff .Hopefully it wont be our last stay at the brilliant hotel ,even though we are both in our seventies now .

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit ein paar Abstrichen. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße hin und dort war es Nachts ziemlich laut, mit geschlossener Tür war es aber in Ordnung.Die Einrichtung des Zimmers könnte durchaus ein Update vertragen, die Möbel waren schon gut abgewohnt, aber es war sauber. Auch die Teppiche auf dem Flur könnten langsam getauscht werden, es scheint alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Für empfindliche Naturen ist das Hotel ungeeignet, da einem hin und wieder Kakerlaken begegnen können, das war im Zimmer der Fall, aber auch am Buffet. Das Buffet war gut, eine große Auswahl frisch zubereiteter Speisen. Das Problem waren eher die Miturlauber, die sich hygienisch teilweise völlig daneben benommen und mit den Händen das Essen gegriffen haben, auch bei warmen Speisen wie Pommes oder Kartoffeln. Es ist ein großes Hotel das viel zu bieten hat, wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier nicht am richtigen Ort. Insgesamt hat es uns gefallen und wir können das db San Antonio empfehlen.

Das Problem waren eher die Miturlauber, die sich hygienisch teilweise völlig daneben benommen und mit den Händen das Essen gegriffen haben, auch bei warmen Speisen wie Pommes oder Kartoffeln. Es ist ein großes Hotel das viel zu bieten hat, wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier nicht am richtigen Ort. Insgesamt hat es uns gefallen und wir können das db San Antonio empfehlen.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The premises were spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day. The hotel's location made access and parking a breeze, which was a huge plus. Additionally, the à la carte restaurant was fantastic, offering a delicious variety of dishes that exceeded my expectations. Das Hotel ist zwar riesig ist eigentlich so unser Ding. Aber das Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber. Das Essen sehr vielfältig und reichlich. Sehr gut hat uns auch die verschiedenen Themen Restaurants im Hotel gefallen. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Kleiner Nachteil, das Hotel hat keinen Sandstrand in nächster nähe. Nur eine Steinküste.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the pool area from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the wardrobe space was practical. There is an ironing room which you need a card from reception to access. The Kozy bar has a great selection of cocktails and drinks.With great entertainment at 2100 everynight including acrobats, dancers, a karaoke night and much more. Very family friendly. They have kids entertainment from 2000 before the main show. The food was great at breakfast. The lunch and dinner options were average. There are plenty of restaurants by the sealine - just a 6minute walk away. They have a wonderful steam room and sauna. Plus indoor pool and plenty of outdoor pools and sunbeds. The Pearl spa is execellent but the treatment there comes at an extra charge. Definetly worth it. 10/10 recommend the Pearl Spa. There are amenities closeby including ATMs, Wellbees grocery store, a pharmacy and plenty more. The bus station is a 4minute walk from the hotel. Travel pass is only 6euros or you can get a single ticket for 2.50 euros. Great travel links to Valetta,Silema, The Malta International Airport and other cities. This hotel stay was great.

The staff at the front desk were welcoming when we arrived. The rooms were what you would expect and clean and tidy. Our toilet was a bit weird as it was in a small space with the wall just over an arms length in front of us. The adult only pool (with an infinity edge) was wonderful, if slightly shallow. At the top of the building no music, a lovely place to relax and recharge. The main pool with the animation team had deeper parts (and shallower) but was noisy and busy. The food I would say disappointed. They made omelette, but not to order - for instance. It felt very samey , and the local snack/food/pastry were underwhelming. The book able dining options felt very similar (sushi was different, but still a buffet). The location is great , near the beach, the bus terminal - great transport links - and local shops (we even went to a famous fast food chain to get some ice cream. Would I go again? Not sure it was lovely and I felt rested when I returned to work. Thing is I’ve been to much better all inclusive hotels, consequently I think I’d rather not have the all inclusive option and go out to eat in this location.

Good variety if a little repetitive. Salia restaurant very good. Pool area clean and well looked after, plenty of sun beds. Air conditioning, or particularly the lack of it, in the room and no improvement or feedback after our request for maintenance would be the primary gripe. Tried to read in bed and the "eco" turned the light out because there was no movement. All electric cuts off, including the limp ceiling fan, which gave us an uncomfortable airless room to sleep in. We liked the full sized fridge in the room, though it didnt fit well in the cupboard that it was kept in. We liked that we could refill our water bottles from a fountain by the lift as the room water is not drinkable. The view was initially disappointing but after getting used to it the cranes, cars and buses added another level of entertainment to the few passing boats. The spa was very well priced for a hotel but the experience was "average" at best and rushed at the end. We were expected to relax in a through corridor and despite our couples massage room having showers we would not have had time to use them before they were knocking the door for us to leave. They ask lots of medical stuff and then dont read the form. My wife didnt get attention to the areas of her back she wanted and the male masseur totally ignored my warning that my toenail had ingrown. The Restaurant offered a very good selection of food, though ice creams outside of the restaurant were charged. The Swimming Pools were ok, not very deep The outdoor jacuzzi (16 only) had most jets working. For smokers, note that the pool area is No smoking.

Was a nice stay, But considering it was a suite the facilities in roim werent great. No water which we had to keep going to the floor corridor ti fill bottles. AC didnt work properly, No extra pillows. Food was average too Staff were nice and location good.

There were some setback we experienced during our check-in and at the spa. I’m glad though for the management's prompt attention to the matter, particularly in arranging and moving us in a better room. It may not be the best in our opinion but we were fine with it. We appreciate their courtesy in resolving the issue. As for the VIP benefit, we actually wouldn’t get the upgrade and the wine if we didn’t asked and had the problem about the room they gave us. We didn’t get any access either nor was informed about their VIP lounge. But it’s okay, not a big deal. Overall, we enjoyed the location, service, and the warm hospitality of most of the staff. Ms . Lucie at the front desk in particular, is to be commended for her friendliness and work ethic. We appreciate Ms. Hail as well for her professionalism and for reaching out before we left the hotel. While the hotel building may benefit from renovations, its price and amenities offer excellent value, making it a recommendable choice. We're looking forward to our next visit to Malta. It was a good and memorable vacation.

We have just returned home after another stay at DB San Antonio, Malta. We wanted to thank all the staff for making it a fabulous stay again (this was our 8th visit). Everything was perfect including the cleanliness of the room; the huge selection of fresh food was amazing; the entertainment in the Kosy bar; the reception team; all staff are so helpful. We would like to specifically thank Shaira on Reception. We were greeted with a big smile from her when we checked in. We were amazed that she remembered us from previous visits. She is always happy and smiling. Any enquiries we had she dealt with promptly and nothing is too much trouble for her. All the staff are a great asset but Shaira stood out. She's a Star. We look forward to returning again soon.

This is a fabulous property that caters for everyone from adults to children. The adult only pool and roof top bar are a godsend and great. Staff were amazing and helpful. The food and dining restaurants were second to none. If I had to be critical the pool bar toilets need more regular cleaning and could do with a spruce up. Also toilet roll in the women’s toilets seemed to run out regularly. But amazing place and will defo be coming again.

Everything perfect. Stayed a few times before and still perfect. Staff the friendlies ive had in all the years ive been going to Malta. Maybe the staff on the outside bar could smile a bit 😄but it didnt bother us .First class from the reception staff especially Hicham, that sorted out a little problem straight away. Lovely man. Hotel was absolutely spotless, and considering how full the hotel was hats off to each and every one .Room was cleaned every day with again lovely staff .Hopefully it wont be our last stay at the brilliant hotel ,even though we are both in our seventies now .

Gold membership not recognised at all. In fact I asked about late checkout they said ask morning if last day. I checked the afternoon before and was told they don’t know availability until the morning and it would be 10 Eur per hour. I queried the gold membership and they checked with their manager and suddenly their was no availability! So went from not knowing until tomorrow, to no availability! I also asked on 2 separate occasions about hair conditioner, the reception desk said they would provide some in the room and I never got it. Place needs a bit of updating. Animation team and restaurant staff were excellent.

FUYEZ ! Nous avons passés 5 jours en « all inclusive » qui est en fait a mi temps. Commençons, aucune navette n'est venue nous chercher alors que nous lavions demander, surtout pour une arrivée tardive. Une fois arrivés a l'hôtel, nous avons eu le droit au pic nic du retardataire qui netait autre que les restes du petit déjeuner ( deux tranches de pain et du semblant de fromage). En parlant de nourriture, le Guéliz est une horreur. Pire qu'une cantine scolaire, envie de vomir une fois sur deux. Nous navons pas eu la « chance » de connaitre les 7 restaurants initialement proposés car il n'y en a que 4 et pas de chance, il faut reserver !!! tout était complet pour notre semaine sauf un a 19h.. En ce qui concerne les boissons, que se soit alcool ou soda tout est coupé a l'eau et immonde. Semblant d'Ehpad dans les couloirs et au bord de la piscine. Nous avons eu un problème de vol avec des gens de l'hôtel mais les français sont innexistants aux yeux du personnel de l'hôtel, on a du se demerder ( nous avons 18 ans) . FUYEZ ! Nous avons passés 5 jours en « all inclusive » qui est en fait a mi temps. Commençons, aucune navette n'est venue nous chercher alors que nous lavions demander, surtout pour une arrivée tardive. Une fois arrivés a l'hôtel, nous avons eu le droit au pic nic du retardataire qui netait autre que les restes du petit déjeuner ( deux tranches de pain et du semblant de fromage). En parlant de nourriture, le Guéliz est une horreur. Pire qu'une cantine scolaire, envie de vomir une fois sur deux. Nous navons pas eu la « chance » de connaitre les 7 restaurants initialement proposés car il n'y en a que 4 et pas de chance, il faut reserver !!! tout était complet pour notre semaine sauf un a 19h.. En ce qui concerne les boissons, que se soit alcool ou soda tout est coupé a l'eau et immonde. Semblant d'Ehpad dans les couloirs et au bord de la piscine. Nous avons eu un problème de vol avec des gens de l'hôtel mais les français sont innexistants aux yeux du personnel de l'hôtel, on a du se demerder ( nous avons 18 ans) . The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the pool area from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the wardrobe space was practical. There is an ironing room which you need a card from reception to access. The Kozy bar has a great selection of cocktails and drinks.With great entertainment at 2100 everynight including acrobats, dancers, a karaoke night and much more. Very family friendly. They have kids entertainment from 2000 before the main show. The food was great at breakfast. The lunch and dinner options were average. There are plenty of restaurants by the sealine - just a 6minute walk away. They have a wonderful steam room and sauna. Plus indoor pool and plenty of outdoor pools and sunbeds. The Pearl spa is execellent but the treatment there comes at an extra charge. Definetly worth it. 10/10 recommend the Pearl Spa. There are amenities closeby including ATMs, Wellbees grocery store, a pharmacy and plenty more. The bus station is a 4minute walk from the hotel. Travel pass is only 6euros or you can get a single ticket for 2.50 euros. Great travel links to Valetta,Silema, The Malta International Airport and other cities. This hotel stay was great.

Staff friendly and generally helpful. Rooms very hot, air-con not switched on as winter season despite 24 deg temperatures. Made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Food good and always well cooked. Good variety if a little repetitive. Salia restaurant very good. Pool area clean and well looked after, plenty of sun beds. Area around hotel a little run down and lots of road/ building work, but no noise heard within the hotel. Bus station a few mins walk so easy to get around the island. Cocktails in kosy bar seemed watered down and tasteless, but were much better in cafe maroc. Lifts to dining room out of order for 3 of the 5 days we were there, didnt affect us as we used the stairs , but less mobile had a circuitous route!

Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße hin und dort war es Nachts ziemlich laut, mit geschlossener Tür war es aber in Ordnung.Die Einrichtung des Zimmers könnte durchaus ein Update vertragen, die Möbel waren schon gut abgewohnt, aber es war sauber. Auch die Teppiche auf dem Flur könnten langsam getauscht werden, es scheint alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Für empfindliche Naturen ist das Hotel ungeeignet, da einem hin und wieder Kakerlaken begegnen können, das war im Zimmer der Fall, aber auch am Buffet. Das Buffet war gut, eine große Auswahl frisch zubereiteter Speisen. Das Problem waren eher die Miturlauber, die sich hygienisch teilweise völlig daneben benommen und mit den Händen das Essen gegriffen haben, auch bei warmen Speisen wie Pommes oder Kartoffeln. Es ist ein großes Hotel das viel zu bieten hat, wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier nicht am richtigen Ort. Insgesamt hat es uns gefallen und wir können das db San Antonio empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist zwar riesig ist eigentlich so unser Ding. Aber das Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber. Das Essen sehr vielfältig und reichlich. Sehr gut hat uns auch die verschiedenen Themen Restaurants im Hotel gefallen. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Kleiner Nachteil, das Hotel hat keinen Sandstrand in nächster nähe. Nur eine Steinküste.

We have just returned home after another stay at DB San Antonio, Malta. We wanted to thank all the staff for making it a fabulous stay again (this was our 8th visit). Everything was perfect including the cleanliness of the room; the huge selection of fresh food was amazing; the entertainment in the Kosy bar; the reception team; all staff are so helpful. We would like to specifically thank Shaira on Reception. We were greeted with a big smile from her when we checked in. We were amazed that she remembered us from previous visits. She is always happy and smiling. Any enquiries we had she dealt with promptly and nothing is too much trouble for her. All the staff are a great asset but Shaira stood out. She's a Star. We look forward to returning again soon.

Noch viel Luft nach oben, aber es war relativ preisgünstig. Geschirr oft nicht richtig sauber, Speisesaal irre laut mit Flair einer Bahnhofshalle. Automaten funktionierten nicht richtig, jeden Tag war was anderes nicht verfügbar. Auf Nachfrage kam das Standart "OK" und nichts passiert. Zimmer waren nichts besonderes, aber OK. Leider sehr hellhörig.

Generally impressed with the hotel Good Points Food was very good, considering how many people they have to cater for at each meal. With a few exceptions the food was always hot. The themed restaurants, Salia (European), the Yushan (Chinese / Asian) and the Tangine (Moroccan / Indian) were all very good. These need to be booked in advance. Easy to do but do early as the best times get taken quickly. The Taza sky bar served a BBQ (needs booking). I would not bother. The Taza's food is cooked in the main restaurant and delivered to the roof. Kept warm with small heaters, our food was cold. The other themed restaurants are good, but avoid the Taza BBQ. The rooftop bar (Taza sky bar floor 10) is good for an after dinner drink. The views are fantastic and it has a relaxed ambience, good for meeting new people and having a chat. Hotel is very handy for the bus station, which serves most of the places you might want to visit Even though there was a lot of towels "reserving" sunbeds, in June we never had a problem getting a couple of sunbeds together. Bad Points Travelled as a couple but we both thought that there was not much entertainment for kids. Sometimes getting a table in the main restaurant was a problem, there simply weren't enough staff cleaning and setting tables. Also as other guests have mentioned the tables are very close together, can resemble a works canteen, but better this than having nowhere to sit down. The lifts. Very disappointed with the Mexican - couldnt eat the food - sorry to say it was awful. Chinese was nice, Indian ok. Main buffett had a huge selection and for such a large area to cater for was really nice. Adults infinity pool was great

We really enjoyed our week here. The food was excellent, especially in their themed restaurants including Asian, Indian and bbq. The pools were always clean and tidy and the staff were very professional- we enjoyed the evening entertainment too which was very well put together with musical theatre level shows. Haven’t really hit a bad word to say - overall excellent!

Initial room had an issue which we had to be very firm over the fact that it was unacceptable in order for it to be rectified. Restaurants were a let down as the website lists a whole host of restaurants which were never open. Bars were good but definitely watered down! Charge for let checkout was €10/hr but they tried to charge €15 when we went to pay and could only tell us the morning of, if it was available - disappointing!

Room was excellent, large with day space as well as bedroom. Huge balcony overlooking street. Room staff excellent and attentive, lovely. Pool area great for children, who thoroughly enjoyed. Good choice of drinks at bar and staff went and got us non alcoholic beer when we requested. Excursion staff informative and we highly rate our trip to Gozo. Reception staff very helpful, apart from when we checked in - this was rushed and lacking information. We got most information from family members who arrived before us. Hotel well located for beach. Lovely hotel to stay at! Lots of things to do, and in a really good location too. The room was lovely and spacious, and the cleaning staff did an amazing job (thank you Hassan!). We really enjoyed the pool and the amenities, and if we ever had a question or a concern the reception were easily accessible and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

A comfortable 3 star experiance. 4 star experience - no. Check-in was underwhelming. We arrived early and nobody offered help with luggage or directed us to storage. We were also given two different hotel info sheets with conflicting bar/café times. Guest services said they’d clarify and get back to us — 5 days later, we’re still waiting. Most useful information actually came from other guests. Very little was explained about what was included in “all inclusive”, and not everything is. Guests must wear a wristband throughout the stay to identify prepaid drinks, which felt a bit impersonal. The room was basic but functional. Housekeeping was inconsistent — some days teas/coffees and glasses were replaced, other days not. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. Corridor carpets on the 5th floor also looked very worn and dirty. Breakfast was average, but buffet lunch and dinner were disappointing and felt mass-produced. Also worth noting that all-inclusive drinks are mainly non-branded. For example, Captain Morgan and Pepsi was chargeable, while only house rum was included. The Asian and Moroccan restaurants were very good, although extra cost. A standout member of staff was Chrissy in the hotel shop, who was more helpful and informative than anyone at reception.
