Hotel represented good value for money and was in a location that made trips out in a taxi to see the sights low cost. Hotel was clean and the buffet in the self serve was of a good standard. Roof top pool and space were good to hang out during the day. The hotel feels like it has been added onto over the years and certain parts, while clean, need modernising. Air con in the room made our clothes damp and the courtyard outlook wasnt great. For the price paid it met with what I was expecting.

Food in main restaurant was excellent, staff were mostly knowledgable and helpful, gym is fabulous, lots of sun beds by each pool, spa was lovely too

BEL HOTEL, CHAMBRE VUE MER SPLENDIDE, calme, belles prestations, Rooftop avec piscine vraiment top, piscine interieure trop petite , sauna hamam tres petit également, salle de restaurant bruyante difficile de trouver une table, la nourriture est bonne . Spectacle du soir sympa bonne équipe d'animation.

Really liked property , did feel should of been handed a map as was huge place and not allot of staff understood , half the lifts didn’t work so spent about 15-20 mins each time I needed to move floors with a pushchair which was a massive pain , food was fine bar staff friendly cleaner was cool room made up lovely pools were clean but salt water not to our taste

Great resort all inclusive was the best choice for us . Pools were great . The staff we talked to and asked for assistance were very helpful. Easy check in with great reception staff. The resort facilities and restaurants including the buffet were very good The bar staff were all good . We were pleased to have been at this resort

Terrible cleaning. In our suite, the terasse floor was not washed for 10 days. There was not towels in the room- the forgot several times. Your bedlinnen was not changed, the just turned the dirty side around

Das Familienzimmer ist ein Schimmelhimmel! Schwarzer Schimmel im Bad und überall im Zimmer. Ich hab echt geheult als wir das Hotel gewechselt haben, weil ich einfach nicht fassen konnte wie man uns mit kleinen Kindern in so ein Zimmer einquartieren kann. Die Zimmer auf den oberen Stockwerken sind neuer und noch Schimmelfrei. Alle Anlagen wie Pool waren viel zu klein für so ein riesiges Hotel. Parallel war das Programm nie aktuell, weil irgendeine Sekte ihre Retreat Woche dort hatte.

Das erste erhaltene Zimmer war mit einem stechenden Geruch verbunden. Dies lag an der schlecht bis gar nicht arbeitenden Klimaanlage, sowie dem Schimmel im ganzen Bad, um die Klimaanlage herum, sowie an der Wand-Decken Enden des Raumes. Das Zimmer wurde noch am selben Tag getauscht. Zimmer 2,selbes Problem, nur nicht so Geruchsintensiv. Das Bad war etwas besser geputzt, dennoch war ebenso am einen Stellen Schimmel erkennbar. Schlafen war nur mit geöffneter Ballkon "UND" geöffneter Zimmertür zum Hotelflur möglich. Reklamation Nr 3, brachte dann am 3ten Tag, das 3te Zimmer und siehe da 💁, kein Schimmel, kein Geruch, saubere Luft, tadellos funktionierende Klimaanlage✔️ Das Personal war sehr bemüht, explizit der Hotel Manager persönlich. Essen: Buffetrestaurant 🔝ebenso die 3 a la Carte Restaurants 🔝🔝. Wellness🔝. Fitness Gym 🔝. Die Poolarea gehört renoviert. Strandzugang gut. Roftop 🔝.

Sehr viel Schimmel in mehreren Zimmern, roomservice eine Katastrophe, nicht selten das mal Kakerlaken vorbei schauen und das Essen sehr sehr schlecht verdaulich. Aufzüge dreckig und schrecklich organisiert. Danke aber NIE WIEDER !

Service in hotel was not good waited over 1hr for towels to shower in room as made forget to leave that was calling to reception 3 times had to have my safe changed as key wouldn’t work again waiting for over a hr room smelt damp every time I came back to room mould in reception and wet and damp patches all over the hotel ceilings

The whole Hotel is quite run down and in desperate need for refurbishment. The Pool towels have seen better days, the place is moldy and has a funny smell. The Staff was very friendly though

Had seaview room, which was lovely, but couldn’t have door open or sit on balcony for long as the road is very noisy. Hotel is very big. Food was good, but restaurant very overcrowded

So you can’t have the balcony door open or relax on your balcony. Rooms are basic for 4 star. Crap cheap tv and the rooms very small. Unable to relax in the area you eat for all inclusive without staff hovering over you waiting to take your plates away. Food was repetitive and gave us stomach issues. We ate our most evenings. Also dirty glasses given down in the pool area bar. The entertainment is awful in evenings. Just bingo and a guy playing a few songs from a laptop most nights. Lifts not working. So it was always over crowded. Most of the time we used stairs. Personally loved Malta but I wouldn’t stay again or recommend this hotel to friends and family. Left unrested and dissatisfied.

Breakfast way too crowded, Bed extremely uncomfortable, no parasol at pool or with rooms with extended balconies. Ac worked really well and room very spacious

Overall comfortable. However the facilities in the shower did not seem correct. The shower head looked like it was broken and I could not adjust the aim of the water, it was just like a hose on the wall. The air con wasn’t working, only blowing hot air even after trying to reset to cold and turn the temperature down. WiFi was not good, the connection only worked at reception or on the balcony and the speed wasn’t good. The fact there was not water fountain on each floor to avoid having to go to a different level to get water was unnecessary. But considering the little time spent using the facilities it was comfortable for a short stay.

1. Both beds were worned out and you could feel the actual springs. 2. Foul smell coming from the ventilation system throughout the entire 9th floor. 3. Drinks were intentionally watered down. 4. Angry customers yelling profanities in the lobby

Great hotel. Excellent location, brilliant staff, wonderful food and fantastic entertainment. The rooms were big and spacious, spotlessly clean and with a amazing view.

Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant war leider unfreundlich .Das Frühstück nur sehr zweckmäßig und lieblos.

I have stayed here on many previous occasions & this hotel is very good. I however on this visit was not overly impressed with the service due to the performance of organising a later check out & also being locked out of my room due to this.

Customer service & staff are not doing a great service.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. My son has multiple allergies and they made special meals for him and were very attentive, especially a manager Sarita who would always check in on him. This made all the difference and it was a perfect place for a family holiday, my son thoroughly enjoyed himself, as did we!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Zentral gelegen. Direkt am Meer. Super Essen. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Was schade ist, dass nach dem Check Out (ist immer um 11:00Uhr) sofort das all inklusive Band abgeschnitten wird und der Service erlischt. Dies kenne ich von keinem anderen Hotel egal im welchen Land. Zimmer räumen ist voll okay, aber bis zum Transfer sollte, dass all inklusive Paket schon nuzbar sein. Aus diesem Grund nur 4 statt 5 Sterne.Tipp für Ausflüge: Bucht die Hope on Hope off Tour nicht im Hotel (sehr unfreundliche Dame, nachdem man gebucht hat und die Konkurrenz Firma gegenüber vom Hotel ist vom Service viel besser)

My stay at Qawra Palace Resort & Spa was nothing short of awful. Some staff were pleasant enough, but many acted like they couldn’t care less. The lifts took forever because the hotel is so overcrowded, and when they finally came you’d hear the bell echo through the halls – my room was near the lifts and I could hear every single person passing by. The rooms are absolutely not soundproof. The rooftop bar served me one of the worst mojitos I’ve ever tasted – completely undrinkable – and I didn’t bother buying another drink for the rest of my stay. Breakfast on the first morning was so bad that I decided to pay extra and eat out elsewhere. Despite booking a double, I was given a twin room, and the beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. The rooms themselves are shabby and tatty, with a door that would only lock if you slammed it. Housekeeping ignored “do not disturb” signs, walked into my friend’s room while they were in the shower, and woke me up at 7:30am just to knock again minutes later about an ironing board I didn’t even have. One night, a party took over the venue and the chaos continued back in the rooms until 4am, with music and shouting carrying through the walls. For what’s meant to be a “spa hotel,” the toiletries were pathetic – just a cheap shower gel and soap. To top it all off, the Wi-Fi was useless and barely worked. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning.

Wonderful seaview from my room as I requested. Great sized room and bathroom too. All very comfortable, fabulous shower. Convenient location for buses and restaurants.

Nicely located to the beach front but large open pool outside and also rooftop pool, dinning is very good with number of options. More bars and restaraunts just across the road, as is also bus stop

Rooms are clean and have a good bed. The rooftop swimming pool is 17 years and up. Which for us was a plus. Breakfast and dining options are great. A lot to choose of. On walking distance several things to see and do.

Stayed here for four nights prior to a cruise from Valletta, great location to explore Malta, most places are €12 in an Uber. Restaurant was great with food always hot and with a good selection. Would definitely recommend.

Went for a 5 day break, great location loved the roof top views easy access to transport and a nice buffet variety, definitely book the sea view room as it adds to the experience, really pleasant staff.

The area is a great location and everthing very accessible. There is a mosque about 15min walk and halal food bout 10min walk. Views are great from the hotel

It was hreat like last uear when we went but Cocktails very disappointed not the best ..

Very good lunch and diner

Great variety of food, great upstairs pool area, good that you can visit a la carte restaurants for free during all inclusive stay. South American restaurant was particularly good. Easy transport links if relying on buses/taxi (reccomend bolt). Bed however wasn’t the most comfortable, rooms had nice air con/facilities. Was welcomed with some fizz and plate of snacks for our anniversary which was nice. Plenty of sun loungers available each time we went to the pool often later on too and nice frontage to the rock beach. Standard all inclusive drinks, unfortunately on a mixer dispenser platform for cocktails but they were drinkable, good beer, wines also nice. Would stay here again if we went back to malta.

Staff were very courteous throughout. Food was okay but for an all inclusive package if you checked out before 11 you had to pay for coffee!! Despite having an all inclusive package. Was a first for us. Also food quality in general was lacking for a 4 star. Fruits were all canned or preserved (if not the quality was terrible). Options limited. Staff were great though, very accommodating. Still its a 3.5 star hotel rather than a 4 star.

El personal siempre muy atento , muy profesional y servicial para hacer tu experiencia , de lo mejor posible . Habitación muy amplia con muy buenas vistas . Lo único que pondría como aspecto negativo es el bufet de por las mañanas, siempre fue el mismo durante toda mi estancia

Das Hotel entspricht leider in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die auf der Buchungsseite bei Expedia vermittelt werden. Die Anlage ist größtenteils unsauber, das Personal wirkt unfreundlich und spricht mit Gästen in einem unangemessen rauen Ton. Besonders enttäuschend war das All-Inclusive-Angebot: Viele Getränke sind stark mit Wasser verdünnt, was den Genuss erheblich mindert. Auch die Zimmer weichen deutlich von den dargestellten Bildern auf den Buchungsplattformen ab. Sie wirken abgewohnt, sind nur oberflächlich gereinigt und in einigen Fällen roch es stark muffig, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich unangenehm machte. Ein weiteres Problem war der Umgang mit Kindern im „Adults only“-Bereich: Statt freundlich auf die Altersregelung hinzuweisen, wurde in unserem Fall direkt die Security gerufen – eine vollkommen unverhältnismäßige Reaktion. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist insgesamt nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Essen war eintönig, häufig geschmacklos und bot kaum Abwechslung. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen: Das Hotel zeigt zwar gute Ansätze, kann diese aber nicht in die Praxis umsetzen. Es ist nicht sauber, für Familien eher ungeeignet und nur für Gäste zu empfehlen, die wenig Wert auf Qualität, dafür aber viel Trubel legen.

This wasn't look like a 4 star hotel. There was no simple water bottle avilable in the room which should be as basic necessity and good Hospitality in hot weather 32C temperature.Everyday Breakfast menu was same and very limited food varieties in the lunch and dinner.Most of the time bar mens were serve only one drink for one person means you can't order two drinks in one time.

I really liked the main reception and the general communal areas were all well laid out. Food and drink were pretty good as well and there was a lot of choice. Staff were all friendly. The only negatives were that the toast section for breakfast was way to small and cramped in as were the coffee stations. They should be split up more and it should be made clear that there is more than one machine per location
