Spacious Modern House with Private Pool & Garden – Perfect for 12 Guests

Fantastic house, we used for for many tastings in the champagne region. About 30 min drive to Reims and Epernay. We loved it. One thing we didn’t quite realize is that while each bedroom has an en suite shower and sink, there are two toilets. Not a complaint, just worth noting.

From the moment we booked our holiday, the communication with Mariusz was outstanding. On arrival we were impressed with the size, cleanliness and modern feel to the house. Each bedroom is of a generous size and well appointed. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, which is helpful. The garden was spectacular, meaning we could indulge in some games/sports. One of the reasons we booked was due to the house having a Pool. The covered enclosure meant the water was never freezing and the instructions to operate it were very clear via Youtube. The fact that the toilets were separate from the en-suite shower rooms was not an issue. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, filter and coffee machine, microwave and adequate pots, crockery and cutlery. The seating and kitchen area is vast and such a great space for a large gathering. The village of Cuchery is very quiet but now has the added bonus of a small shop for bread, groceries etc. The Intermarche is only 8km away down a very quiet road. We went to several Champagne tastings in the village, some with tours others with just a tasting, but we had to book these via email/phone. The bonus is that these are all within walking distance. Mariusz's house was an amazing place for us to celebrate my big birthday with all the family together. We would consider returning in the future.

Maison très grande et bien équipée et au goût du jour. Très convivial en famille, nous avons adoré. Cependant, pas d’air climatisé durant une canicule, nous avons trouvé ça assez inconfortable malgré les ventilateurs fournis.

Fijne dagen gehad in Cuchery. Mooie ligging in rustig dorp; maar Reims, Epernay Hautvillers etc snel te bereiken. Huis is mooi, modern en compleet. Prachtige tuin. Ook kleine supermarkt in Cuchery waar vers brood is te verkrijgen. Aanrader !

Heel fijn verblijf, mooie plek, schoon huis, heerlijke tuin met zwembad. Goed en snel contact met de eigenaar!
