Sink was slow draining, had to switch bed because one matteress was uneven, teens took.over.the pool.at night, there were childen in the pool for Adult swim. The good thing is the staff was friendly, breakface was excellent & Camerom at the bar was extra friendly and grest customer service.

Front desks were very nice and checking in and out are quick and not complicated. The hotel pool is very clean and so is the room. The location is great. Overall very good hotel and we will definitely come back.

I liked the staff and facilities, but was disappointed in the shuttle service. Expedia did not indicate that the shuttle was only available M-F, 0500-1300. My booking was for Friday evening, so, no service for me, costing me another $30.00.

I've stayed in many hotels in Minneapolis, and this is my favorite by far now. Clean, comfortable, beautiful. Great housekeeping staff, a perfectly appointed gym. Quiet and close to everything. The beds were so comfortable!

The one thing I did like was the Sheraton Club. It was nice to have a quiet place to chill besides my room or the lobby. However, the hallways wreaked with a smell I couldn’t even name. I had one washcloth. The sink had hair in it that wasn’t mine. I know because mine is cropped and this was long. I was going to take a bath but there was hair in there, too. The pool was not usable. It had to get inspected. The other option was to swim at the Hilton across the road??? No one is going to do that. I don’t believe I’d stay here next time.

I checked in and went to my room. It was spotlessly clean and even smelled great. Only thing was a surprise was that it is totally cashless. I wanted to get change to tip staff and there was no way to get it. However i will definitely go back, but next time i will be prepared with change.

This is an older building remodeled pretty recently. There were many noises in the room that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep - air conditioning was sometimes very noisy, refrigerator was noisy, loud noise through the window from airplanes, and something that sounded like plumbing. Also the sink didn't drain well.

recently stayed at the Sheraton hotel in Bloomington. The place and the room were nice, clean, and had a premium feel. However, there were a few issues during my stay. One of the elevators was out of service and stuck, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the WiFi was very laggy, and despite my complaints, nothing was done to improve it. On the positive side, the customer service was decent and attentive. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but the technical issues need to be addressed.

The hotel was good overall. My room was clean and had everything i need. Its just i could hear most other rooms opening and closing their doors and just normally talking as if I wasn’t really in an enclosed room. Also, my food was stolen in less than 2 minutes it was delivered to my door. I heard the delivery at my door. I also heard a lady just taking my delivery and immediately a door closing, its possibly someone close to my room. I think the hotel should investigate this and may be not let them to the hotel again, it will just become more nuisance to guests if stuff is being stolen. This happened saturday night around 10.40 pm if that helps looking at any hallway cameras.

Front desk staff was super friendly. Room was clean and conveniently close to lots of shopping. Honestly, the only downfall is the walla are paper thin and had trouble slepepung because i could hear the tv and people talking in the room next to me. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

The stay its self was nice. Not too far from the train station. Close to other attractions. There is a restaurant in the building that has 3.2 Stars. So we didn’t even try it. And I’d say the breakfast, which we paid $8 each for, was very telling about the quality of food. Worst powdered eggs I’ve ever had. However, the evening clerk was amazing, fast, efficient, relatable, flexible and kind. I’d stay there again to work with him.

check in was at 3 and we didn’t get into our room until nearly 9pm due to short staff and no manager was there to do damage control. we waited 3 hrs for our room to get cleaned and there were several other people waiting as well. many people ended up canceling and staying somewhere else.

I like the amenities, however I didn’t like how a staff member policed me over the use of a waffle maker. Which 1. I informed him the maker was dirty and I asked kindly for anti stick spray. 2. Being monitored while eating breakfast after the cook tried to condemn me for using chocolate chips to make my waffles (weird) 3. Ignoring my Goodmorning greeting to acknowledge the cook, he defensively directed me to drop my breakfast voucher in the basket. Like my room is fully funded by me and so is breakfast that was so weird! All the GM did was offer 2k points ($20-$25 value) to shoo me away and a free breakfast voucher ticket. Didn’t even take the time out to write my room number on the card. Gave me a blank one and told me he can’t do anything about the hotel rate. Of course you can’t because it’s been paid for already. Housekeepers are sweet. But I def did not like being harassed and monitored before a long day of work the audacity of that staff member is astronomically high. Especially to a guest that has manners and greets staff. It’s called common courtesy and respect. GM you could’ve done more!

Extremely rude "manager". I called to figure out why their incompetent staff lied to my face about the charges, & i was told "i have a line of people in front of me & i cant deal with this" while promptly hanging up on me. If you had any sort of business professionalism, you could have politely told me the exact same information & asked if i could call back in 20-30min to resolve the issue. They will charge you twice for the room & refuse to do anything about it. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges by this hotel due to their negligence, greed, & unprofessional behavior. SHAME ON YOU lady, you should NOT be a manager here.

The reception was great and very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok, one side of the bed was shot and extremely uncomfortable, the other side was almost like new. Found fentanyl test strips that someone left behind in the clothing armoire which was a bit disturbing. The breakfast in the morning was edible but unappetizing.

My second stay here, and definitely not my last. I can't sleep well unless the room is dark, and these are the best blackout shades I've ever found in a hotel room! Despite being close to the 494 Freeway, the room is absolutely quiet. The bed is very comfortable. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, and has excellent hamburgers. It's convenient to the freeway, and close to gas stations and a Perkins restaurant about a mile south. I think I've found my go-to hotel for my Minneapolis stays.

Maintenance will suffer soon as wear becomes obvious. With limited staff just the minimum cleaning will happen but not deep cleaning (grout, chipped furniture, etc). The breakfast is lame and disappointing for a price. We appreciated the Expedia free parking perk and upgraded room.

Great meal right in the hotel.. loved the Short Rib dinner. Mgr Leon is an outstanding dedicated person. I wish he worked for me! I had dinner and drinks at the bar. Maria is a fanatastic bartender. The drinks were good but the conversation was even better. I will change all my future trips to stay here. Thank you for a great evening!!
