The staff at the front desk upon arrival was not welcoming...didn't even say hi. They asked for my ID and Credit Card, then told me my room number. The room was ok but didn't realize they do not have a mini fridge or microwave...never thought to check that as most hotels have them. Then the pool was closed for maintance which I was never notified of. My son is Autistic and we make reservations based on if hotels have pools, needless to say he was extremely upset which made the trip difficult. The hotel staff rudely told me they posted the pool was down on their website about 3 weeks ago. I made my reservations over a month before our trip so I did not see that information plus I used hotels.com not their website to make my reservations. The hotel was not interested in how my family was feeling and would not offer a refund and/or allowing us to cancel and get a different hotel, they said the information was posted. I will never stay here again or recommend it as the staff was rude, not compassionate, or apologetic. Also while we were eating breakfast they abruptly started cleaning up the area at 9am to close it while people were still cooking/eating...they turned the lights off on my family as we were eating. Very rude staff.

The location was an easy drive into downtown Minneapolis and really close to Mall of America. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The breakfast options were not great, the only warm food was a waffle but other than that the stay was nice.

Great value for a clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed! The tub was in need of repair and there was no bathroom vent fan, but the shower water pressure was great! Paid to keep the car parked there and short Uber ride to the airport. A better value than the park and ride hotels. Left too early to enjoy the pool, hot tub, workout facilities, or breakfast. Nice staff!

Bedding on one of the beds was dirty lamp shades are breaking apart and the office chair in the room looks like its been here since open, there was no fridge in the room even though pictures led me to believe there should be one, and the pool was closed and when asked about it they never really said why elevator seems like its in need of repairs. Just pay the extra couple bucks to stay else where

Pool was in excellent condition with towels being readily available in the pool area. I have found this to be a rarity at hotels recently. The staff was very friendly and helpful, also something that has become less common these days.

It was a room. The television was in working then it cut off. The staff gave me another remote but that was not the problem . It wanted me to set up T.V Thur my phone. Also the air was warm not to cold at all . We were sweating in the nite. Blood on the bed sheets. It was already 12am and we were tired

Quiet. Close to MOA about 8 min drive. Drop a star due to more effort can be put into cleanliness of rooms. There were old food stains on the ceiling and on the window curtains in the rooms otherwise nuce stay.

The carpet on the floor of the room was soaking wet and the room smelled like mildew. There was only hot water in the shower. We told the person at the desk as soon as we arrived. He said they were full and could not move us to another room and that he would leave a note for the manager. When we returned the next night the mildew smell was overwhelming and the floor was still wet. The person at the desk told me the carpet was wet because it had been cleaned. He also said he could not move us to another room because they were full. I refused to stay in that room and ask for a refund. He said I would have to talk to the manager. I complained. He eventually found another room for us and it was ok.

If you enjoy the smell of cigarettes, this place is just for you. As soon as you open the door of your room, you’ll be smacked in the face with a fresh smell of burnt nicotine cancer sticks and when you confront the front desk about it, they will come to your room after taking a smoke break themselves to see if it indeed smells of smoke. You will be told to email the manager, whom will not reply to you and you’ll be stuck paying for a room that gives you a headache for the weekend.

It’s an affordable bed to sleep in when you need it, but it’s not much to write home about otherwise. Nothing was dirty or unkept, but it wasn’t very nice either. No mini fridge or microwave which was annoying, and the TVs are out dated. The free breakfast also was bad.

We arrived at dinner time. Staff's English was challenging. We asked about dinner options and got one, then were informed about other places that deliver. Our room was good, but lacked a fridge so we made many trips for ice. The elevator seemed in need of repair as none of the indicator lights worked. The room was missing a TV channel guide. Breakfast was OK, but 95% carbs. Desk staff was difficult to contact (we had to yell a couple times to get someone to the desk so we could check out) and some spoke very little English . Property was easy to find and parking was good . Easy trip to MSP from here.

They cancelled our reservation before we even had a chance to deal with their question! When I called them to try to clear things up, I was told the only way was to re- book the room... at a higher rate! When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that I could reach them by email. Our convention was mysteriously disconnected! When I tried to call back no one was answering the phone! I ended up booking at comfort inn! Would not recommend this hotel!

The hair drier of the room was broken, the front desk people came to look and said he would find a portable one if they do, but he didn’t return with one and didn’t tell me they didn’t have one. I called them and found out they had no one, so I asked if they had other rooms I could use the hair driver, but he said the rooms were all sold out. I checked online and found there were still a lot of rooms left. The next day we checked out but I found my melatonin and some Danish pastries were left in the fridge. I came back to front desk after lunch. Another front desk people went to the room and found no melatonin and pastries. I suspected the cleaner threw them away but the front desk people insisted that it was impossible for them to throw away guests’ stuff. It looks like I was lying. How could we possibly drive back if we have the stuff with us? Especially the stuff was stored in the fridge. Overall, this hotel has terrible service and I will never choose this brand again.

The hotel itself was good. The service on the other hand was wishy washy. The nogjt worker had an attitude of i dont want to do anything when we reported that the air conditioner was not working in the room. He refused to give us a different room even though there were open rooms and he gave us nothing but excuses.

I waited around 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. I was yelling to get someone’s attention for a while. Then I finally called the hotel number to see if I could get someone. The front desk attendant answered and finally came to the desk.

Very nice staff and good central location to everything. Mgr. Raj was very kind to me. When I initially made my booking, I made a mistake and he corrected it with no problem. Every day I left he asked my plans for the day and gave suggestions on places to go. The room is decent. Very clean! Wish they had a fridge and or microwave but not a big deal. Overall great experience!

I stayed 3 days and there was no housekeeping. Ran out of towels. Had to pit trash outside my door. They oicked up the trash and left the trash can outside the door. Dropped a firk on the floor the first day in the lobby and it was still there when i left.

It was fine for the price there was almost nothing near the property which was a bummer. Quick Uber to MOA was nice. Snacks at Gas Station across the street or outback steakhouse were only walkable options.

We stayed here during a birthday trip to the Mall of America. Honestly, for the money we paid, we really enjoyed our stay. It was so quiet! It felt like we were the only people there. Because we were going on a shopping trip, I didn't want to spend a lot on the hotel, but I wanted a safe and peaceful stay. This worked out perfectly for us! It was close to the mall which saved us a lot of money on transportation costs. The room was clean and in great condition. There was a very basic breakfast selection. It would be nice if they added some protein like a breakfast meat and/or eggs. We had big lunches and dinners at the Mall of America though, so that was enough for us.

This is about 1 mile from Mall of America, which is a shopping Mecca at the end of the Blue Line. You have to cross I-495 to get there, with limited ways to do that. Not a lot of hanger space in the room. It's on the freeway, but I didn't hear significant traffic noise. Breakfast is continental, limited choices, but free is free.

Hotel was clean and quiet and was close to everything we wanted to do. Pool was closed our first night but reopened our second night. The only thing we were not happy with was on day two when we came back to the hotel in between stops, we noticed the boxes of breakfast items sitting out in the hot doorway for an extended period of time. Even though the attendant was behind the desk he was taking his sweet time bringing them in. Turned us away from wanting to eat any refrigerated items at the breakfast bar after seeing how they were treated.

Nice and clean room. Pool was nice. Room did not have a fridge, microwave or coffee maker which was frustrating. Sadly, breakfast is only served until 9am and we missed it because we wanted to sleep until 9am since we are on vacation.

Room was clean, although there was not a refrigerator, which would have been helpful for my 7 day stay. The breakfast hours were 6am - 9am, which is a bit early. I walked across the street to the gas station store to get some yogurt for breakfast. There was coffee in the lobby though.
