Staff was not responsive to messages through hotel.com and the wifi was so bad, it was unusable. There is also currently construction right next to the hotel, making mornings unpleasant if you're in a room near it, but i know that is just temporary so can't be too mad about it.

I will say the pictures and prior reviews didn’t meet what I expected. Room was ok. Window was left open, no bag in the garbage, floor wasn’t vacuumed the best, still was some stuff around the night stands. Staff was alright. Didn’t use the amenities of the pool or hot tub. Just didn’t look…. Appealing….. but suppose for the price you get what you get.
