This place is great - cute, close to town, private, sleeps a lot of people with comfort. Nicely stocked with everything you might need, including shampoos, soaps and toothbrushes. Communication was terrific and prompt. One note if you are planning to bring a pet - while it says "pet friendly" read the fine print. The fee is per pet, per night. My sister (a veterinarian and landlord) had to leave her tiny dog with her college daughter and her 11 roommates even though I was already paying quite a lot for my 2 tiny hypoallergenic dogs. The photos of the dog's adventures that night were priceless though.

The location of this property is very nice—it’s within walking distance of town and nearby parks, which we really appreciated. The living room was also a highlight, with a comfortable space and a good selection of games that we enjoyed during our stay.Unfortunately, the house itself is in need of significant maintenance. The closet door in the upper left bedroom was not properly attached, the front door required noticeable effort to close because the latch hit the trim, and the kitchen cabinet doors and drawers were loose or falling off their hinges. The dresser drawers in the smaller downstairs bedroom were also very difficult to open.Much of the furniture seemed chosen more for appearance than functionality, and we were genuinely worried about damaging it through normal use. In addition, the house had a serious ant issue. Even dishes left briefly in the sink with minimal food residue were quickly swarmed.Overall, we did have a good time and enjoyed the location, but due to the maintenance issues and pests, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Perfect. Perfect location to all Ann Arbor has to offer. Perfect set up for a family weekend—-like small children to grandparents. I mean, 2 parks within a short walk AND the Gandee Dancer! What! Clean. As in plenty of towels clean. And the host is wonderful. Perfect. We will be back!
