Spacious apartment with two bedroom, perfect for a family with two teenagers. Fully furnished kitchen , ALDI supermarket nearby. Restaurant and pools on site make for a perfect stay.

Room wasn’t very clean - blinds, kitchenware and washing machine. Floor boards were very worn down. We paid extra for a superior, but the only superior part was new bathrooms. Pool furniture not broken but stained and sagging - not appealing to hang by the pool. Staff not engaging either, felt like asking a favour when we needed something. We stayed for 9 nights and weren’t made aware we would get a linen refresh. There was a handheld vacuum but no charger. For what we paid didn’t think it matched the quality. Pools were great, nice balcony, gardens beautiful, plenty of space in a 2 bedroom apartment. Blinds not working well and let in a lot of light.

I asked the lady at the front desk if they cleaned the room she said no do it yourself. Then I asked for for a couple of clean towels. She says no you have to clean them yourself not very friendly.
