The room was left extremely clean daily. Katies customer service on the phone when booking and on arrival was exceptional. She was warm, friendly, put us in a quiet room and gave us plenty of advice. Undercover parking was great too as were the toiletries.

Parking was good. The room was beautiful and clean. Basic room and the walls are a bit thin. Early morning start for our neighbour and then us. Otherwise I found everything as needed. Oh limited power points though.

Trish on reception very welcoming and friendly. We had a good stay. Room is basic but clean and does exactly what it needs. Parking is very convenient. Onsite bar and restaurant lovely. Ironing board and iron was handy. Would recommend. Good location- just a 10 minute drive to noosa heads main beach

Excellent stay only down side is that even though the place is clean the stained tile grout lets down the over clean feel. The motel is well worn but it is not advertising as a 5 star resort. Staff wonderful. Loved my free drink, and food discount. Close to what I needed. Practical for my needs.

Our room was tidy, bed was comfy but our neighbours in the next room if they weren’t partying until 3am one woman sounded like she was giving birth most of the second night of our stay….. location was perfect for us, bar and restaurant on site was awesome. I’d say if you are staying during the week, ideal! If you want quiet on the weekend go somewhere else.

Fortunately the staff were great which, in part, compensated for the very sad state of the room. Very dated and the bed was possibly the worst I have ever slept in. And the tariff, as it is with Sunshine Coast accommodation generally, was disgusting ! $162 per night - you have to be joking - right ! Anywhere else this would not have rated more than $100 - $110 per night. No wonder people holiday overseas !

Lovely staff and great location in Noosaville. Accommodation has a good amount of wear and tear and the wifi was unfortunately very slow for us. However, rooms were sizeable and did the job! Thank you :)

Our room had a door on the wall which we shared with another room. There was no sign next to the tv to remind people about the quiet hours in the hotel. We had to persevere the tv noise after hours …it was disappointing.

The staff at the hotel and bistro absolutely make this place. Kind, helpful and went out of their way to help us when our plans went awry. Zoe, the manager at the bistro next door was wonderful and went out of her way to help us. Would stay again

Partially renovated older motel/hotel. Clean large rooms with desk and all amenities. Mattress could do with improvement. All in all clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. The adjoining pub is good with good food and discounts for this s staying at the accommodation. Nice area

Comfortable room and all that we required for a short stay. Beung right next to the tavern/pub and a Saturday night, it was a bit noisy. The blind in the room didn't fully cover the window so the outsiede lights shined in. Conveniently located for meals.
